You are assuming you weren't getting any benefits, and now you are. most all work places were providing those benefits. Now wages are stagnated, they discontinued retirement , and put in a 401k retirement plan, and you got deductibles on your health care. So not only are wages stagnated, you have lost some of your benefits as well.

We are all well versed on the data. The problem is we don't have politicians or reporters to tell the socialists "you are LYING!".
Hell, even the talking heads on are side have stripped the word from their vocabulary. We are losing!

"Many economists, politicians and pundits assert that median wages have
stagnated since the 1970s. That’s a call for government to do something
about it."

That assumption alone is incorrect. Please tell me what part of the Constitution allows the federal government to dictate to businesses what and how much they should compensate their employees for their labor?

I'm not against all government, just that which is not constitutionally authorized at the federal level.
