The disturbing evidence continues to mount.

Last month, Frontpagemag.com courageously and despite all the media hype was one of the first to publish our detailed findings from Arabic sources which demonstrated that it was the Syrian Islamist rebels and not the Syrian regime who used chemical weapons.

While our findings went against the tide and few believed them, the major media trumpeted the sounds of war claiming that it was the Syrian regime that used chemical weapons against innocent civilians. Now, our conclusions have been confirmed; Reuters has shed doubt on the common belief and just reported that:

“U.N. human rights investigators have gathered testimony from casualties of Syria’s civil war and medical staff indicating that rebel forces have used the nerve agent sarin, one of the lead investigators said on Sunday.”

The report was based on former war crimes prosecutor Carla Del Ponte who told Swiss TV that a UN commission has indications Syrian rebel forces used nerve agent sarin as a weapon.

Yet when Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel read a letter sent by the White House to Congress, he stated that the Syrian regime likely used chemical weapons. Such unconfirmed allegations were also passed to President Obama who described the situation as a “red line” and a “game changer” — only to later temper his statement down by stating: “We don’t have a chain of custody that establishes what exactly happened.”

John McCain and Lindsay Graham also jumped to judgment calling for U.S. intervention and the granting of weapons to the jihadists. In a recent joint statement, the two Republican senators Mike Rogers and John McCain expressed huge concerns regarding the Syrian regime using chemical weapons, which today is becoming more doubtful.

But instead of listening to rational thinking, meanwhile, the White House expressed its doubts over Del Ponte’s revelations, saying it was “highly skeptical” that Syrian rebel forces had used sarin.

“We find it highly likely that any chemical weapon use that has taken place in Syria was done by the Assad regime. And that remains our position,” White House spokesperson Jay Carney told reporters.

Yet such a claim is void of any evidence; how could the United States make such strong allegations, especially since weapons inspectors will only determine whether banned chemical agents were used only if they are able to access sites and take soil, blood, urine or tissue samples and examine them in certified laboratories? This is indeed the question poised by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), which works with the United Nations on inspections.

That type of evidence, needed to show definitively if banned chemicals were found, has not been presented by governments and intelligence agencies accusing Syria of using chemical weapons against insurgents. “This is the only basis on which the OPCW would provide a formal assessment of whether chemical weapons have been used,” said Michael Luhan, a spokesman for the Hague-based OPCW.

While the White House takes a position accusing the Assad regime of lobbing chemical weapons, it fails to answer the obvious: one assault happened in the town of Khan al-Assal, a predominately Shiite town. The Syrian revolution is a Sunni movement, and one of its main goals is to remove the Shiite Assad regime. The town has also been a common victim of attacks by Al-Qaeda, a Sunni organization. This is an indication that Sunnis, and not the government — which is Shiite — conducted the attack.

Moreover, neither the rebels nor the government deny that amongst the victims were military personal. In fact, it is said that out of the 26 dead 16 were Syrian soldiers.

According to Middle East expert Walid Phares, if Assad ever escaped from the rebels and hid in the northwestern part of Syria, where most of the Alawites live, and his enemies came to attack there, he would use chemical weapons “to defend his own community,” not kill them.

Furthermore, a medic at the local civilian hospital said that he personally saw soldiers attending to the wounded at the scene of the attack which is now confirmed by Del Ponte.

Another factor that deserves attention is that the device used for the attack was not advanced; both American and independent weapons analysts confirm this. If the Assad regime had such incursion, then it would have utilized something of a more sophisticated arsenal.

Also, if the government was behind this, the attack would have killed more than just 26 people, since Syria is said to own the largest chemical arsenal in the region.

And what about the arsenals captured by the rebels? We have showed the use of Scud missiles never seen on western media as well as major missile cache obtained by rebel forces.

The growing evidence suggests that it is the Syrian rebels who are guilty of using chemical weapons against civilians. The Obama administration would do well to stand back before it punishes the wrong party and, by so doing, continues its lethal habit of making matters worse rather than better — and strengthening and emboldening our deadliest enemies in the Middle East.

Unveiling the horrifying edicts that come from the highest authority of Islamic jurisprudence.

The promotion of ritual human sacrifice and cannibalism has been a topic of discussion on two Egyptian TV programs recently.

On Al-Tahrir, Egyptian TV advisor Ahmad Abdo Maher discusses the high-school curriculum issued by the highest religious authority in Egypt, Al-Azhar University, which encouraged students to cannibalize apostates and Muslims who abandon praying. The schoolbook stipulated that the act can be carried out so long as the human flesh is eaten uncooked in respect to the dead body and that the act “does not necessitate a governor’s consent or is punishable by law.” [1]

Here is the video:

The other popular television program, Al-Nas with Safwat Hegazy, a famous Egyptian cleric who launched Mohammed Mursi’s campaign in 2012, sanctioned Aztec-style, ritualistic human sacrifice of a Shia cleric named Yasar Habib. Hegazy justified his threat against Habib, who resides in Great Britain, by giving a case-in-point from Islamic history. Hegazy made reference to when the governor of Iraq – Khalid Abdullah al-Kasri – dragged a shackled Jaad bin Durham to the mosque in Kufah and used him as the sacrificial offering (instead of an animal) and then crucified him:

Does cannibalism make the case FOR Islamophobia? Pre-order the new book from Walid Shoebat, The Case FOR ISLAMOPHOBIA: Jihad by the Word; America’s Final Warning.

Hegazy reminded his viewers that when Al-Kasri made his speech that day saying, “O people, sacrifice, Allah accepted your sacrifices. I am now sacrificing Jaad bin Durham.” Al-Kasri then slaughtered him in the mosque on the Sacrifical Day 119 A.H. This set the precedent that using a human being on the Islamic holiday – known as The Festival of Sacrifice – instead of an animal was preferable.

The supporting views on such an edict are so pervasive that even one blog, The Cole Children Forum for Muslim children shares the story, since the account is supported by several of the most forceful theologians during the history of Islam like Al-Shafi’, Ibin Tayymiya, Bukhari, Dhahabi, Ibin Al-Qiyam, Darami and Ibin Katheer. [2]

While Muslim scholars do not question the authenticity of the event, some question the legality of the act, since it is understood that Eid Al-Adha, The Festival of Sacrifice, is – according to Islam – the commemoration of Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son Ishmael but that he is remembered for sacrificing an animal (not a human being).

However, Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Al-Rajihi, a respected scholar in Saudi Arabia, expressed support for human sacrifice in at least one speech. Al-Rajihi’s is not someone to be ignored; he is a scholar who educated the previous chief Mufti of Saudi Arabia, the renowned Muhammad Ibrahim Al Sheikh.

Today, Al-Azhar is a part of the Egyptian government and has the power to enact edicts as mandated by the new constitution. Under article 4, it states:

“The noble Azhar is an independent Islamic institution of higher learning. It handles all its affairs without outside interference. It leads the call to Islam and assumes responsibility for religious studies and the Arabic language in Egypt and the world. The Azhar’s Body of Senior Scholars is to be consulted in matters pertaining to Islamic law (sharia).”

While cannibalism is prohibited in Islam, exceptions do exist for apostates, adulterers and enemy combatants. The difficulty for some moderate scholars is that such an edict comes from the highest authority of Islamic jurisprudence. Abu ʿAbdullah Muhammad ibn Idris al-Shafi‘i, the founder of the major Shafie school of Sunni Islamic thought, writes:

“One may eat the flesh of a human body. It is not allowed to kill a Muslim nor a free non-Muslim under Muslim rule (because he is useful for the society), nor a prisoner because he belongs to other Muslims. But you may kill an enemy fighter or an adulterer and eat his body.” [3]

Such edicts are even being disseminated by many Muslim clerics in Egypt. Prominent Sheikh Muhammad Hussein Yaqub recently made a speech encouraging the cannibalization of Jewish flesh:

“Our hatred, animosity, and rage toward the Jews grow. Our hatred of the Jews grows when we see them destroying our brothers. Rage boils within us. If only we could strangle the criminal Jews… If only we could strangle the Jews with our bare hands, and bite their heads off with our teeth, not with weapons.”

Sheikh Safwat Hegazy has repeated a similar mantra when it comes to the desire to cannibalize Jews:

“If our rulers let us, we would catch you [Jews] in the street, and we would devour you with our teeth.”

Islamic history documents several acts of Islamic cannibalism. In 1148, one criminal named Rudwan fled from the police only to be arrested, put to death, decapitated, and cut to pieces. Those pieces were then eaten by Egyptian soldiers who believed that they would absorb his courage. [4]

The phenomenon is not only historic, such ritualistic sacrifices exist today including crucifixions and cannibalism in Ramallah, using the flesh of Jews, seen at the :50 mark of this video:

There are several beheadings in Syria that have surfaced, where jihadists are seen praising Allah as they watch sheep-style human slaughter. We have the video but it is far too gruesome to show.

Of course, we cannot forget Momo the beheader, otherwise known as Muhammad the Midget.

While the majority of pundits and even historians in the West limit their definition of such acts by defining them as ‘executions’, the facts remain; Islamic inspired beheadings are human sacrifices akin to Aztec rituals.

Such rituals go back in history. Hertado de Mendoza in his The War in Granada during the time of the Spanish Inquisition, recounts that a great number of Muslims – under their leader Tahali – sacrificed twenty Christian girls by beheading and fried twenty friars in boiling olive oil, believing that their blood would appease Allah in order to gain victory against the Spaniards. When the Spanish soldiers approached these jihadists in Ohanez and drove them back, they discovered the heads, laid out in rows on the steps of a church, their hair neatly brushed.

Mendoza mentions a similar situation that took place when the Spanish emperor Charles made an expedition against the Muslim Moors of Carthage, where the Muslims sacrificed five Christian children. They said their prayers and slaughtered them in the hopes that Allah would preserve them from the Spaniards. [5]

Such issues are dealt with by collective denial in the West, where pundits and orientalists romanticize such history. For example, the Muslim warlord who had the greatest obsession with skulls and human sacrifice was Babur, founder of the Mughal Empire, which consisted of India, Pakistan, and much of Asia. Western orientalist Robert Irwin describes the works of Babur thusly:

“This is one of the classics of world literature… Writing poetry, together with fighting, hunting and eating fruit, was to remain a lifelong enthusiasm.” [6]

Some excerpts of Babur’s book should shed much light:

“…the Afghans were not able to put up a fight. In a flash, 150 embattled Afghans were seized. Some were captured alive, but mostly only heads were brought…Those who were brought in alive were ordered beheaded, after which a tower of skulls was erected in the camp.” [7]

and…

“…cut off the heads of a hundred or so rebellious Afghans, which they brought back to Hangu. Another tower of skulls was erected.” [8]

and…

“A league farther down the Bajaur glen we stopped and ordered a tower of skulls erected on a rise.” [9]

Irwin seems only capable of seeing the romance:

“My pact and covenant with my beloved was not thus; he chose separation and left me distraught… what can one do with the whims of fate, which has separated friend from friend by force.” [10]

Babur and his ilk even saw decapitated heads as being used for divination. When his soldier Arghun fought and beheaded an opponent named Ishqullah, he and Babur took the head and esteemed it, “as a good omen.” [11]

When Babur was establishing his power in India, he took the town of Chanderi and “massacred the infidels, and brought it into the bosom of Islam,” after which a “tower of infidels’ skulls was erected on the hill on the northwest side of Chanderi.” [12]

After he crushed the Indians of Khanua, Babur poetically praised the victory, ecstatically recounting how there “were piles of the slain, and towers of skulls” were erected:

“…In every direction the soldiers of Islam went, they found a slain rebel at every step, and as the renowned army camp moved in pursuit of the defeated it found no space devoid of obliterated retinue… Many mountains of bodies were created, and on every mountain running streams of blood.” [13]

But the love of skulls was not just during that Mughal era. In the Islamic play entitled, The Miracle Play of Hasan and Husain, which reenacts the life of Muhammad’s two grandsons and is based on oral tradition, it reads:

“O Muslim, we will cut off thine enemies’ heads to prove our allegiance to thee! We will drink cups of blood from the skulls of thine enemies!” [14]

Human sacrifice is thought to be a thing of the past. It vanished due to the influence of Judeo-Christian civilization. It is remembered in movies like Apocalypto and documentaries on the Aztec Empire. But perhaps we should ask: If the Aztecs are a thing of the past, what will life be like, if the same types of human sacrificial rituals become a daily reality?

Indeed, the past has returned.

How the Kenyan Obamas spread radical Islam through the disguise of charity.

While discussion of Obama’s connections to his Muslim family in Kenya is an acceptable topic for discussion in the Arab world, it is viewed as a great taboo in the United States. But why is that so? This taboo should be considered unfair at best, purely prejudiced at worst. Is it fair, after all, that we censor such discussions just because Obama’s relatives are Muslim?

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) should condemn the media for keeping a tight lid on the subject, and it’s high time to go beyond what is disclosed by President Obama in his book, Dreams From My Father, or Wikipedia’s limited information, which includes the only photo released by the Obama family:

For the purposes of this article, we will cover only three of the closest Kenyan relatives to president Obama:

1. Sarah, Barack’s beloved and benevolent grandmother.

2. Sayid Obama, his closest favorite uncle.

3. Musa Ismail Obama, his first cousin and Sayid’s main sidekick.

After President Obama was inaugurated, the Muslim side of the Obama family in Kenya boomed, and it went from rags to riches overnight. They became one of the most influential families in western Kenya and even extended their sphere of influence to Saudi Arabia. When Sarah, president Obama’s grandmother, decided to go to the Hajj, an obligatory pilgrimage to Mecca with Musa, president Obama’s first cousin, they were welcomed with open arms and were provided a special escort with full security detail and first-class treatment at the Saudi royal court:

His Royal Highness Prince Mamdouh bin Abdul Aziz accompanied the family of U.S. President Barack Obama in his palace in Jeddah after the performance of the Hajj this year. The event was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Thamer bin Abdul Aziz, and His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Mamdouh Bin Abdul Aziz, and his HRH Prince Abdullah bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, and a number of other princes and officials.

The reason for such treatment, as explained in an exclusive interview with Musa Ismail Obama on Al-Jazeera, is that a close relationship was built between the Saudi royals, and like president Obama’s call for education in the United States, the Kenyan Obamas embarked on a similar project.

Thus, president Obama’s grandmother, Sarah Obama, started the Sarah Obama Benevolent Fund Institute, otherwise known as the Mama Sarah Obama Children Foundation, which raises 90% of its monies primarily from donors in the United States and some from Europe, solicited as humanitarian aid — as the promotional website advertised: “to make a lasting impact on the lives of the orphans and underprivileged children by improving their housing, their education, their upbringing,” which “continued to weigh heavily on Mama Sarah.” All this and “to help the neglected HIV/AIDS infected and affected in Kogelo village by linking them to care-givers and professional health services providers.”

Barack Obama with step-grandmother Sarah

This is the version we are told. But when one peruses the foundation’s real activities in Arabic, one finds a very dark side to what the family’s efforts are really all about.

Musa Ismail Obama, the president’s cousin, in an exclusive interview with Al-Jazeera TV (see all three parts, 1.here, 2.here and 3.here), explained all the troublesome detail, which does not bode well when translated into English: the bulk of the Sarah Fund as it turns out sends little to widows and orphans while the rest goes towards giving free scholarships to studying Sharia at the most influential Wahhabist centers in Saudi Arabia.

In the shocking interview, Musa was asked about his communications with cousin Barack, the president of the United States. The soft-spoken Musa explained that the president’s preferred method of communications was through one chosen conduit that relays messages back and forth with the family in Kenya by going through uncle Sayid Hussein Obama. This is the man who, with Mama Sarah, was also in attendance at Barack Obama’s inauguration in 2009.

Mama Sarah begins her trip to see Barack inaugurated

Musa, Sayid’s sidekick and the public promoter of Mama Sarah’s non-profit, became the family’s key advertiser to the social efforts in Kenya. He selects specific Arab media asking wealthy audiences for help, but mandates as a prerequisite that no questions are asked regarding any details of such communications with president Obama or the delving into any political views. Yet, he tells just enough to connect the dots to the wealthy Arab audience of Al-Jazeera. He relays the message to raise all necessary funds since his mission is to transform Kenya to an Islamic majority by using the Obama household name and his grandmother’s non-profit organization.

The fund has little to do with secular education or the care for widows and orphans and never even once mentions anything in any Arabic media in regards to helping the HIV infected. The bulk of Sarah’s Benevolence Fund, as Musa explained, goes to sending scholarships destined to Saudi Arabia’s most virulent Wahhabi Sharia centers: the Islamic University in Medina, Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah and the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. These are, as the Gulf Issues Centre For Strategic Studies describes, “Salafi schools, which imbibed radical ideas” and are “the spring of Wahhabism”:

[Wahhabists] grew up in the Wahhabi and Salafi schools which imbibed radical ideas in the Islamic University in Medina, Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, and the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. (See essay, The Role of Wahhbist Movements, under a section entitled The Circle of Violence.)

Musa expresses in classical Arabic how he memorized the entire Quran and how he graduated and became an Islamic scholar on Sharia from the Islamic University in Medina.

“I studied Arabic and Sharia at the Islamic university in Medina in Saudi Arabia,” exclaimed Musa while telling how he visited Umm Al Qura University with his uncle Sayid. “We also in the month of Muharram visited the dean of Umm Al Qura University, me and my uncle Sayid,” he told Al-Jazeera during the interview.

“The nature of the visit,” Musa explains, “was to facilitate scholarship to send students to Umm Al Qura.”

Umm Al Qura University has a heritage that includes being one of Saudi Arabia’s historical and national monuments. A paragon in Wahhabist education, it takes pride that the university was the first to print the works of Muhammad Abdul Wahhab, the founder of the most virulent brand of Islam—Wahhabism. The history of its Wahhabist connections can be seen here.

On a cover-page of one of Wahhab’s collections from Umm Al Qura University, one can clearly see in fanciful Arabic calligraphy, the title: “Writings of Muhammad Abdul Wahhab,” and a stamp that says “A gift from Umm Al Qura University-Mecca” is clearly visible.

In The Danger of Wahhabism in The Muslim World, by moderate Dr. Ahmed Abdul Rahim Al-Sayeh who abandoned the teachings, he reflects on his studies at Umm Al Qura: “I studied Wahhabism, I studied their curriculum at the University of Umm Al Qura…”

At Umm Al Qura University, Musa and Sayid Obama—president Obama’s favorite uncle—are seen taking photo ops and were described by several Arab media sources as diligent workers in advancing scholarships for Kenyans to study Sharia, courtesy of Sarah’s fund.

Sayid Obama on right standing with Musa Ismail Obama at Umm Al Qura University

On left – Sayid Obama

Meetings of President Obama’s favorite uncle Sayid can even be seen at the official website of Umm Al Qura University where it proudly states:

His Highness the Director of Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Bakri bin Ma’touk A’sas received at his office in university city at Babidah Mr. Sayid Obama the uncle of His Excellency the President of the United States of America Barack Obama and Mr. Musa Ismail Obama the cousin of U.S. President …

“When they [the students] submit an application to Sarah Obama Benevolent Fund, they expect to get what they want but we are flooded,” explains Musa.

As a result of the flood of students in the Wahhabi Sharia universities in Saudi Arabia, the interviewer then asks regarding the excess: “So you are opening an avenue in other universities?” For that, Musa explains he had to send the excess to nearby Doha in Qatar where he visited and arranged everything.

When Al-Jazeera asked, “Do all these scholarships involve studying Arabic and Sharia?” Musa explained, “Some of those do not involve Sharia, like medicine or engineering.” Al-Jazeera then asks, “But the majority involves what?” Musa answers: “Uuuhhh…. The majority of course is Sharia schools” adding, “because my connections in the institutions is with Sharia schools.”

In what seems like a prepared script, Musa reads what he considers the catastrophe of Kenya, the lack of the process of proselytization, which goes hand-in-hand with Saudi interests seeking help from wealthy Saudis to transform Kenya to become a Muslim majority.

This goal is also expressed by Al-Arab Newspaper, which covered the call of the Obamas in an interview with Musa Ismail Obama on the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony of World University Ruff in Nairobi (photo here).

Under the title, “Scholars in Kenya Call Their Brethren to Spread Islam and Teach Arabic” it states: “Muslims [in Kenya] suffer from the monumental Christianization aided by Zionist expansionism that infiltrates the nation.” (Muhammad Lasheeb, Al-Arab Newspaper, 8816th edition, published on August 1st, 2012).

(Photo above of Musa on Al-Arab Newspaper)

Al-Arab Newspaper expounds on the effort to advance “education” by the Obama family in Kenya. Under the title “Education First,” assistant Mufti of the coastal city of Mombasa Ahmad Bimsallam chimed in explaining, “that the grand destruction that came upon Muslims in Kenya, came from the education and schools that are planted all over the nation by Christian missionary movements.”

Al-Arab does not even consider President Obama’s conversion to Christianity an issue and included a section entitled, “Obama’s Islam” stating:

President Obama’s Islamic faith was considered a polarizing subject between Muslims and Christians in the Republic of Kenya. It is a center of struggle in the media and continues, as the Anglican Church there attempted to orchestrate a baptismal ordination for his grandmother Sarah in a grand celebration at the Gomokinyata playground in Kizimo, the third largest city in Kenya. It was a trick to trap her, pretending to invite her as a guest, as the church sent out information about her conversion and abandonment of Islam. The young Musa Ismail Obama, the cousin of the American president commented during his interview with Al-Arab that he was with his grandmother during Ramadan in the Holy Land in Mecca to do the Umra festivities after she completed her pilgrimage by invitation from the King of Saudi Arabia. Musa Obama who studied Sharia in Medina spoke to us regarding the situation of Muslims in Kenya calling upon the Arab and Islamic states to put more efforts towards aiding the Kenyan Muslim brethren especially that since there is much support coming from Western nations and Western churches spreading to the rest of Kenyan society from different religions. Musa pointed that the situation of Muslims in Kenya is continually getting better, pointing that the village of Barack Obama, Kogelo, which is situated on the shores of Victoria Lake, in Western Kenya, for example, had no Muslims except his family. But now, they are increasing, and that the majority of new Muslims adopted Islam from the kind treatment of their family and that they have now a benevolent institution to raise funds and give important aid to the orphans and the poor, and it also gives scholarships to study Sharia in Medina [Saudi Arabia]. Musa also stated that despite [the fact that] Barack Obama hasn’t visited his tribe in Kenya since his election in the United States, there is a continual communication between him and several members of his family and his tribe in Kenya, which the Kenyan prime minister is also a member. We have also had members of the tribe who came to celebrate the appointment of one of their tribesmen as president of the United States a while ago. Musa also clarified that the election of Barack Obama had an impact for the betterment of the Muslim situation in Kenya to a certain degree, despite the attempts of churches to obstruct Muslim demands and rights, especially what relates to segregation and persecution against them in schools, as well as the issue of hijab and the lack of constitutional rights for Muslims in establishing Sharia courts.

Likewise, and probably most explosive, is president Obama’s uncle Sayid Hussein Obama, who is active in his work with the notorious Muslim World League (MWL) as reported by Saudi media:

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsin Al-Turki, Secretary General of the Muslim World League, and a member of the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia in Makkah received on Monday Mr. Saeed Hussein Obama, Kenyan businessman, and uncle of President Barack Obama, President of the United States of America, who paid a visit to the Muslim World League, accompanied by a number of Kenyan graduates from Saudi universities.

This, despite the MWL’s numerous connections with al Qaeda operatives. In fact, several MWL employees have worked with al Qaeda. Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda gained material support and sponsorship, along with a cover, from MWL offices around the world. Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsin Al-Turki, Secretary General of the Muslim World League, who received Sayid, is one of the most renowned Wahhabi scholars and a pioneer in spreading Wahhabism through education.

So are the Kenyan Obamas.
