Kamala Harris: What Americans Eat Should Be Decided at Highest Levels of Government

In The Road to Wigan Pier, George Orwell wrote that, "One sometimes gets the impression that the mere words 'Socialism' and 'Communism' draw towards them with magnetic force every fruit-juice drinker, nudist, sandal-wearer, sex-maniac, Quaker, 'Nature Cure' quack, pacifist, and feminist in England."

We're way past that now. And environmentalism, which embodies all of those things and more, is a major platform of the Democrats.

So here's the Climate Town Hall spectacle of Senator Kamala Harris being interrogated by a French lawyer about what she will do to make sure Americans stop eating meat. And Harris, replying that what Americans eat should be decided at the highest levels of government.

This bizarre nanny stateism is now mainstream.

The same government which can't even manage its official functions, like keeping the country safe, should be controlling the diet of every single man, woman and child.

And this creepy totalitarianism is wrapped in the cutesy colors of a morning show.

Every time, Kamala threatens to take away the meat and straws of the country, she tries to run her cutesy, "I'm so flawed" routine that belongs on a rerun of The View, not in an actual discussion of politics and policy.

Enjoy your government gruel. Don't ask what it's made of. It's 'Green'. That's what counts.

As a bonus, here's Bernie Sanders proposing a meat tax.
