Maybe he'll just make an ultra-violent action movie to denounce gun violence.
Every winter, Harvey Weinstein pokes his fat head out of a burrow, sees his own shadow and starts trying to buy a bunch of Oscars while promoting his next ridiculous project.
When we last met Harvey Weinstein, he was trying to destroy Israel and create a Palestinian state with Miral. Miral what, you ask. Exactly
Despite getting Miral screened at the United Nations, no one went to see his piece of cheap anti-Israel pro-terrorist propaganda and its widest release was in 29 theaters.
Harvey Weinstein couldn't even fit his stomach into 29 theaters.
So now, Harvey is back and this time he is absolutely going to destroy the NRA with a Meryl Streep movie... because you know how NRA members go to see Meryl Streep movies. It's unknown what this project is yet, but in the meantime Harvey Weinstein's name is attached to
1. Kill Bill Vol. 3 from Quentin Tarantino.
2. Halloween 3
3. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon II: The Green Destiny
4. Sin City: A Dame to Kill For
5. The Amityville Horror: The Lost Tapes
If you're sensing a theme here, aside from sequel desperation, it's violence. Violence, violence and more violence. Harvey Weinstein was the guy behind Django Unchained after all. Remind me how many guns that had?
"I shouldn’t say this, but I’ll tell it to you, Howard," Harvey said. "I’m going to make a movie with Meryl Streep, and we’re going to take this head-on. And they’re going to wish they weren’t alive after I’m done with them."
Let me guess, Harvey is going to make some thinly disguised variation on the Adam Lanza "crazy gay pedo shooter" story and Meryl Streep will win praise for playing his deranged mother who fills the house with guns while flapping nervously around from room to room. Streep will get an Oscar nomination and the movie will sink like a stone.
But maybe I'm misjudging the guy behind Machete's racist violence and Django's racist violence and the defender of pedophile rapist Roman Polanski. Maybe he'll just make an ultra-violent action movie to denounce gun violence.
