Widow of Murdered Israeli Who Worked With Child Terror Victims Blasts Kerry

Kerry is “living on a planet of his own,” she said.

To John Kerry, Evyatar Borovsky is just another of the 5 murdered Israelis who don't matter. To the wife and children, he was their world.

Borovsky worked with child victims of terror.

Evyatar Borovsky, age 31, was devoted to helping people across Israel — people of any background. His way was psychodrama and other role-playing techniques calculated to coax victims, especially children, out of their traumatic fog. Often the children were survivors of terrorism. Evyatar, a clown, was part of a therapeutic theatrical troupe.

During a controversial speech over the weekend in Germany, Kerry threatened Israel with economic boycotts and claimed that the Jewish state is enjoying a respite from Palestinian terrorism.

“There’s a momentary prosperity, there’s a momentary peace,” Kerry said. “Last year, not one Israeli was killed by a Palestinian from the West Bank.”

However, this is untrue. At least five Israelis were murdered by West Bank Palestinians in 2013.

Evyatar Borovsky is one of those victims. He was stabbed to death 10 months ago while hitchhiking in the West Bank. He left behind his wife, Tsofia, and five children.

Borovsky said that Kerry’s comments reveal an inherent insensitivity and apathy to Israel’s security needs, particularly since the murders of Evyatar and others were so greatly publicized.

“I don’t even believe that [President] Obama even knows there was a murder or anything,” she said through a translator. “If Kerry can say such careless things, [I’m] not sure they actually know, that the American government knows what’s happening in Israel, that people are being murdered.”

Kerry is “living on a planet of his own,” she said.

Borovsky was survived by five children. “Five small children, five small orphans left behind. The youngest is one year old and the oldest is seven,” she said.

“I hope we get through this. We have no choice,” she added.

Chaya said she spoke to her grandchildren and told them that their father is not coming back. “Yesterday three of them were here and today two are coming. I spoke to the third son, who is four and a half, on the phone, and he told me that a wicked Arab man murdered Daddy and Daddy died. The six-year-old said that soon Daddy will come back from heaven,” she said.

The murderer was affiliated with Fatah, Israel's terrorist peace partner. Little wonder that Kerry can't remember.
