In Sweden, a Syrian “caregiver” has been caught on camera tormenting the elderly he is supposed to be caring for. A Syrian caregiver allegedly abused numerous seniors in their homes and filmed his actions in the process. Although he was initially suspended from his job, he was later permitted to return to duty.
The 22-year-old Syrian national, Abdulrahman Al Khleed Almasalmeh, allegedly abused numerous care-dependent seniors while working as a caregiver. As an employee of a home care service in Örebro, Sweden, Almasalmeh visited the seniors in the privacy of their own homes, where he filmed his actions. The Syrian man is now under investigation in a total of 13 cases involving assault, abuse, and other forms of elder abuse. Almasalmeh is a migrant who arrived in Sweden during the 2015 migration crisis and later obtained citizenship. The Swedish news portal Samnytt reported on the story.
Almasalmeh filmed himself on multiple occasions abusing and humiliating elderly people. In one video, his victim is a 92-year-old woman. The Syrian man points at the senior and shouts at her: “You look like a monkey.” While pointing at her, he repeats: “You look like a monkey.” Almasalmeh then winds up to strike the woman in the face. He grabs her nose and yanks it. Subsequently, he continues to verbally abuse the Swedish woman in Arabic. “You whore. I swear, I will curse you,” he adds, continuing: “Eat shit, you whore!”
In another video, Almasalmeh films himself sitting at a table in the home of the same elderly woman, alongside a colleague, singing Arabic songs. The line “Allahu Akbar” is also sung several times during this recording.
In a separate case—also recorded by Almasalmeh—an 81-year-old man is seen being subjected to vicious verbal abuse and physical mistreatment. The Syrian man repeatedly insulted the senior citizen, calling him a “son of a whore.” Subsequently, he filmed the pensioner in the shower, alternately pouring ice-cold and scalding hot water over the elderly man. Throughout this, the Syrian man can be heard saying in Arabic: “I swear by Allah, I will make you freeze!”
Almasalmeh was arrested by the police in January 2026 and charged with multiple counts of abuse involving 13 elderly victims. Originally, there were 15 victims; however, two have since passed away. Curiously, according to media reports, Almasalmeh had previously run afoul of the law on several occasions. He was reportedly subject to final convictions for two counts of bodily harm and five counts of unlawful threats. Nevertheless, the company decided to hire Almasalmeh.
In late November, while police investigations were still ongoing, Almasalmeh was initially suspended with full pay. However, as early as January 2, he was permitted to return to his workplace. By way of explanation, Department Head Maid Prnjavorac stated during a police interrogation that they lacked sufficient information regarding the status of the investigation to maintain the suspension for longer than one month. Consequently, Almasalmeh was temporarily back on duty, despite the allegations.
Oh for god’s sake, you Swedish officials. He’s “back on duty”? What does it take to do the right and obvious thing? Fire Almasalmeh, then let him be charged with “elder abuse,” convicted, stripped of his citizenship, and instead of spending money on imprisoning him, promptly deport him back to Syria.

Sweden has some SERIOUS problems – mostly SWEDES!! How can they put up with this insanity?? I don’t get it – are they really that stupid and naive? PJ O’Rourke’s article about people around the world gives a story on “typical Swede”! After the wedding ceremony, the party is in full swing and Lars goes looking for his new Bride. He opens a door and there’s his new Bride and Sven naked and engaged in wild sex. Lars turns to everyone and says “Look everyone – Sven is so drunk he thinks he’s me”!

An exceptionally astute observation and description. How embarrassing to live in a country full of complete and utter idiots and allow your most revered part of the population – the elderly – to be abused by the most evil and degenerate of all cultures in the world.

The Swedes have become limp wrist neurotics afraid to punish the psychopaths they invited into the country. They have this monster on film. If that happened to my relative, the man would be gone. Where are the Swedish men? Are they completely stupefied? They should not strip this man of citizenship, they should turn him over to the relatives of the people he tormented. Surely, a few of them have the balls to provide the punishment this cretin deserves.
If you were to ask the terrorists at the terror org CAIR, they would tell you that their co-religionist was merely following the commands from the pedophile false “prophet” mohamandcheese and the terror guide, aka the “koran”.
What is happening to humanity?
How can a culture and people essentially bow down to this kind of obvious degeneracy and call it anything other than what is is. Let’s review. A Pakistani Muslim living in France has been arrested for sexually tying up and assaulting young goats and sheep. Christian young girls have been forcibly married to filthy Muslim men in their fifties who regularly rape them. Britain has marauding rape gangs of young Pakistani men who are being treated with kid gloves so as not to appear racist or unfairly Islamophobic. African countries are witnessing Christians being raped and slaughtered without interference by violent, fighters for Islam.
What else does humanity need to know? Hatred, raping women, children, babies and animals, sodomizing young boys, are all tools of war in Islam and the upside of this psychopathy?
This man should be six-feet under and all of these mutants reminded that if they decide to do so, they will be next!!!
