Current engineering graduates, both on-line and on-campus, don’t have the basic qualifications to perform even the most basic first year entry level engineering/design responsibilities.
We spend excessive time trying to bring these ‘undergrads’ up to speed and in many cases proves pointless.
True and today’s engineers believe that their engineering software answers all the questions for their job. My dad was an old school civil engineer who went out into the field to look at clients property before drawing up plans and he never took what a software program, AutoCad, said about a project as truth. His 60+ years experience told him better. The city he lived in hired a young engineer who never went out in the field and believed whatever AutoCad said about a project.

They’ve all had amused distain at many of these entitled retards who have no idea what the acronym “S.T.E.M.” means.
(Neither do many of these grads know what century the Civil War was fought in; but, by God, they ALL know Washington & Jefferson had slaves!)
Have the Collage and University administrators charged with Violation of the Laws and with Sedition their Corrupting the mind of their Students with leftists Lies and Propaganda maybe they should drink their cup of Hemlock like Socrates did
