Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg became famous for her work on the ACLU’s Women’s Rights Project. Her work was memorialized in ‘On Account of Sex’ which was also made into a documentary during the heyday of ‘RBG’ fever.
Now the ACLU is vocally denying the existence of women.
Some years back the ACLU filed a motion “to deny the allegation that ‘human beings’ are ‘sexually dimorphic, divided into males and females each with reproductive systems, hormones, and chromosomes that result in significant differences between men[] and women[.]’”
Now in court over a transgender case in which a sympathetic male defendant wants to play against girls, justices asked the ACLU lawyer how he defines men, women, boys, girls and sex differences. And his response was to argue that he has no definition and that no definition exists.
Chief Justice John Roberts grilled Block for making the suggestion.
“Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, it’s a statutory term, it must mean something,” Roberts said. “You’re arguing here there is discrimination on the basis of sex, and how can we decide that question without knowing what sex means in Title IX?” Roberts asked.
“I don’t think the purpose of Title IX is to have an accurate definition of sex. I think the purpose is to make sure that sex isn’t being used to discriminate by denying opportunities… I wouldn’t look to whether or not to classify B.P.J. as male or female, I think the question is, ‘is she being denied an opportunity because of that classification?'”
If there’s no definition of sex, then what does protection on account of sex even mean? It’s like refusing to define elections and then insisting on a legal intervention based on the right to vote.
It’s pure gibberish.
The woke sexual identity politics creed at once seeks to demolish any coherent definition of sex while at the same time using laws created to protect women to do so leading to a refusal to define sex and a demand that men pretending to be women be protected on account of sex.
One can get an approximately 99% accurate definition using chromosomes and such.
Or just look at their Adam’s apples or lack thereof. 🙂
I’m not perceptive of such things like you are. The Ancient Greeks as far back as Aristotle and earlier were struggling with male/female issues. Finally when genetics came along, animal studies showed 99% of cases fell into male/female categories, with maybe 1% or 2% having some genetic mixup.
Yes, hermaphfrodites are out there, although I don’t know if I’ve ever met one. I’d sure hate to meet one in my bedroom.

If the U.S. Supreme Court is actually “debating” cases of 2+2=5, then the game is over and we have entered Stage 1 of Elite Globalist Totalitarianism when there is no longer “Left” and “Right” — there is only Controllers and Controlled. The question is: What, if anything, can the Controlled do about this reality?
BTW, if men have no innate advantage over women in most sports, why aren’t women flocking to play on men’s teams? Maybe they know something about which at least three Supreme Court Justices are clueless.
Why hasn’t the least qualified nitwit in HISTORY appointed to the Supreme Court RECUSED (her)SELF from this case? It was obvious from HER confirmation hearings that she REFUSED to define a WOMAN – REFUSED by stating she was not a biologist and therefore couldn’t answer! So, WHY is she being allowed to Rule on something of which she DOES NOT UNDERSTAND? I guess for the same reason that she doesn’t RECUSE HERself or is FORCIBLY RECUSED by the Chief Justice!
We need ANOTHER COURT – the Court of COMMON SENSE!

In any Aristotelian Logical system, once you introduce a falsehood into the set of support (accepted “facts” or “rules”), you can prove anything at all; the system is in a state of contradiction.
This is why division by zero is undefined in the system of arithmetic. I once had a fifth grade teacher “prove” that 2+2=5 by dividing by zero in a rather hard to detect way. When he had finished his “proof”, he showed the class how the trick worked.
It’s simple if we just change the definitions! Instead of “Boy’s Sports” and “Girl’s Sports”, change them to “Penis Sports” and “Vagina Sports”! If you’re a boy with a vagina, you play on the vagina teams! If you’re a girl with a penis, you play on the penis teams! Problem solved! Do I have to think of everything??
