Do judges have the power to control what journalists or the Justice Department says about them?
Judge Melissa DuBose, a Biden selectee, is throwing a tantrum over a Homeland Security press release noting correctly that she decided to free a murderer and a violent criminal.
On January 24, 2023, the Coordination of the Courts of Instruction of the National District of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, issued a criminal arrest warrant for Bryan Rafael Gomez for homicide.
On April 4, 2026, the Worcester Police Department arrested Gomez, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, for assault and battery. The detainer was honored, and after he was released on $500 bail, ICE arrested Gomez.
On April 28, 2026, U.S. District Court Judge Melissa R. DuBose–who was appointed in the final days of the Biden administration–ordered Gomez’s release.
DuBose freaked out in court and threatened the DOJ with ‘contempt of court’ unless what she falsely called the “patently false” was taken down. The leftist activist judge whined that the press release placed her in danger and complained that conservative media was covering the story of her malfeasance. Her unconstitutional tantrum and threats led the local US Attorney’s office in Rhode Island to put out an apologetic press release claiming that DuBose hadn’t known about the arrest warrant for murder from the Dominican Republic.
Whether or not she was directly informed of it however, the news was public knowledge and had appeared in an ICE press release. Are Biden judges incapable of using Google?
Further validating the Homeland Security press release that DuBose is demanding be taken down, the leftist pro-crime judge still hasn’t ordered that Gomez be taken back into custody.
Judges do not have the power to control everyone’s speeches or to cover up their abuses.
“The April 30th, completely erroneous and dangerous press release is still on their website,” the judge whined, “It puts people at risk. It’s a threat to judicial security.”
We don’t live in a judicial dictatorship. Judges who abuses their powers should be removed from the bench.

It’s a judge’s job to know what they are doing. They should be asking if there’s a detainer before ordering the release of an illegal criminal. No excuse.
