Remember kids, the Democrats bring politicized cases in jurisdictions where they control the judges and juries. Republicans trying to prosecute Democrats in those same jurisdictions are going to run into massive problems.
That’s why all the calls to prosecute Russiagaters in D.C. went nowhere. A D.C. jury is more likely to believe in UFOs than to convict an official abusing power to target President Trump.
And even outside those legal no-go zones, there are still plenty of Clinton, Obama and Biden judges out there.
Like Judge Cameron Currie who just threw out the cases against Former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Currie had been appointed by Bill Clinton. Earlier this summer, she ruled that a man who had made death threats against Trump would not have to stand trial.
The legal battle over the Comey and James cases will continue. But you know who has the advantage.
Yes. One wonders if our side has ever heard of forum shopping.
Much less trying to win.

I have to admit the Left has more choice of forums than Americans do.

The battle lines have been drawn. The leftist are brazen and could care less how they appear. There IS two tiered justice in our Nation and throwing out these cases is essentially giving the American people a big middle finger.,
If conservatives keep getting shot (Kirk), attacked (too many to count), and jailed (Douglas Mackey), and set up (Jan 6th Patriots), something’s gonna give.
When the weasels (like Comey, James, Clinesmith, etc) keep getting a pass for targeting our lives, sooner or later, alternate means of redress will be sought.

Viewed as performance art, “woke” federal judges are textbook instances of Soviet Realism; that is, robotic conformity in black and white. Yes, clapping for this Off-Broadway romantic comedy– “Letitia Meets Jim”– is a test of party loyalty. Will the judges and defendants all live happily ever after? Don’t miss the next act.

People claim nothing can be done. Do you think if this stacked system was facing dims that they would not resolve this? How quickly? They would have bypassed it likely before they took office.

When you think about it, there are actually three levels of justice in America. The top level is restricted to the rich and powerful elites. For those on that level, laws are rarely enforced and only selectively. The second level is reserved for liberal democrats, left wing academia, Hollyweird elites and RINOs who kowtow to the democrat establishment. At that level, laws are selectively enforced and only if the crime embarrasses the rest of the folks on that level.
The bottom level is for everyone else. At that level, you could get a hefty fine and sentenced to six months in prison for passing gas in a public setting!
I was wondering if the ruling could be appealed, and apparently the answer is yes.
