A big part of the Biden ‘autopen’ scandal is that we don’t really know who’s making decisions in parts of the government. A signature doesn’t really mean much these days and government has gotten so big and chaotic that there are really complicated chains of authority, yet a lot of the actual work, including even the signing, is down by junior personnel
As you read this story about events in the New York State governor’s office, consider it in line of the Biden administration, and how easy it would be for a foreign government to have been giving orders in the White House.
Alleged Chinese mole Linda Sun brazenly forged then-Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul’s signature in glowing missives sent to dignitaries from the Henan province, according to the feds and documents presented at her bombshell trial.
Jurors in Brooklyn federal court were shown copies of letters purportedly sent by Hochul on March 26, 2018, inviting a six-member delegation from the province in central China to a meeting with then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
But the letters bore clearly forged versions of Hochul’s signature — that featured “overly loopy” handwriting, her former chief of staff Jeff Lewis testified.
The letters suggested that members of the delegation could expect discussions about “promoting greater investment, trade cooperation and tourism opportunities” with the Empire State, court records show.
Prosecutors say that Sun, who served as Cuomo’s director of Asian-American affairs, forged the governor’s then-No. 2 Hochul’s signature several times that year in an attempt to curry favor with Chinese officials.
“Her loyalty was for sale, and the Chinese government, which wanted to influence the New York government, was willing to pay her to do their bidding,” prosecutor Amanda Shami said during last week’s opening statements.
Would anyone have even been aware of it if there hadn’t been a larger investigation? Probably not. Who really pays attention to this stuff?
That’s why the question of who was actually wielding executive authority in the Biden administration and in any administration matters so much. There is a constitutionally appropriate chain of authority and then other chains of authority that there were brought into being through legislation. Those named officials are responsible for exercising their powers and overseeing their offices. The buck has to stop with them or we don’t have a government.
What we have is a system of low-level staffers who can do anything with no oversight and can work for anyone.

We’re too easily bought.
Even more so, we’re too easily deceived and appeased and too fearful to stand and fight for our rights and freedoms and want and expect others to do it for us while we do nothing.
People with that mindset deserve neither rights or freedoms and instead, deserve misery and poverty and to be treated like chattel. You either stand and fight for something or fall for anything.

Focusing on just the article, Chinese influence in USA is insidious and pervasive. Allowing CCP Chinese to own real estate in USA is beyond reprehensible and illogical and would take an FBI task force years to root out.

I still remember, from years ago while Hillary was Acting Secretary of State and “signed off on” the sale of 20% of our uranium supply from Canada to the Soviets–as “Secretary,” her “signature” was the last of 9(?) required to approve the “deal” (and she “signed” only after the Russians’ $25 “donation” (i.e. Bribe) to the Clinton Foundation had cleared–when one of her lackeys was testifying before a Congressional committee and was confronted with the incriminating document with her “signature” on it.

That alone should be more than enough to nullify the “deal,” and all of Biden’s EOs and fraudulent pardons “signed” by the Autopen.
Everybody knows–but no Democrat will ever admit–that Obama made Hillary Secretary of State in following the longtime Mafia wisdom: “Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer!”
So what?
Anyone who has been in the council of the enemy …
knows that these people …
would call their Chinese spy / friend …
and ask them for the best way to help China.
And if the answer sounded remotely pro-American,
they would ask for clarification.

What does it take to allow a spy balloon to waltz across our country? How many renminbi to release the Huawei daughter back to China? Not prosecuting Chinese spies? Land purchases near military bases? Continuing intellectual property theft?
Averting one’s gaze would do it. No need for signatures.

What do you do when an elected leader, Biden, is so compromised and so far in decline that he authorizes his staff to do whatever they want?

It’ obvious now that the entire Democrat Party is run by and for foreigners. They flooded the nations with foreigners and showered them with cash and benefits above their own citizens, All of the policies they champion are foreign, including net zero, build back better, censorship boards, social credit scoring and socialized medicine to name just a few.
I hate to be “That Guy”, but how can we be sure that these were forgeries, or at least not intended by Hochul? Yeah, her team says so. But why wouldn’t they?
I know my signature (dog’s breakfast that it is) and something of the ways that people mark themselves out with little quirks as they write. I also know it is possible to consciously alter the way you write in order to throw people off, and while not 100% effective it definitely could provide for “overly loopy” things. So who is to say that Hochul did not sign these, intentionally using an overly loopy writing style, to provide plausible deniability? That if caught, Hochul’s office would simply point to the changed writing style, say they were “obviously forgeries” and “overly loopy” and throw someone under the bus? Who is to say otherwise? The accused? How would they prove it?
I hate to consider things like this but it is worth doing so. In either case it is dismaying.
