You just knew that the moment that President Trump came out against Somali fraudsters, Dems would have to come out for them.
Somali fraud in Minnesota had long been coddled by the local DFLers until it just became too huge in scale to continue covering up. But some Democrat judges are still doing what they can for their new base.
“The $7.2 million mailbox.” That’s how prosecutors described to the jury the supposed office of Promise Health LLC, the home healthcare company owned by Abdifatah Yusuf on Central Avenue in Minneapolis, where several other similar businesses were supposedly located.
Jurors saw dozens of checks written to Yusuf’s wife, family members, and $1.1 million in bank transfers and cash withdrawals to himself — money Promise Health received through state Medicaid reimbursements for claiming to provide personal care assistant or PCA services.
The jury saw it as fraud and convicted Yusuf of six counts of theft by swindle.
What the jury didn’t know is that before they deliberated, Judge Sarah West tossed out the top charge of racketeering. Then, three months after the verdict, Judge West made the rare move of tossing that out as well, giving Yusuf a judgment of acquittal.
Court records show other Hennepin County judges tossing related cases before they reached trial. Judge Amber Brennan dismissed the charges against Yusuf’s wife Lul Ahmed, and Judge Hilary Caligiuri dismissed charges against co-defendant Abdiweli Mohamud.
The pattern here is white liberal female judges giving a pass to Somalis.

Why are these judges and subhuman Somalis still walking around alive? You’d think somebody would’ve executed them by now. Sure, that’s illegal but even though I don’t break laws, plenty of other people do.

Given the amount of money the Somali community in Minnesota has ripped off, I’d be willing to bet their left kidneys that some of it flowed to them.

Such judges are incapable of understanding the nature of such culprits. Projecting on them.

He’s just a good guy who did a bad thing in her mind and she thinks he shouldn’t be punished because he’s a non-white and he’s being oppressed because of that. She sure as shit doesn’t understand the nature of malefactors like those scumbags.
I’d rather live in the ninth circle of Hell than Minnesota. Dante wrote his weird description of Hell in descending order of depravity (except for level one – Limbo) by the sinners but level six is much worse than nine. I’d rather be in a frozen lake than a casket of fire. “The Inferno” is a weird book and I notice Dante coincidentally met a lot of Italians down there. I thought it was funny that he portrayed Pope Boniface XIII in Hell even though the evil reptile was still alive. He didn’t like that very much.
I’ll have to get around to reading “Purgatory” and “Heaven.”

Are these judges paid? Or threatened? its hard to understand this otherwise. And there are such deep pocjets to pick (like some of that money).
Why can’t these cases be APPEALED to NON-CORRUPT MN “judges”?? This is so disgusting and BLATANT CORRUPTION! WHAT is it going to take to rid us of these corrupt judges? They better hope a movement of like minded “reformists” don’t start removing them! There should be a LAW against JUDICIAL CRIMINAL ACTS and dismissing charges and nullifying ABSOLUTE convictions should result in IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION and then REMOVAL!
Red herring alert! The judges in question were likely appointed by the DEI Democrats BECAUSE they were female and liberal. They will likely be replaced by non-whites as soon as qualified candidates appear. Non-white male liberals would, no doubt, produce similar verdicts.
Those candidates will appear, but they won’t be qualified. DEI doesn’t require qualification.
Early to mid November, or perhaps late October, Paul Craig Roberts wrote an interesting article on women in America. (He is very hard on Israel, though.)
I wonder if these female judges get wet when they see one of these exotic, brown, masculine foreigners enter their courtroom.
