It is not finally clear as to why he was such a hound dog.
Putin knew about Hillary’s psycho mental state because Hillary left all of her gov’t emails on an unsecured, non gov’t server under her bed while she was Sec of State. Putin probably read Hillary’s emails at his leisure as a kind of recreation after a hard day’s work. So, Hillary engineered her own demise by breaking basic HR rules of the workplace.
