Hamas wants two things from any deal.
1. Israel’s withdrawal leaving the Islamic terror group in control over Gaza
2. The mass release of Hamas terrorists, including those taken on Oct 7, in exchange for any surviving hostages and bodies
The latest Trump-Netanyahu deal gives Hamas 90% of what it wants. Or even more. Hamas however still seems to be rejecting it.
Why? Considering all the concessions already made to Hamas, the terror group has no reason not to push for more. This is how negotiating with terrorists always works. If you make any concession, the terror group will then demand infinite number of concessions. There’s no reason to stop demanding more especially because it works.
But either way, talk of a deal is pointless because the only deal Hamas will accept is one that leaves it in charge. This can take place under some false facade, like the so-called ‘technocratic government’ or ‘international force’ proposed by the deal, but it all amounts to the same thing.
For now, Hamas may not be willing to even accept the facade. And that’s good news for us. An ‘honest’ Islamic terrorist who refuses to pretend he’s going to do anything but kill you is far preferable to the CAIRs and Qatars who Taquiya to your face and then kill you.
Negotiating with terrorists is a dead end. Either you kill them. Or they kill you.

Hamas will never accept Israel. They want Israel destroyed. All Jews dead and the West to surrender and submit to Islam. That is it.

Israel shouldn’t stop until 100% of Hamas is destroyed.
Negotiating with Hamas or other Honor Culture is folly. Sir Richard Burton explained that in the 1800s. The object is to make a fool of you, which enhances the Honor of the Muslim in his own culture.
If I am correct, no agreement signed by Israel and any of the various Palestinian terror organizations as been honored and not violated by the Palestinians. Why does anyone think this will be any different? Hamas will not release all of the remaining hostages. They will release a few after Israel releases a bunch of terrorists and, after they have rearmed and regrouped, they will break this agreement. Unless, Hamas releases all of the remaining hostages, Israel should continue to do everything they can to obliterate Hamas.
They’ll kill any remaining hostages before they’ll give them up! There’s really nothing left to do except neutralize them all! After hamass is gone then relocate all the gazans to other Arab Nations and let them give it a shot! Turn Gaza back into Israeli settlements and reserve the lucrative coastline real estate for developments that are taxed at a certain rate to be used to help support the Gazans who were removed! Everyone wins – except for the dead hamasses, but they get their 72 virgins so there!
Trump’s comment about ‘eternal peace’ in the Middle East, courtesy of the ’20 point plan’, reminds me of an infamous, delusional quote, “Peace for our time”. It is detached from reality.
