Accused of driving around Peterborough with a flamethrower, a loaded rifle and a crack pipe in his lap garnered a convicted drug trafficker no jail time.
Instead, Jesse Garlow — a Mohawk member of the Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation — was credited for time served and handed a suspended sentence due to what the judge described as “intergenerational trauma” and “attempted cultural genocide” in her Nov. 4 Ontario Court of Justice sentencing decision.
“Despite Mr. Garlow’s history of drug trafficking and the other items in that vehicle, I cannot conclusively infer that he was in possession of this firearm in furtherance of other criminal activities,” Justice Brenda Green wrote in her decision, also stating the drugs found inside his crack pipe were for “personal use.”
“Mr. Garlow is the personification of intergenerational trauma. I cannot imagine more sympathetic circumstances or mitigating factors that cry out for some compassion,” Green wrote in her decision.
Who, when suffering from ‘intergenerational trauma’ hasn’t turned to dealing drugs while brandishing a flamethrower.
The good news is this opens up a possibility for a real compromise on gun control.
Members of officially oppressed groups get crack pipes and flame throwers, everyone else gets banned from even having kitchen knives.
And what better way to atone for “attempted cultural genocide” than by letting minority members sell drugs to other members of their oppressed minority group? It’s done wonders for every minority group where it’s been tried.
Canada need better leadership then they have now the pathetic little wanks that ruin whole Nations over their Global Neighborhood stuff
Was there no issue of driving on crack? That could affect public safety and even harm the oppressed.
In USA the Indian reservations set their own laws as I understand it. The Canada reservations seem to be different.

Here in Canada, the principle that all individuals are “equal before the law” no longer applies.
Lady Justice no longer is blind. She has had her blindfold lifted. Sentences are now decided based on an individual’s status within a judicial system based on a tribalized hierarchy. Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) are provided leniency in sentencing while non-BIPOC individuals receive no such leniency.
It’s called the Gladue principle. First Nations criminals MUST be given lighter punishment and are offered options like Healing Circles and Sweat Lodges, that whites are not permitted. I wish I was making this up.
What Gladue principles require
Consideration of systemic factors: Courts must look at the unique circumstances and systemic challenges faced by Indigenous people, such as colonialism’s impact, which can include factors like discrimination, poverty, family separation, and abuse.
Review of sentencing alternatives: Judges must consider all reasonable sanctions other than imprisonment, giving special attention to those that are consistent with the harm done to victims and the community.
As far as “I cannot conclusively infer that he was in possession of this firearm in furtherance of other criminal activities,” Justice Brenda Green wrote in her decision” goes…,this is not a requirement that needs being proven to convict for having a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
It is illegal in Canada to have a loaded firearm in a vehicle; all firearms must be unloaded and stored securely out of sight, preferably in a locked trunk. Ammunition must be stored separately, and for restricted or prohibited firearms, a secure locking device is required. Penalties including a maximum of 10 years in prison for an indictable offense, or up to two years less a day in jail and/or a $5,000 fine for a summary conviction.
There is no lack of Youtube vids from successful Canadians who are packing up and leaving, such is the disgust and sadness they now feel for their own country, particularly in the last 15 years or so.
And the flame thrower was a nice touch.

Yesterday was Canada’s Veterans Day. A Toronto ceremony of Remembrance was violated by woke quislings who proclaimed the following “Indigenous Land and African Ancestor Acknowledgement”:
“We acknowledge this territory is the subject of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant and acknowledge all treaty peoples including settlers [whites] and those who came here involuntarily [blacks and ‘refugee’ muslims], particularly those who were brought to these lands as a result of the transatlantic slave trade and slavery.”
Slavery was abolished by the British Empire in 1834, thirty-three years before Canada became a nation in 1867. The only slavery in Canada was by Indians who enslaved other Indians (for thousands of years), white “settler” women (as sex slaves) and black slaves who escaped the USA to Canada in the 1800s only to be captured and re-enslaved by Indian tribes — so triple black slavery: first enslaved in Africa and sold by islamic slave traders (who invented the black slave trade), then bought and enslaved by plantation owners, then captured and enslaved by Canadian Indians.
Canadians are the most self-involved woke imbeciles on the planet. If Carney’s Liberal government told Canadians the only way to show they were anti-Trump and anti-right wing was to smear their faces with “indigenous” peoples’ feces, 70% of the people in Canada would be walking around smugly shit faced — to “show those damn fascist Americans!” A cringe people. Embarrassing, preposterous, mean and deserving of extinction.
We have seen this before, they will gain the extinction they pursue. Their Government will not stand in their way and thus become a myth as well. Kindness is not a suicide pact though when coupled with charges of guilt and misused enough it will become the cudgel Western Civ will be beaten to death with.
