Order Robert Spencer’s new book, ‘Holy Hell: Islam’s Abuse of Women and the Infidels Who Enable It’: HERE.
The Simi Valley, California Police Department had a momentous announcement on Wednesday: they revealed that they were “investigating a possible ‘hate incident’ at an Islamic Society of Simi Valley building,” according to NBC Los Angeles. What kind of “hate incident”? That’s unclear. What is clear from several recent incidents, however, is that although most people, especially political and law enforcement officials, are much more worried about “Islamophobia” than they are about Islamic jihad, the latter is actually much more of a threat.
It all started apparently when someone at the Islamic Society of Simi Valley called the cops; “officers responded and determined that someone had left ‘hate material’ at the building’s front door. Police did not provide further details about the material.” They don’t want anyone engaging in any copycat activity, you see, but their lack of specificity about the material makes it impossible to tell if the Islamic Society of Simi Valley is just getting hysterical about some Christian evangelistic material, which would not at all be beyond the realm of possibility, or if it really received something that was actually hateful or even threatening.
Other news reports are just as unhelpful. All of them seem to assume that their readers are too immature to be able to handle hearing about the actual contents of the “hateful material” the mosque received: either they’d grab their tiki torches and head to their local mosque, or they’d crawl under the desk and quiver at the unbearable “hate” displayed. And so the Ventura County Star helpfully provides the information that “officers found several handwritten messages on business card-sized papers shoved through the front door of the building, said police Sgt. Rick Morton.”
However, it says nary a word about what those business cards actually said. KEYT says that “a still-unidentified person dropped off business cards with anti-Islamic messages at the front door of the non-profit’s building.” Simi Valley Today ran an extremely curious photo of a scrap of paper on which was written “Hauk tnee,” with this caption: “A disturbing reminder of the persistent threat of hate and bias that some faith communities continue to face.” Was this a placeholder that was supposed to be corrected later, akin to “Lorem ipsum” showing up in a published work, or were the nonsense words an intentional stand-in for the “hate material” we are not allowed to see?
Whatever the case may be, the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is enraged. CAIR-LA top dog Hussam Ayloush sputtered: “The targeting of the Islamic Society of Simi Valley, alongside reports of hate incidents targeting two other local mosques, is deeply alarming and comes at a time when Muslims across the nation are facing an unprecedented wave of hate.” Yet all that seems to have happened to the Islamic Society of Simi Valley is that they supposedly received some insulting messages.
Meanwhile, as the Islamic Society of Simi Valley tries to regain its composure after receiving some hurtful words, here has been a steady stream of violent jihad attacks against innocent non-Muslims, including four in the first two weeks of March alone.
On March 1, a Muslim migrant opened fire in a bar in Austin, Texas, killing three people and injuring 13 others. Then on March 7, two pro-ISIS Muslims screaming “Allahu akbar” threw a homemade shrapnel bomb at a crowd of pro-freedom protesters in New York City. Five days after that came two jihad attacks in one day, when a Muslim crashed his car into a Michigan synagogue and opened fire, while another Muslim, also screaming “Allahu akbar,” started shooting at Old Dominion University, murdering one person and injuring two others.
All in all, the victims of those attacks and their loved ones would certainly have preferred to receive some hateful messages. The disparity between the alleged incident at the Simi Valley mosque and these violent jihad show up the hollowness of the “Islamophobia” narrative that remains so beloved of the left. Yes, some people are louts, and may have left some negative messages at the California mosque. Meanwhile, four people are dead in the jihad attacks in the U.S. of the first half of March, and Hamas-linked CAIR’s Ayloush and the rest of the leftist establishment have nothing to say about them. What sense can be made of this double standard? It’s positively hauk tnee.

I suppose I would be charged with a hate crime should I blast “Onward Christian Soldiers” from my car radio in the vicinity of a mosque that is blasting its creepy call to prayer screeching.
It’s definately worth a try!!
The circle is complete. We started the descent by being condemned for ostracizing nerds fifty years ago in the womens’ movement. “you are mean”! The path has been picked up by the demo nerd political party as a source of votes as their policies were rejected by the voters decades ago. The spotlight has moved from group to group as average people have rejected socialism and its’ adherents.
Homosexuals were the last group of original Americans to be brought on board. There was nothing left to do but expand the vote buying program to illegal aliens and their handlers. These politicians in Mn. or Ca. for examples are all purchased by cair or other groups. There is nothing easier to buy than a political nerd.
They intern inherit the physical intimidation system of the police and military with their office. These enforcement types just want a job and pension. Moslems figured this out and the cash has been flying for 20 years and is now dominant. The only question is “how long will citizens remain on the couch”?
Kamala as President? The party is over.
Curious how the members feel about the ongoing murders of Christians in Nigeria by Boko Haram.
Hannah! They would say you’re a hate filled Islamophobe for mentioning it. (After all, Bono Haram is just obeying their reading of the Koran in proper fashion.)
refusing to accept the moon-god allahahaha and his pedo mohammed is considered to be an islamophobic hate crime according to the terrorists at CAIR.
Why have the entire CAIR organization not been arrested, deported when applicable, and its funds dispersed to Jewish and Christian aid groups?
It isn’t phobic to dislike and distrust people who want to conquer you. The problem is rampant Islamopandering b
