Jihad in America is has become a near-daily occurrence. Just days ago, a couple of Muslims threw a homemade bomb at pro-freedom protesters in New York City. A few days before that, a Muslim migrant with a Qur’an and a rifle shot up an Austin, Texas bar. In late January in Washington state, a Muslim asked another man his religion, and then stabbed him and his dog after learning that he was Christian. And on Thursday at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, a Muslim went on a shooting spree, murdering one person and injuring two others. Like so many other jihad attacks, this one was eminently preventable in all kinds of ways.
The Virginian-Pilot reported Thursday that “one person has died and two others were injured in a shooting Thursday morning inside a classroom at Old Dominion University.” Also, the university announced that the gunman has been killed.
NBC News reported that the shooter was “previously convicted of providing material support to ISIS.” Yet nevertheless, he was running around loose. Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, 36, who lived in Sterling, Virginia, may have targeted his victims because of their link to the U.S. military: “The victims have not been identified. Two of them are members of the school’s ROTC program.” The U.S. Army Cadet Command stated: “We can confirm that two members of the university ROTC program were shot and were taken to a local hospital to treat their injuries.”
Also, “officials said Jalloh allegedly targeted an ROTC class and was a former member of the Army National Guard.”
As the political and media establishment always does, they’re obfuscating about this jihadi’s motive. “A motive in the shooting is unclear. The investigation into whether the shooting has a nexus to terrorism remains ongoing, officials said.”
As Old Joe Biden would say, Come on, man! Nothing could be clearer. In fact, Jalloh is a hardened and convicted jihadi. “In 2016, he was arrested for attempting to provide material support to ISIS, according to public court documents. He allegedly attempted to help procure weapons intended to be used in what he anticipated was going to be an attack in the U.S., the complaint said at the time. The complaint also alleged that he attempted to provide funds to individuals hoping to join ISIS.”
Jalloh “pleaded guilty to attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization and was sentenced to 11 years in prison. He was released in 2024, according to the Department of Justice.” He was released in December 2024, and now he has gone back to the jihad.
His motive was never unclear. Back in 2016, Jalloh plotted to murder Pamela Geller. WND reported in July 2016 that according to an affidavit, “When discussing attack operations, JALLOH stated he knows such operations are ‘100 percent the right thing.’ JALLOH then asked if CHS1 ever thought about targeted operations (targeted killings). JALLOH then identified a person by name who had organized multiple Draw the Prophet Mohammad contests in the United States. JALLOH provided the general location for this individual and described this individual as ‘evil.’ JALLOH insinuated that this individual would be an ideal focus of a targeted attack because of his/her actions against the Prophet Mohammad.”
Jalloh was also “focused on conducting a Fort Hood-style massacre against the United States armed forces,” which appears to be something like the attack he carried out on Thursday. So what is unclear about Mohamed Jalloh’s motive? He was convicted of supporting the Islamic State (ISIS) in 2017 and just released from prison in December 2024. His rage at Geller over the drawings of Muhammad make his motive abundantly clear. After he was released from prison, why wasn’t he stripped of his citizenship (he was a native of Sierra Leone and a naturalized citizen of the U.S.) and deported?
And clearly the time he spent in prison didn’t change his views. Will authorities review and revise the way they treat jihadi prisoners, and start active efforts to disabuse them of their jihadist views? Not a chance. That would be “Islamophobic.”
And so after this latest incident of jihad at Old Dominion University, one thing is certain: there will be many more, because authorities lack the will to identify the real source of the problem, and to do anything effective to counter it. Americans could well look back upon these days as the time when jihad attacks were rare.
A native of a black African country with a moslem majority? Who knows what set him off. It’s a mystery.

Basics. There or good Muslims and bad Muslims. Good Muslims are compatible with a modern world, but a silent. Bad Muslims believe. (BELIEVE!) what is not compatible in the modern world. Good Muslims need to confront the ideas of bad Muslims out front., consistently every day loudly in the mosques. And they will probably be killed outright by bad Muslims. But that’s the fight. But we as non-Muslims need to do is condemn the good Muslims, who do not actively vocally condemn the bad Muslims. And this fight is a fight of religious doctrine. It may not be possible to confront the religious doctrine of the bad Muslims. It may be too fundamental to the religion. But I believe that’s the battle. And the battle won’t be won until the religious fight is taken on.
The problem is not good Muslims vs bad Muslims. The problem is Islam. The problem is also most leaders in America will not acknowledge that Islam is a worldwide menace which has nothing to offer the USA but repression, barbarity, and bondage. They also refuse to acknowledge that Islam is a POLITICAL ideology which is unequivocally antithetical to the wonderful country our founders gave us. We must defend our way of life from this evil ideology masquerading as religion. WE must.
Steve, you are right. The reason “most leaders in America will not acknowledge” the problem is their religion. That religion began to prevail after WW2 and is still in control (though now beginning to weaken). It is the secular humanist liberal consensus demanding radical equality (sameness), open borders and special privileges and government support for hostile invaders.
Tolerance is a Western Judeo-Christian virtue and Command, but has never been, and is not, a principle or doctrine of Islam.
While Christians recognize The Bible (both Old and New Testaments) as “written by men, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit” as a matter of longstanding Belief and Doctrine, Islam insists that the Koran–though only in the original Arabic–is the Literal, Verbatim Word of God, and therefor unchangeable, even to a single word…
…even though Mohammed was illiterate, and merely dictated his self-serving hallucinations and “Allah’s Commands” to his “stenographers” (whoever they were), who could actually write.
Unlike ignorant present-day Western apologists for Islam (including the dimwitted Bush Junior) as a “religion of peace,” I have actually read large portions of the Koran (although in English translation, so therefore not “authentic”).
Chaotically disorganized and not at all chronologically arranged (as the Old Testament at least is), the “Suras” are whatever the illiterate Caravan Raider and warlord woke up in the morning to want (including taking another man’s wife, or 6-year-old daughter) and claimed as “the Command of Allah,” including bloody warfare, conquest, enslavement, rape, and the slaughter of “infidels.”
It is not the Word of God, certainly not obedience to the Teachings of Christ. It’s the opposite of those: It is the Command of Satan in direct, mortally sinful rebellion against God: “Do as Thou Wilt!”
I don’t object to Moslems here in the U.S. believing whatever they “believe” as they practice their “religion” at a local mosque, squatting and then bending over and banging their foreheads on the floor, AS LONG AS THAT’S ALL THEY DO to “pray.”

Barry, your thinking is reasonable, but must recognize only radical Islamists police those who are not radical enough. The less radical Muslims tend to lack religious fervor. They are lukewarm and just want to live and let live. They are likely pre-radicals and share many ties with their radical brethren — language, culture, holidays, history, lineage, etc.
They all need to live together in their own country. God forbid that country becomes the U.S.

The issue is committed Muslims vs MINOs. The people whom you describe as “good Muslims” are MINOs, born into Islam, not enthused by some aspects of it, but afraid to leave because of the apostasy law. Which is where the problem is, because if they fail to conceal jihadis when asked, or to do other things that enable jihad, even whilst being short of overt aggression, they are open to being blackmailed via the very same apostasy law. (Muhammad reckoned that a Muslim deserved to die if he even neglected his 5 x daily prayers). Plus they may have a bad conscience about not being jihadis.

Could you sighting chapter and verse design an argument that somehow would allow questioning of the Islamist understanding. Give this to modern religious Imams that will see a way of justifying Islam, using arguments from the Koran (interpretting them differently). This is would be similar to what Luther did, nailing his notes to the church door. This would be a crack opening to the door. Justifying belief with a scholarly argument.
Many in the street of “faith” want Islam to be updated, but remain Islam. Is there a way of doing that. Find the argument in chapter and verse.

That’s my question, too, although Terminating the P.O.S. With Extreme Prejudice, as those brave, valiant young cadets did, was a better, more satisfying, and at least permanent and irreversible Sentence and Solution. Too bad it was carried out about 10 minutes later than it should have been.
Muslim attacks on American soil – both big and small but always
with murderous intentions to spread Islam – have been happening

That’s a staggering amount of Muslim terrorists. Not to mention
the even bigger amount who’ve inflicted terror for Islam on Europe,
Africa and throughout the world – which also will never stop.

not represent true Islam and that it is Islamophobic to question or
criticize Islam. In fact, ordinary citizens in the UK will be jailed for
doing so – no matter how many of them face death by Muslim jihad.

the U.S. – Democrats and Globalists will continue to criticize objections
of Americans – via Islamophobia – to being continually subjected to
serious injury and murder by Muslims.

twisted. True Christianity has always been a matter of personal heart and repentance. No one is born a Christian. Jesus never taught his disciples to conquer the world via power but accepting His grace personally. Both Communism and Islam (and nazi fascism) teach that the world is to be conquered by force and all means necessary. this is antithetical to Christian doctrine.
