Once #StopAsianHate went national and gained media and corporate backing, everyone pretended that it was about ‘white supremacists’ attacking Asians, but the touchstones of the trend were always about elderly Asian people being assaulted by minority career criminals.
And one of the worst of those cases was ‘Grandpa’ Vicha Ratanapakdee, an 84-year-old Thai man, being killed in broad daylight in San Francisco by a violent thug that was caught on video.
Now the pro-crime system in San Francisco has finalized its verdict and the killer is getting away with it.

The thug who did this is walking away with time served and is walking away with probation after the leftist judge blamed everything except him.
The judge said at the sentencing that imprisonment would have a “poor impact” on Watson.
“She said Mr. Watson has trouble in his life because he’s from a broken family, parents fighting … that doesn’t mean you can kill other people,” Vicha’s daughter, Monthanus Ratanapakdee, told the California Post.
Colfax — a former public defender who has boasted about her “inclusive” courtroom featuring a nameplate with her she/her pronouns — has previously come under fire for the lenient treatment of other accused criminals…
The brutal assault was caught on surveillance video that went viral, sparking a national outcry.
Watson’s defense attorney argued he had a mental breakdown on the day of Ratanapakdee’s killing after a family argument.
He had PTSD after experiencing abuse and was not aware of Ratanapakdee’s age or race when he violently assaulted him, attorneys argued.
“Antoine Watson was a 19-year-old in distress who made a terrible, impulsive decision with devastating consequences,” said Deputy Public Defender Anita Nabha in a statement.
One can but hope that the next time Watson goes for a walk, he meets some of the liberals who made this happen.

This Judge is a sick joke on society, not fit for purpose. She let off a violent criminal. And you call that Justice ?
You make a good point but I don’t see this as a question of intelligence. This is someone who is brainwashed by identify politics to the point that her soul is corroded. She is indifferent to the suffering of people who she doesn’t view as falling into her bizarre definition of true victimhood. The very reasons the rest of us are disgusted by this judge are the reasons she was elected in the first place.
It does not matter what the history of a violent criminal thug is. It’s absolutely irrelevant.
A violent thug is a threat to all of society. If they commit murder they must be kept away for life.
