After the Justice Department announced that it was sending election monitors to New Jersey (not to mention California) to watch for election irregularities, local officials reacted with bluster, defiance and threats.
Acting Attorney General Angela Cai is pushing back on yesterday’s announcement that the Justice Department would monitor polling sites in Passaic County… there are “very limited circumstances” where federal authorities may enter a polling location, and that federal election monitors must seek authorization from a federal judge to observe election proceedings.
Cai argues the U.S. Attorney General must conduct a “highly circumscribed” process under the Voting Rights Act in response to worthy complaints of race discrimination.
Now the Attorney General’s office is telling counties that they are not obligated to permit the Justice Department access.
“As a matter of federal and state law, and absent a court order or agreement, DOJ monitors have no greater rights to enter or access polling sites than members of the public,” Cai stated. “If you have any questions on these matters, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Uh-huh. I’m sure.
If this were happening in Alabama, there would be front page outrage across the media, claims that the federal government needs to take urgent action to bring this rogue state into line, but obviously the rules are very different here.
After making themselves sanctuary states for illegal aliens, local officials insist on making themselves into sanctuary states for voter fraud.
But what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. These are the new rules of the road for election monitors.
Trump should deploy Federal marshals or other armed agents preemptively to every single polling place to protect and ensure the monitors have access and are not interfered with in their monitoring of the voting.

Th Feds have every right to monitor elections when they know that the crooked and corrupt state officials are involved in massive voter fraud and are showing it by trying to keep out the Election Monitors. As Sefton above says and I agree. Send in US Marshalls and arrest any New Jersey election officials trying to keep them out and put the Marshalls in the room with the mail in ballots. The only reason for Cai to do this is to hide the fraud they have already planned.
The only mail-in ballots allowed should be verifiable and only by military overseas and the aged.

It’s worse than that. I live in Maryland. There is an organization in the state named “Casa de Maryland,” (Casa). In the early 2000s I witnessed them registering people to vote who were telling them that they were illegal aliens. The Casa representative told them “That’s between you and the (Maryland) Secretary of State.” At the time Casa,was led by Tom Perez who went on to be Obama’s Secretary of Labor and a Biden senior advisor and now is likely some bigwig in the Dem’s corruptocrat firmament.

There should be a NATIONAL VOTER ID CARD complete with Photo and a hologram so it’s not easily faked! The penalty for Vote Fraud should be LIFE IN PRISON with NO PAROLE! Yes, it’s that serious and should not even be considered!!
There should be PAPER BALLOTS and ABSOLUTE Reconciliation between people SIGNING in to vote and number of ballots. The COUNTS should be at the minimum a TRIPLE confirmation! It shouldn’t take a week or month to count the votes – should be ELECTION NIGHT after a DAY OF VOTING! If we have HONEST elections then DEMOcrats in office would be SCARCE!
If India can have an election on Saturday and a new Prime Minister and Government sworn in on Tuesday there is no reason for the USA not to have results on Friday after voting on Tuesday.
