I missed the part of the Constitution that allows federal judges to override the president and now apparently congressional legislation because of their ‘feelings’.
Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee, previously declared that all the illegal aliens could remain here because “it is not in the public interest to manufacture a circumstance in which hundreds of thousands of individuals will, over the course of several months, become unlawfully present in the country.”
Talwani has now topped herself.
A federal judge on Monday granted Planned Parenthood’s request to temporarily halt Medicaid funding cuts to the group’s health centers under a provision of Republicans’ new tax and spending package.
U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani’s ruling marks the first known instance of a federal judge limiting enforcement of any part of the “big, beautiful” bill, which President Trump signed into law Friday.
It came just hours after Planned Parenthood sued over a provision that imposes a one-year ban on state Medicaid payments to health care nonprofits that also offer abortions and received more than $800,000 in federal funding in 2023.
The judge issued the decision before the government responded, providing no explanation beyond a brief note that Planned Parenthood had shown “good cause” for her to immediately intervene.

At some point, perhaps now, Trump is going to have simply ignore the rulings of these corrupt tyrannical judges. The recent Supreme Court rulings don’t seem to have had an effect. Perhaps when a ruling is issued that is so egregious and so overtly asinine that even the leftwing idiots will understand that we cannot have judicial dictatorship. What happens when a judge orders Trump to kill his children? Or orders Vance top jump off a bridge?

Quite simply, this judge needs to be disbarred and removed from the bench for cause. She can not or will not constrain her rulings within the prescribed Constitutional bounds. In short, she is a tyrant and must be removed.

The judge’s terms “public interest” and “good cause” are value judgements against the policy decisions of lawmakers and not based on the Constitution. This opposes the concept of limited separated powers.

“[The decision] came just hours after Planned Parenthood sued…” In the decision, the judge tells the plaintiff to inform the defendant of the decision. What that tells me, is that the defendant wasn’t there. That is reasonable in cases where there is extreme emergency to make a decision on an injunction and there isn’t enough time to bring in the defendant. The section of the OBBB in question is effective on the first day after the first quarter the bill becomes effective. Given that the bill was signed in July, that means the effective date of the relevant section is 1 Oct 2025. Almost three months away. Why did the judge decide not to give the defense a chance to speak at the hearing? Isn’t that one of the fundamental rights in America?
This judge is only effective if the Trump administration obeys her. Think on that one.
