Senator Kamala Harris Threatens Dot Coms If They Don't Censor "Misinformation"

Senator Kamala Harris has a mission... to save the nation from free speech.

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) on Sunday said her administration would hold social media platforms "accountable" for "hate," laying out her vision for combatting domestic terrorism at an event in Detroit.

This is just viewpoint discrimination by government coercion.

Is Senator Harris planning to remove the First Amendment by executive order.

"We will hold social media platforms accountable for the hate infiltrating their platforms, because they have a responsibility to help fight against this threat to our democracy," Harris, a 2020 presidential contender, said during the Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner at the Detroit NAACP.

She pledged to "double" the civil rights division at the Department of Justice, then turned her attention to the social media platforms.

"If you profit off of hate, if you act as a megaphone for misinformation or cyber warfare, if you don’t police your platforms, we are going to hold you accountable," Harris said.

Harris means something very different by "civil rights".

But notice how she starts off talking about hate and domestic terrorism. Then it comes down to "misinformation". Which is a catch-all term used to censor conservatives once they fail media "fact checks".

A violation of the First Amendment by using government coercion to force private parties to censor speech is still unconstitutional.
