Bill Clinton Sent Staffer Who Stole Documents to Hunt for Aliens
Once upon a time, Bill Clinton was the most powerful man in the world. Now he's obscure, overshadowed by his wife, and he does things like this.
Former President Bill Clinton this week revealed he sent his national security adviser to inspect Area 51 in Nevada for aliens when he served as president.
During an appearance on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" that aired on Thursday, Clinton said he and his former chief of staff, John Podesta — who he said "loved science fiction" — "made every attempt to find out everything about Roswell."
"We also sent people to Area 51 to make sure there were no aliens," he said, to which Corden questioned who went to the once-top secret military base.
"Oh, if I told you that…" Clinton joked, before revealing he sent his national security adviser, Sandy Berger, who died in 2015 from cancer.
Bill Clinton isn't even on the Late show, he's on the Late Late Show. That's sad, just sad. This is a former president going on a show that airs after midnight.
And yet somehow it's only half of what Bill deserves.
Anyway, back to the aliens and Sandy Berger. The latter is so infamous that the National Archives has him on its thefts page.
Fifty-eight year old Sandy Berger, the former National Security Adviser under the Clinton Administration, illegally took classified documents from the National Archives on more than one occasion. During his visits to the Archives, it was determined that Berger folded the documents in his clothes, walked out of the National Archives building in Washington, D.C., and placed them under a nearby construction trailer for retrieval later on. Two years later Berger was sentenced to 100 hours of community service and probation and fined $50,000. He also also had to pay $6,905 for the administrative costs of his two-year probation. Berger also lost his security clearance and license to practice law.
Note the difference between Sandy and virtually every other case of theft which concluded in prison time. But there's different rules for Clinton associates and Democrats in general in the D.C. justice system.
Sending Sandy to hunt for aliens would be a good way to see the aliens and any documents about them stuffed into Sandy's socks.
The Clintons however were really obsessed with aliens.
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has said that if she is elected, she will ‘get to the bottom’ of questions over what the government knows about UFOs and aliens.
When asked if she would support UFO disclosure group efforts, she enthusiastically said ‘yes’.
‘Yes, I’m going to get to the bottom of it,’ Hillary Clinton told The Sun reporter last week.
‘I think we may have been (visited already). We don’t know for sure,’ she said.
She added that she would like to look into Area 51, which she first called Area 54 but quickly corrected herself.
It's all about what you believe in.
58% of Democrats believe in UFOs, but only 32% are proud to be American
