Bill Clinton: Israel Must Be Forced to Make Peace

“If we don’t force him to have peace, we won’t have peace.”

Sometimes Bill Clinton is pro-Israel.

Bill Clinton – who avoided serving in Vietnam – says he would take up arms and “fight and die” for Israel if Iraq attacks the Jewish state.
“If Iraq came across the Jordan River, I would grab a rifle and get in the trench and fight and die,” the ex-president said to wild applause at a Jewish fund-raiser in Toronto.

Other times he's himself.

Former President Bill Clinton was caught in a hot-mic moment bashing Prime minister Netanyahu while he was picketing with his wife Hillary in Iowa on Sunday.

According to Haaretz’ Chemi Shalev, Bill Clinton was overheard clearly agreeing with an interlocutor from the audience who said that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is “not the man” who would make peace with the Palestinians and  concurring with the statement “If we don’t force him to have peace, we won’t have peace.”

The rest is Clinton's convoluted reworking of the peace deal with Arafat which is an assessment that he has repeatedly revised.

Bill Clinton, like Hillary, is pro-Israel in the right settings and anti-Israel the rest of the time.
