Kerry's flip-flopping skills had faded somewhat in recent years, reduced to being for bombing Syria before being against it (or the other way around), but if he's going to begin his pointless 2020 presidential campaign, why not with some flip-flopping over the essential question?

Man, that John Kerry is a decisive leader who is quick to make up his mind and then make it up again.
If Kerry were going to fake a run, this would be a good time to do it to pump up his otherwise uninteresting book. But instead, Kerry has disappointed his dozens of fans in the State Department instead.
Wait a day though, and the headline will be, "John Kerry May Run in 2044."
