2020 Dems have figured out how to square the circle of appearing on FOX News. Hold a town hall on FOX and then bash it.
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is just the latest candidate to tap into that losing formula. It's a losing formula because every Dem media consultant warns against going on FOX News and attacking it. FOX News has Democrat viewers. And plenty of independents. But attacking the news network also attacks their viewing choices. If Gillibrand were serious about running in the general election, she wouldn't have done it.
But she isn't.
At this point, Gillibrand's campaign is little more than grifting. She has no chance of winning. And, like her fellow losers, is trying to squeeze out some more media oxygen with a FOX News tantrum.
