The left has been rebranding Nazism as fascism as right wing since the early 1950s. Meanwhile normal Americans were congratulating themselves on winning WW2. That was the last war America officially won.
If they hadn’t done that there would be no way they could have been so successful in pushing Frankfurt School acolyte Herbert Marcuse and his Communist buddies into every institution for the last 70 years. It was always called the Long March Through the Institutions.

Maybe in fifty or so the pundits and others will understand that fascism and its variants are left wing creations. I’ll be gone long before that and hopeful our world will understand the dangers the radical left has unleashed on all of us. Nazism became “bad” when Adolph declared war on Stalin/USSR. Before that they understood that each were far more alike than different.
I have used the following Dinesh Prager U video from 2017 multiple times on Social Media to justify referring to Leftist Commies as “Fascists.”
I wish Dinesh would make the rounds on various podcasts, FoxNews, etc. enlightening people about the h/o Fascism, Nazism, Antifa and Communism.
That whole RIGHT-LEFT paradigm left over from WWII Europe has to be (as the (Leftists would say) re-imagined or re-defined in America with a Constitutional Republic which is unrelated to totalitarian Socialism.
I suspect that people who know something about the rise of Hitler also understand that the German communist party and the Nazi Party were at each other’s throats. It wasn’t because the commies were on the left, so “naturally” the Nazis were on the right.
No, the difference was that the communists were associated with the Russians, who wanted world domination, vs the Nazis, who wanted German domination. The clash between the two was exploited by the communists to discredit the freedom-loving right.
The Obama and Biden administrations were intent on running the media, tech industry; businesses, Hollywood to promote their agenda and silence and cancel the opposition through them that they can be rightfully called “fascist” administrations with only lip service to the U.S. Constitution!
