On 29 July 2024, 17-year-old Rwandan-born Axel Rudakubana entered a dance studio in Southport, Merseyside in the UK where a Taylor Swift–themed dance workshop was underway, attended by 26 children. He proceeded to stab two of the girls to death and critically injure eight others and two adults with a kitchen knife. A third little girl died from her wounds the following day.
Rudakubana was arrested at the scene and charged with three counts of murder, ten counts of attempted murder, and possession of a bladed article, in addition to being charged later for possession of ricin and an al-Qaeda training manual. He was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 52 years. No motive for the stabbings was ever identified.
The UK’s Daily Mail reported yesterday that a 760-page inquiry into the attack has concluded that “this terrible event could have been – and should have been – prevented,” and that “catastrophic” failures by Rudakubana’s protective parents and by indifferent agencies enabled the attack to go forward.
Born in Wales to Christian parents who had fled Rwanda, Axel was enrolled at The Acorns School, a pupil referral unit, at the age of 13 after being expelled from a public school for taking a knife into class.
He had been referred to the Home Office anti-extremism program called Prevent three times between 2019 and 2021, but was not accepted into the program as no evidence of terrorism was found; instead, his behavior was largely dismissed as attributable to his autism.
Headteacher Joanne Hodson told investigators that she realized from his first day at Acorns that Rudakubana was “very high risk,” with a manner “devoid of any remorse.” I’m no clinical psychologist, but I believe someone who is clearly devoid of any remorse is a ticking, psychopathic time bomb, and authorities need to be alerted before tragedy strikes.
Hodson apparently felt the same way, but she wasn’t counting on the willful blindness and cowardice of the authorities. When she took her concerns to children’s mental health worker Samantha Steed about the risk Rudakubana posed, Steed accused Hodson of “racially stereotyping” the teen “as ‘a black boy with a knife.’” That implied threat “effectively shut me up,” Hodson told the inquiry.
The warning about Rudakubana reportedly remained in a document about his education, health and care plan, but parts were rewritten; a concerning reference to his “sinister” internet use (more on that below), for example, was replaced with the weaselly word “inappropriate.”
Inquiry chairman Sir Adrian Fulford conceded that “Mrs Hodson was raising a valid point about the need for a risk assessment,” and that this was “another example of insufficient emphasis being placed on the risks that child may present to others.”
Insufficient emphasis indeed. The report cited “critical failures in information sharing” among the various agencies responsible for monitoring Rudakubana. The boy’s autism had been used as an excuse for his past behavior, and a “merry-go-round” of referrals and assessments meant that no agency understood (or cared to understand, apparently) how dangerous the teenager was. No one wanted to be responsible for identifying a clearly disturbed child of black African migrants as a danger to others.
At the report’s conclusion, Sir Adrian criticized Lancashire Police, the government’s counter-extremism service Prevent, various NHS mental health services, and the County Council, among others. “This failure lies at the heart of why [Rudakubana] was able to mount the attack, despite so many warning signs of his capacity for fatal violence.”
Sir Adrian said the agencies also showed “scant regard” and a “lack of curiosity” over Rudakubana’s internet fascination with the sickeningly macabre, which included viewing graphic images of dead bodies, victims of torture and beheadings, and cartoons depicting killing, violence and rape. He was obsessed with wars, genocides, and mass-murdering figures such as Hitler and Genghis Khan.
“I have no hesitation in concluding that the degrading, violent and misogynistic material that [Rudakubana] was viewing online contributed to and ‘fed’ his already unhealthy fascination with violence,” Sir Adrian wrote.
Sir Adrian also noted that if Rudakubana’s parents had done “what they morally ought to have” and reported his suspicious behavior instead of doing everything in their power to protect him, he would not have been free on the day of the attack. The father, Alphonse Rudakubana, for example, deliberately withheld information about his son’s stash of deadly weapons, some of which the parents actually helped him procure.
In December 2019, Rudakubana carried out an attack on a boy at school with a hockey stick, breaking the victim’s wrist, just months after he had been expelled for admitting carrying a knife. Sir Adrian called this the “watershed moment” which proved “beyond doubt” that the boy “was motivated by an ensuring desire to inflict severe harm on and possibly kill another pupil.”
If the teenager had been arrested at that time, he said, it would have likely led to his home being searched and “critical information” such as the ricin seeds and the al Qaeda manual might have been discovered.
Instead, Rudakubana was returned to his home with no further criminal action taken. Lancashire Constabulary’s Chief Constable Sacha Hatchett told BBC News, “I am extremely sorry for this.” Not as sorry as the families of Southport victims Bebe King (6 years old), Elsie Dot Stancombe (7), and Alice Dasilva Aguiar (9), I’ll bet.
In the wake of the report, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said the government was determined to “take the necessary action to reduce the risk of such an attack happening again.” Well, the government can start by summoning the moral courage to reject the fear of accusations of racism. Throughout the Western world, not just in the UK, this threat has been weaponized against timid white majorities, emboldening everyone from looters to terrorists.
The same can be said for false accusations of so-called Islamophobia, which suppressed awareness of the UK’s Pakistani grooming gangs that victimized countless British white girls. Those crimes, the stabbing murders of the three little Southport girls, and countless other atrocities could have been prevented if our society hadn’t been so browbeaten by race-mongering Progressive and Muslim activists into fearing being smeared falsely as bigots.
It is long past time to throw off this ugly strategy, have the courage to tell the truth, and act accordingly to protect the innocent.

I am sure that when he enters the prison system he will not be there very long before he feels the pain of his tools that killed 3 little girls and tramatised many more. Somehow other prisoners feel they can take justice in their hands when the opportunity presents itself.
The uk is the new iran. Those in prison in the UK are probley like him. Not that way in the U.S.A. he would die the 1st day.
England has voluntarily succumbed to dhimi status. How easily they have done so.
I hope we are paying close attention and take the hijrah occurring here very seriously and commence the necessary immigration freeze and mass deportations to prevent being conquered. Soon, very soon.

No different from here in the US. Blacks commit interracial crime at 85-90% black on white. Everyone has to pretend it isn’t happening. Admin at schools that are predominately black suppress black crime and hide it. This is done to give the appearance that the school is safe, and a good school for kids to learn.
This is why Obama wanted the FBI to stop keep track of crimes by race. Blacks commit the overwhelming amount of crime. A friend of mine was a cop and he related that the top brass (coming from the mayor) wanted every traffic ticket to be labeled black, or Hispanic on the back? Why? That’s irrelevant, but when you’re trying to come up with a narrative that the police are racist this is what you do.
We can’t speak the truth about anything, or you’re called a racist, Islamophobic, homophobic, etc.
There isn’t a day that goes by where a black hasn’t stabbed, shot, etc, committed a crime against white folks. And that story gets buried.

Before the 1980s, autism was understood to be a rare condition with a small handful of symptoms. Since then, the list of symptoms has ballooned and the rate of diagnosis has skyrocketed. Coincidence? I think not.
Tragically, this is the result we get when autism is combined with sociopathy. (Not all autistic kids are killers!)

The killer had acquired an “al-Qaeda training manual” – then: “No motive for the stabbings was ever identified.” These 2 elements are contradictory. But if the Brits still care about their little girls being groomed for prostitution, raped or slaughtered, in turn their authorities and the police force obviously do not.
If a boy has a knife where a knife is not permitted and is described as such, there is no racial stereotype involved by a witness to such. The mental health worker imposed the term stereotype to deflect from reality and avoid acting. Such a framework denies the equality of identity groups to be responsible for adhering to norms.

What is popularly called racism can often be well-founded cultural antipathy. What is popularly called phobia is understood to be irrational fear, when the reaction may be entirely understandable distaste and not always fear. Even fear, based on valid perception and experience is often called unjustified. A society that prizes civility over honesty punishes those who honestly demonstrate antipathy, distaste, or fear deriving from reasonable grounds welcomes bad behavior by members of the group against which reasonable alarm may be raised.
Even our most well-meaning colleagues will claim that “everyone is racist, when put in certain circumstances.” But they conflate rational response with some innate prejudice – inherent or learned.
There is nothing wrong with being prejudiced and there is nothing wrong with preferring one’s own ethnicity to that of others.
There’s only one race and that’s the human race, so the worst someone could be accused of is preferring one’s own ethnicity. And I do. The rest might be the nicest people in the world but I just wish they would be nice in someone else’s country.
Sometimes I wish we English, Scottish, Welsh and even Irish were more tribal like the invaders. If we were, they wouldn’t have done to us what they have done over the past 70 years.
You were once. I take it that somehow it was bred away. William Wallace, Owain G;yndŵr, and Alfred the Great all warred on behalf of their tribes. Elizabeth I had great fortitude. I’ve known plenty of people with autism and many of these characteristics of autism today don’t fit autistic people. I think what is going on is signs of mental cases are being put into the characteristics of autistics. Using your excuse of being an autistic says your reason for killing is autism. No, it’s a way for the murderer to get away with murder. Autistics don’t like to be told to do thing so they need a strong hand but even so they don’t usually kill, These third world people come into a country with white people, white kids and white young girls with blond hair and blue eyes and these foreigners refuse to take no when they go after what they can’t get in the country they came from because the country they came from has 99% people who look like them. That is what is going on, an excuse for these males to get away with taking what they can’t get back home not because they are autistic but they are surrounded by white females, kids and adults.. Just what is the rate of autistic especially males that are killing white people, very tiny. Take out the mental illness and hate of others characteristics out of autistic cases and you will have the real characteristics of autistics, and they don’t have the tendency to kill, especially to kill a group of particular people. This guy apparently left his parent’s Christianity and became Muslim and in Iraq the Muslims were selling girls according to the color of their eyes. Most cost, blue, green and last brown tells me this guy killed what he could in numbers, kids, and did it because they were white and female non-Muslim not because he was autistic. And western country’s males better start protecting their own non-Muslim white girls and women instead of protecting and giving these third world men the right to kill non-Muslim females of western countries.
The means by which females have traditionally been “protected”, Anna, has usually involved restriction of freedom. Purdah and confinement by other names has been and is still being practiced in many cultures around the world. In England in the 1970s a government official recommended a curfew on females to “protect” them from the Yorkshire Ripper. The suggestion was not well-received.
Was this family Hutu or Tutsi? The Hutus’ predilection for violence and massacre has been proven ( look up the Rwandan genocide of 1994 when the Hutus went on a killing rampage of 800,000 mostly Tutsi civilians).
I don’t want to see organisations being held responsible as the easy way out of this by pointing fingers are amorphous entities such as ‘the police’, ‘the prevent programme’, ‘the local authorities’, ‘the school’. I want individuals named and brought before a court to answer for their acts of omission and commission.
People allowed this to happen and they need to face the consequences, for two reasons : 1. Those involved need to be punished and 2. As a deterrent for others in the future.
I could say much more but I’ll just say that these people, including Judas Starmer and Yvette Cooper and the Merseyside Police Chief, disgust me. These are repulsive people who have contaminated our country with their behaviour.
