In recent weeks, Russiagaters have been scrambling like cockroaches to move the goal posts. Obama claimed that Russiagate just meant that the Russians interfered in the election without changing anything. Another Russiagater argues that we can’t disprove Russiagate unless we prove the negative that the Russians didn’t aid Trump.
Susan Miller, a retired CIA officer who helped lead the team that produced the report about Russia’s actions during the 2016 campaign, said that, “both me and my team readily acknowledged — to Trump and others in the USG we briefed — that we could not say if this attempt by the Russians actually worked unless someone polled every single Trump voter to see if this disinformation was what led them to vote for Trump.”
We’ve gone from innocent until proven guilty to guilty until proven innocent… and we can’t prove Trump is innocent unless we interrogate all Trump voters about whether the Russians convinced them to vote for Trump.
Mind you, the disinformation stuff Miller is pushing is nonsense. Russia’s Facebook spamming took place mostly after the election and was aimed at disaffected voters. Russia was not trying to influence the election, it was trying to gain influence by targeting those most skeptical about establishment candidates, to push its various other political agendas, especially involving Syria.
None of this is new.
Russia did not try to elect anyone. This entire narrative was used for a massive censorship campaign aimed at Americans, not Russians, in the name of stopping ‘disinformation’ which turned out to mean any kind of speech the Left did not like.
We’re well past this, but Russiagaters won’t let go of it.
The COO of Facebook stated flat out that the majority of Russian spamming during the 2016 campaign was pro shrillary – and he said that in 2017.

Perhaps not…but it could be.
People underestimate the impact that the fall of the Soviet Union had on Democrats in America. To them, the Soviets were right and would win in the end and prove the capitalist, rugged individualist, liberty and freedom Reagan types wrong. It would be a glorious day when America joined the Workers of the World and crushed their enemies. The end of the Soviet Union shattered their hopes and entire worldview, but, typical of the left, they could not admit they were wrong. Their brains shattered and they have been trying feverishly to recreate the Bolshevik Revolution in America. They live in a world detached from reality with only their diminishing echo chamber to sustain them. The echo chamber is what encouraged to them to ever more brazen crimes and abuses of power. They are perplexed by its absence and know nothing except to keep running the same playbook.
Everything the Democrats do today is a symptom of their raison d’etre: EXERCISING THEiR WILL TO POWER.
And because of that they will stop at nothing; examples are all around us. Susan MIller’s comment is the lamest of the lame examples to date.
When I was a registered demoncrap I never once thought or leaned to communism – however seeing how the DuNCe party has de-evolved to a total lunatic lethal oligarch, marxist scheme where they will be in some seat of ultimate power and stupid Americans still think demoncrap party is for the people when it looks like the MAGA party has done in a little over 6 months more than the last several POTUS administrations in the past.
This is the first time I have ever mentioned this, but there used to be a Russian Jewish lady who would bring me freshly made borsht during the 2016 election season. After reading this article, I wonder if she was a spy. Nonetheless, 2016 is the first time I voted for a Republican for POTUS and now I’m MAGA all the way.

I guess you missed it when Ted Kennedy sent a letter to the Soviets explaining how he wanted to join forces with them to thwart Reagan. It used to be only 20-30% Democrats were hardcore left commie scumbags. The rest were just casually involved or just thought them to be blue collar types and didn’t like Republicans (in which they were right and I was the fool). A much higher percentage of democrats are straight up left-wing nutjobs these days.

Democrats were being coopted before the fall of the Soviet form of the Russian Empire. Senator Henry (Scoop) Jackson (1912-1983) was one of the last of the Democrats on the strong side of the Cold War.
I recall an old Dixiecrat, after someone was acquitted of some political charge, raving that he had to be guilty because he was never proven innocent.
