Candace has strong verbal skills, despite her mispronunciations. People who read a lot often mispronounce words because they look up word meanings but neglect the pronunciation guide. Strong verbal skills make one appear more intelligent. A rudimentary but accurate picture of intelligence is the ability to make informational connections — to “connect the dots.” This is where Candace reveals her candlepower is less than genius, but Candace is smarter than average for sure.

Exactly. Shapiro and I often disagree, but I still find his thoughts and opinions very valuable. The man is obviously very intelligent. Truly it is difficult to grow without testing one’s own thinking and opinions. Smart people who see and think differently are indispensable for this purpose.

Ben is good at debating low IQ liberal college students. That’s about it. He avoids debates with well informed adults.
That is not true. Shapiro gets a lot of entertainment value, however, when he debates less thoughtful and intelligent people. That is worth something.
