Just when you thought the Somali welfare fraud story couldn’t get any more ridiculous, allegations have emerged that Somalia’s Foreign Minister Abdisalam Abdi Ali and Somalia’s UN Ambassador Abukar Dahir Osman ran a company called Progressive Health Care Services Inc in Cincinnati, Ohio.
A LinkedIn profile appearing to belong to Osman certainly reflects this. Strangely the profile states that Osman ran the health care company through 2019 and began serving as Somalia’s ambassador to the UN beginning in 2017.
This seems to suggest he ran a health care company in Ohio while also serving as Somalia’s ambassador to the UN.
He’s described as having worked as a supervisor at the Medicaid Unit in the Franklin County Department of Family Services and then worked as the Minister of National Security for Somalia while also running Progressive Health Care Services.
All of this seems to be a massive conflict of interest with a foreign government official involving in Ohio health care.
The Republic of Somaliland (an independent nation at odds with Somalia) tweeted that “Osman entered the U.S. as a refugee in 1986 by claiming asylum. He presented himself as a victim of persecution under Somalia’s Siad Barre regime, specifically alleging that he was from the Isaaq clan—an ethnic group in Somaliland—the same group he said Somalia did not commit genocide against in the UN Security Council meeting on December 29, 2025.”
Foreign Minister Abdisalam Abdi Ali’s official profile states that “before entering public sector, His Excellency Hon. Abdisalam Ali established a successful career in the private sector. He founded a successful healthcare enterprise, overseeing a multimillion-dollar annual budget.”
A LinkedIn profile for an Abdisalam Ali, whose picture seems to match that of the Foreign Minister, states that he was a founder of Ritechoice Health Services and before that as the CEO of a medical transport company in Toledo, Ohio. There is no direct confirmation that it’s the same person.
While anyone can create LinkedIn profiles, this does raise some major questions about the interplay between Somali ‘refugees’ in America and the Somali government, and the role of the Somali government in the fraud taking place in America. We’ve already seen close ties between Rep. Ilhan Omar and Somali government officials, but if these allegations are true, it starts to look a whole lot like Somali government officials are running health care organizations in America. And profiting from Americans.

Ali Mohamed Omar (Ali Balcad) (State Minister, Foreign Affairs) – Former IBM engineer with an MBA from California State University, Fresno; maintains property in North Carolina and has not renounced U.S. citizenship.
Fardowsa Osman Egal Dhore (Minister of Transport) – Served in public roles in both Somalia and the U.S. for over 15 years.
Somali-American Member of Parliament Ahmed Mohamed Warsame (aka Jama Solob Kayre) lost his U.S. citizenship in 2018 after admitting to immigration fraud related to the Diversity Visa Lottery program, according to documents from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Sadiya Yasin Haji Samatar (Deputy Speaker, Parliament) – Former healthcare administrator in Minnesota; elected Deputy Speaker in 2022.
Elsewhere Sadiya was described as “a single mother from Minnesota with no formal education.”
Deport all muslims from the USA, citizens or not, as the national security threats their own Quran states they very clearly are!
The Quran is actually mild compared to the Hadiths.

Because we gave up our biblical foundation the Fathers laid for us 250 years ago. We are experiencing God’s judgment, and unless we have national and personal repentance and revival, our nation is doomed (Nehemiah 1, Daniel 9).

This is all just so shocking. Nobody could have seen this coming. When the first Somalis arrived in my State in t I thought, “Yes! The cure for cancer is just around the corner!” That’s what the Governor told us, anyway. When I drove through town and saw them loitering on the streets I would point and say “There’s the next Jonas Salk. There’s the first manned mission to Mars, the next Tchaikovsky, the next Babe Ruth.” It was all completely unforseeable. I’m pretty sure that Somalis turning to massive fraud operations in coordination with the government is proof that systemic racism still exists. I think Ro Kanna had the solution with the wealth tax. The government could certainly fix the problem of the government committing fraud if only they had more money.
