Despite having no entry in the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), which serves as the primary reference for mental health diagnoses in the United States, Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a very real and serious psychotic obsession afflicting many millions of Americans – i.e., Democrats and Never Trumpers. This condition renders sufferers incapable of rational thought and perspective, and is marked by humiliating public displays of inarticulate rage, an inability to be civil to Republican family members at Thanksgiving, and kneejerk accusations of racism, Nazism, and fascism against Trump, his administration, and his supporters. There is currently no known cure for this tragic derangement. All we can do for the afflicted is pity them.
A recent example of TDS highlights just how detached from reality its sufferers are. In an interview with CNN host Elex Michaelson on his new show The Story Is with Elex Michaelson, corrupt octogenarian Rep. Nancy Pelosi slipped into a demented rant about her arch-enemy President Trump, whom she claimed is making himself king.
In a video clip going viral on the internet, a doddering Pelosi mutters about the President, “He’s just a vile creature. The worst thing on the face of the Earth. But anyway…” she trails off.
Michaelson jumps in: “You think he’s the worst thing on the face of the earth?”
“I do, yes. I do,” Pelosi confirms.
There is more, but let’s pause there for a moment.
CNN played this repeatedly on Monday, not because it exposed Pelosi’s TDS but because CNN delights in fomenting the demonization of Trump and his followers. On CNN’s The Source with Kaitlan Collins, the eponymous hostess introduced the video this way: “She [Pelosi] unsurprisingly had some choice words about President Trump.”
Choice words, indeed. A bad choice. “Vile creature” is hyperbolic enough in its dehumanization of Trump, but the worst thing on the face of the Earth? Seriously? Again, “thing” rather than “person” is dehumanizing language that makes Trump a monster, not just a human being whose policies you oppose. This is the kind of language that leads agitated Left-wing maniacs to try to murder people – like Trump – in order to “save democracy.”
How can any sane person claim that Trump is worse than, say, Hamas terrorists who rape, torture, and murder whole Israeli families? Worse than the genocidal Muslims rampaging in the Sudan and Nigeria? Worse than human traffickers? Drug cartels? Pakistani grooming gangs in the UK? The list of heinous perpetrators of evil stalking the Earth is endless. Trump is worse? This is simply unbridled TDS.
Asked by Michaelson why she considers Trump the worst thing on the face of the Earth, Pelosi unloaded the crackpot contents of her cobwebbed mind:
Because he’s the President of the United States, and he does not honor the Constitution of the United States. In fact, he’s turned the Supreme Court into a rogue court, he’s abolished the House of Representatives, he’s chilled the press – he’s chilled the press. He’s scared people who are in the country legally, by making them – smashing into their cars and the rest…
She trailed off again, unable to find the thread of her point.

Where to begin? First, it’s always amusing when Democrats pretend to revere the Constitution. Second, just because the Supreme Court doesn’t always rule in alignment with the Progressive agenda doesn’t make it a “rogue court.” Third, Trump has “abolished the House of Representatives”? What the hell is she on about? Fourth, Trump has hardly “chilled” the mainstream press, which remains as venomously biased as ever. Fifth, Trump doesn’t scare people who are here legally, only the ones who are here illegally, because enforcement of the law is actually a thing a flourishing nation requires. And finally – smashing into their cars? Again, what is the 85-year-old insider-trading enthusiast on about? The Democrats need to keep Pelosi away from even the sympathetic media.
On CNN, Kaitlyn Collins played the clip and posed this question to CNN analyst and former Biden communications director Kate Bedingfield:
Do you think that’s the right message for Democrats? I mean, what did you – I don’t think it’s surprising that she feels that way to anyone watching, including probably people at the White House. But I wonder what you made of that – her saying that now.
No one expected the propagandist Bedingfield to say anything truthful or substantial, but she replied with a repetitive word salad that would make Kamala Harris proud:
Yes, look, I mean, I think Nancy Pelosi has earned the right to say that. She’s somebody who has gone up against President Trump many, many times…
So, I think she’s more than earned the right to say that. I don’t think anybody watching was surprised to see her say it. I think as she’s getting ready, potentially, to retire, she has more than earned the right to speak her mind.
How do incompetents like this get work as political commentators? No one was challenging Pelosi’s “right to speak her mind.” Her freedom of speech is not the issue here. The issue is twofold: 1) Pelosi is too damn old to be in political office anymore (and yet she has filed a statement of candidacy for the 2026 election), and 2) her unhinged comment is simply another in a mountain of examples of how Democrats are so consumed by fear and loathing of Donald Trump that they equate him with the Antichrist.
Ever since Trump announced his first presidential campaign run as a Republican, the New York real estate and reality TV mogul formerly beloved by pretty much everybody has been vilified by TDS-afflicted Leftists as Hitler 2.0, a more dangerous fascist than Mussolini, an existential threat to democracy, the very embodiment of evil – the worst thing on the face of the Earth.
As has been pointed out many times by myself and others on the Right, this kind of open, seething hatred that Democrat leaders and talking heads exhibit for the President and for everyone in the MAGA movement is toxic for our political discourse and for the health of the country. It has driven us into a hot civil war in which the Left views even “civilians” on the Right as legitimate targets for assassination. America as we know it cannot long sustain itself under such conditions.

And yet Trump brings about another peace deal. This makes his eighth or ninth? So many that I lost count. What fiend can boast of that?
When people can’t defend what they or someone else is saying, they say they have a right to say it. I never know what they mean when they add they have “earned” the right to speak their mind. Any American citizen earns that right from the start, that’s what it means to be an American.
Ever since President Trump publicly stopped her and her clique from going overseas on the taxpayers dime she’s had an ongoing vendetta against him. She really doesn’t care who gets hurt in the process.

Maybe Nasty Nancy hates Trump because he’s smarter than she is.
She could probably live with that but Trump has proven Pelosi and the Dems have lied to America, for decades, by accomplishing so many things she and fellow Dems had promised, only to fall short. I’m sure Pelosi dislikes being exposed as untruthful, but lying comes with being a politician. Showing her incompetence is unforgivable.
She is just filling the weak-minded with BS because she’s so angry that a REAL PRESIDENT is in office again! It is she and Obiden who are the most “vile creatures on the face of the Earth”. And, why can’t she talk without flailing her stupid hands around? She’s such a joke and a fraud!
This is a textbook case of Demon Possession, plain and simple. Watch the video of her saying this, and watch her eyes. A blank, lifeless stare. Empty of Soul, full of Hate. Even the Blind can see it; the Sheep and Goats are being separated. Time is short.
When I first saw the reaction to Trump announcing he was running for President in 2015, I told my friends that the reason why they hate him is because he is the equivalent of Rodney Dangerfield in the movie Caddyshack. These people simply cannot deal with someone that is not part of their political “clique” succeeding in politics. They are elitists who believe they are the only ones entitled to govern the US.

Piglosi calling anyone vile is the pot calling the kettle black. She is vile and Satan personified. Piglosi is corrupt, a liar and a despicable thing.
She actually demonstrates their disconnect from reality as well as critical thinking. In multiple ways, they demonstrate a mental illness.
The real question should be: how can their supporting voters continue to support these misfits. Plus, obviously their supporting voters are also cool with their on-going many million dollar grifting.
Is it a wonder that American is so divided? People with mental instability should never be near power. When she was Speaker, she was the third in command of America. Let that thought sink in. I would suggest that from what I have seen in the last ten years, there needs to be a mental health examination on all Democrats to assure the public that there will be stability in government.
Pelosi should have been removed after she bitterly tore up the State of the Union address, as if she was a pissed off teenager that just found out she was grounded. This display of unbridled emotion should have been addressed by people of a sound mind. She has constantly manipulated younger Democrats to vote her way or the highway. This isn’t governance; this is control and power. Pelosi is the Munson of American politics. Her name has been used by many in this way. She has continued to pull a Munson as she dug deeper into psychosis. Her legacy will be off manipulation and mental instability.

i think the D in TDS stands for dementia . some who suffer dementia are bitter ! others are sweet and harmless . the ol crone is the former and she will get worse . imagine the poor sods who will eventually get to look after her . the don will live rent free in her head until she drops .
