Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, who allegedly shot and killed Sarah Beckstrom and injured Andrew Wolfe, who remains in critical condition, yelled “Allahu akbar” during the attack, the New York Post reported, citing court documents.
An affidavit filed on Tuesday in D.C. Superior Court, which the Post shared, alleges that a major in the Army National Guard of West Virginia was talking with the two victims when “he heard gunshots and saw complainants Beckstrom and Wolfe fall to the ground.”
The major “simultaneously” saw the “defendant, subsequently identified as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, shooting a gun and screaming, ‘Allahu akbar!’” according to the court documents.
Allahu Akbar isn’t what you shout when you’re sad. And if you’re really depressed, you don’t travel across the country from Washington State to D.C. to attack military personnel while shouting an Islamic battle cry about the superiority of your religion to that of non-Muslims.
This wasn’t a case of the blues, it was a case of Jihad.

There’s already a stench in the air on some media platforms that so-called refugees just aren’t getting the “assimilation services” they desperately need and this shortcoming in US refugee policy needs to be addressed they say. Otherwise more sad, depressed refugees might decide to do harm to American citizens, they say again. Expect to see this kind of rot in the defense of the jihadist Lakanawal.

Even if true, and I doubt it, no muslim can live in the USA if when blackmailed, they do not go to authorities, or resist the black mail. He shot the woman officer and then shot her again in the head. A blackmailed person doesn’t do that. Nor does he shout “My god is greater than your god”
Imagine if the 1 million muslim immigrants who were dumped in nyc to win an election were all blackmailed to kill and so they kill?
It is no excuse for what he did and for having him live in the USA.
I would say whoever let an easily]y blackmailed killer in to the USA must pay the consequence for the murder charge.
