The legal fund is the December 4 Legal Committee. The fundraising is happening through GiveSendGo which had been set up to allow conservatives to fundraise without censorship. Reddit has been quite comfortable hosting a FreeLuigi group which censoring multiple conservative groups.

I had a trip to Peru 20 years ago. One place I went to was high up in the Andes mountains. I met an American engineer there from the Newmont Mining Company who was working with the Peruvians to mine their gold. The engineer told me that one of the dangers with his job is that he and the native workers get shot at from time to time. I said “who would shoot at you out here in the boonies?” Now the point of this post, a real shocker, the engineer said that mercenaries were hired by the inner circle of the SIERRA CLUB to protect mother earth – the sierra club leaders would rather see people killed than see the earth dug up for gold so that people could make a living. I then said to the engineer “so what do you do about this danger?” He said we hire people, post them on the mountains around our camp, and order them to shoot back. I said “of course, this is not America, you won’t go to jail for defending yourself here.” And what’s a little strange in this work environment, the engineer said that the drug dealers/growers in this area leave the miners alone – the drug cartels never shoot at the miners – “mine your gold, we do our drugs, leave each other alone, and we all can make money” they say to the engineer.
