Very much needed.
President Trump added more countries to the travel ban including Syria, currently run by Al Qaeda, Mali, nearly taken over by Al Qaeda several times, and the ‘Palestinian Authority’ which is a terrorist organization known as the PLO or Fatah and has a unity agreement with Hamas.
Their inclusion is long overdue although the impact of the ‘Palestinian Authority’ travel ban may be more limited because it’s focused on those traveling with PLO documents. Many of the ‘Palestinians’ in the United States, especially those who carried out terrorist attacks in the United States, have used Jordanian or Lebanese travel papers.
Take Nidal Hasan, the Fort Hood shooter, whose parents were ‘Jordanian’ immigrants. Or Sirhan Sirhan, RFK’s killer.
We’d probably be better off blocking certain kinds of immigration from Jordan. If we had, RFK and the soldiers killed at Fort Hood would still be alive.
Still it’s an important step forward and toward keeping American safer.
I would be ok with a “no Muslims” policy. Sorry to the nice Muslim people, just the way things are and it’s not our fault.

Easy to solve in theory (computer tests to ban believers in Islam), almost impossible in practice due to politics.
Until western world including Trump understand that Islam and the west can’t be mixed. No travel ban will suffice.. I’m old enough to remembered when no communist were allowed to enter The USA. The same needs to apply to communist with deity. -aka Muslims-
