The goal of the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s Judicial Accountability Project is right there in the name. Firing bad judges works. Some judges are easier to fire than others and using immigration appeal judges as a testbed, firing them works really well.
The Trump administration has systematically pressured the nation’s immigration judges, threatening them with disciplinary action if they do not deport more people and firing those seen as insufficiently supportive of the president’s aggressive enforcement agenda, a New York Times investigation has found.
Awesome. Isn’t it?
Although they wear robes and are required by law to exercise “independent judgment,” immigration judges are not part of the judicial branch. Instead they work for the Justice Department, under Mr. Trump’s ultimate command, and can be fired. One of their main duties is deciding whether undocumented immigrants should be deported or granted a form of legal status like asylum and be allowed to remain in the country.
So far, the Trump administration has dismissed more than 100 immigration judges out of about 750 in place when Mr. Trump returned to power, an unprecedented purge.
That’s around 1 in 7.
At the same time, the administration has reshaped the immigration bench, announcing the appointments of 143 permanent and temporary judges, including many who previously worked as immigration prosecutors for the Department of Homeland Security or as military lawyers.By many measures, the administration is achieving its goals. The number of people being ordered deported has risen sharply, while judges have approved asylum claims in fewer than 10 percent of cases this year, the lowest rate for which data is available, The Times found.

About time they perform as directed!
Just one more thing that President Trump is doing to fix America that other politicians would never even think of doing.
Time to start applying the “good behaviour” clause to Federal Court judges.
So-called “immigration judges” are part of an administrative farce– a Democ-rat hoax– whereby millions of illegal aliens gain a quasi-lawful status (“court” documents as valid ID for air travel, for instance) in the country while awaiting the outcome of ridiculously protracted “court” proceedings which few illegal aliens actually attend. Of course, any internal dissenter– a real jurist– would risk “woke” Democ-rat sensitivity training of the sort described in “Cry Wolf: A Political Fable” (2008) by Paul Lake: “During their two weeks of Sensitivity Training, Gertrude [a goose] learned to stop calling animals wild simply because they were born beyond the fence. Instead, they were to be called forest-born. Animals who sneaked across the fence were no longer trespassers, but pre-citizens, since eventually they’d all become voting members of society. Most of all, Gertrude learned not to be ‘insensitive,’ which meant saying anything that might upset the forest-born or to which a pre-citizen might possibly take offense.”
This is great. It’s like “Animal Farm Gone Woke”
I recall the sensitivity training of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department – my nymphomaniac zipper got a padlock.
Which did not stop women hitting on me and a few dudes!
One bitch did make a complaint that I violated because I would not give her any attention!
Yep. Sensitivity training means a dude can be accused if you do not pay attention to some broad you have no interest in. As well as racism. They can be a racist as shit, but when you call them on it, you are in for a peck of trouble.
Frankly, let there be sex only rooms with beds and showers where you can fkkk anyone you want, hetero or homo sexual. Then there will be more love in the work place.
“Animal Farm Gone Woke”
PS…The rest of the story, as Paul Harvey said: There were a few I would have like to hit on and it would be a better world if one could say to someone, straight or gay, “I find you attractive” and see where it goes. 🙂
I want to see those deep state federal judges FIRED who do not comply with the oath they were sworn in which means strictly Constitutional and Bill of Rights and subsequent laws and precedents to not only be fired but be indicted on severe breach of their oath!
1 in 7 is not enough. They will just go back to their old ways as soon as Trump is gone.
