In his announcement of the his peace deal between Hamas and Israel, President Donald Trump quotes the Sermon on the Mount, writing “BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS.” All right. Here’s another passage of scripture for him: “They have healed the wound of my people lightly, saying, ‘Peace, peace,’ when there is no peace.” (Jeremiah 6:14)
Once the deal was done, Trump said: “I spoke to Bibi Netanyahu just a little while ago. He called. He said, ‘I can’t believe it. Everybody is liking me now,’ meaning him. I said, ‘More importantly, they are loving Israel again,’ and they really are. I said, ‘Israel cannot fight the world Bibi, they cannot fight the world.’ And he understands that very well. So it’s amazing the way it’s all come together.”
Israel cannot fight the world. But the world, or at least the forces of jihad and their non-Muslim useful idiots, can fight Israel, and will continue to do so, Trump peace deal or no Trump peace deal. Trump has not made for peace. He has just made for a slight delay in the jihad. At best. Above all, he has enabled Hamas to fight on.
The reason why this peace deal is no cause for celebration is simple: it will not bring peace. It is based on a fundamental misunderstanding or willful refusal to understand why Hamas is fighting and what the group is all about. Hamas has no interest whatsoever in establishing a “Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace,” except on its own terms, which would require the total destruction of Israel and its replacement with a Sharia state.
What Trump — along with every other leader in the Western world — does not or will not understand is that Hamas is an Islamic group. An Islamic group can be reasonably expected to follow Islamic law. Islamic law does not allow for the establishment of peace between a Muslim entity and a non-Muslim one on an indefinite basis, with, say, two states living side by side and respecting each other’s right to exist. No, the imperative of Islamic conquest encompasses every non-Muslim entity. Muslims must fight unbelievers “until persecution is no more and religion is all for Allah.” (Qur’an 8:39) If Israel’s religion is not all for Allah, the jihad against it will continue. What’s more, Israel is on land that Muslims must rule. Therefore the Muslims have an imperative before Allah to “drive them out from where they drove you out.” (Qur’an 2:191)
Yet if all that is true, why is Hamas making peace at all? Because it is losing. Consider this passage from a manual of Islamic law: “If Muslims are weak, a truce may be made for ten years if necessary, for the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) made a truce with the Quraysh for that long, as is related by Abu Dawud.” (Reliance of the Traveller, o9.16)
Note that this can only be done if “Muslims are weak,” so that they can gather strength to fight again — not so that they can live peacefully with non-Muslims indefinitely. The same legal manual also quotes this verse of the Qur’an: “So do not falter and cry out for peace when you have the upper hand, and Allah is with you, and he will not deprive you of your actions.” (47:35) Thus Hamas would not be calling for peace at all if it felt it was in a position of strength. “Interests that justify making a truce are such things as Muslim weakness because of lack of numbers or materiel, or the hope of an enemy becoming Muslim…” (Reliance of the Traveller, o9.16)
The bottom line: Hamas is feeling the heat and wants this peace deal in order to regroup and emerge in a stronger position. The one certainty here is that there will not be a “Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace,” but that Hamas and/or other Islamic jihadis will murder more Israelis and continue to try to destroy the Jewish state.
Avid to be known as the great peacemaker, Trump has destroyed Israel’s chance of really gaining a respite in the endless jihad war against it. That respite would have come from destroying Hamas utterly. Instead, Hamas lives on. The jihad never ends, but the destruction of Hamas would have set it back years. The destruction of Hamas and the toppling of the Islamic Republic of Iran would have set it back decades. Trump has prevented both. If there is a Nobel Jihad Prize, he should get it.

Trump is not as naive as you think he is. He always thinks five-steps ahead of the opposition. He realizes that this conflict of 4000 years will not end with this temporary agreement. Trump hates Hamas and their ilk. Perhaps this respite, temporary as it is, will give Israel and America a greater justification to destroy Hamas WHEN they break this agreement. Hama will break this agreement, and Trump is well aware of this despite the appearance of peace. Once the hostages are released, there will be no limitations to the damage that the IDF will exact the Islamic culture of death. This might be the master plan of Trump and Bibi. If I were Jewish, I would also be discouraged at the appearance of peace, knowing that Hamas appears to get away with murder. If you know the Scriptures, then you know that this conflict is not natural but supernatural. God imposed this conflict in Genesis The hatred that Islam has for the Jews will not end until the world comes to an end. This conflict has darkened humanity since the birth of Ishmael. There will always be enmity between the son of the promise and the interloper.

Trump sincerely believes in his utopia of the Abraham Accords! Trump deals with Qatar – the host of Hamas’ commanders! Even Bush, the “religion-of-peace-Bush, demanded that Afghanistan give Bin Laden up to the US! Even the impostor Obama finally liquidated him in Pakistan, no apologies! Yet Tramp deals with Qatar. Trump promised to defend Qatar as if it were the US! Trump opened a military base in the US for Qatar (as if Islamberg and a few other such centers were not enough!)

And as a reminder, this is not the 8th and 9th century. In modern times, no muslim country has ever successfully fought and won a war. Even when they war against each other, there’s never a clear winner, just a lot of unending bloodshed over decades and in the past, centuries (Arab culture is notorious for centuries long blood feuds.)
The peace will hold if Hamas is kept weak indefinitely and schools are supervised so Jew hatred is not allowed to be taught. There is no reason why Islam cannot be weakened with time. It is certainly weaker than it was 1300 years ago.

That “peace deal” overlooks the fact that those Muslims terrorists of Hamas who committed all those brutal cruel atrocities are getting away with complete and total impunity for the many horrific evil actions they committed. As mass murderers and kidnapping then the horrendous criminal affronts, they performed on the people who they had kidnapped and held hostage. Awful things as sexual assault and outright rapes. as well torture and starvation of their hostages. Those wicked and vicious Hamas terrorists even kept the people who they had kidnapped locked in small dark dirty hot isolated rooms .
After World War II, many Nazi’s had to give ab account for the evil things they did and were punished for their war crimes. The same war crimes trials and punishments need to be done to those Muslim terrorists of Hamas.
Those few hostages who have been earlier, freed, a number of months ago, are now “a shadow of their former selves” is both sad and tragic as well as understandable.
The other kidnapped hostages who should be released because of that so called “peace deal” will probably be just a traumatized ,if not more so, because the longer time they had to endure the extreme crudely and sex abuse by those vicious malicious vile and heinous savages that are the Muslim terrorists of Hamas. I would not essentialize Judaism by the massacres of entire cities one finds in the Bible and you should look for people of genuine goodwill in the Muslim world. For a long time they were more civilized than Christians. In some ways they are stuck in the 7th Century. But in many ways they are not. We HAVE influenced many of them.

I cannot believe that Netanyahu and Donald Trump, two geniuses in my view, don’t already know and understand Hamas’ modus operandi, past, present, and future.
Certainly, this pause in conflict gives Hamas time to rearm and plan their next offensive, but the same goes for Israel and the US.
Remember that the Iron Dome pretty well protected Israeli cities, but Iran sent masses of less dangerous rockets to decoy for their more powerful ones, and the Iron Dome was overwhelmed. This is just one aspect of defense that needs reinforced, and it will take time.
And who knows what other more deadly rockets and newer weapons, such as lasers, that need final development and fielded, in preparation for another opportunity to annihilate Hamas.

President Trump fully understands that the chances of his 20-point Gaza peace plan succeeding with Hamas still in power is virtually impossible. The first priority is to resolve the hostage situation because everything else in the plan depends on that. Then give Hamas an amnesty deal to draw them out into the open knowing that predictably they will break the disarmament and disbanding stipulations of the agreement. jihadist fundamentalist terror and hatred of Israel is in their leadership DNA and once they do violate the terms of the Gaza agreement the IDF can go in and finish off the rest of the Hamas rat killing.
