Along with fellow internet giant Candace Owens, political commentator Tucker Carlson has become a divisive flashpoint of constant internet outrage, concern, and condemnation from many on the Right thanks to, among other morally inverse positions, his obsessive conspiracy-mongering about “the Jews.” Seemingly overnight, Carlson went from being The Great White Hope of independent conservative media, after being fired by Fox News and taking his show solo, to driving a potentially lethal wedge deep into the MAGA movement over support for Israel. Along the way, he has supportively platformed white supremacists, Left-wing historical revisionists, and 9/11 conspiracy theorists. He has defended, if not embraced, practically every ideological threat to the West, from civilizational jihad and sharia law, to terror states Iran and Qatar, to Putin’s Russia.
This is to say nothing of fringe topics into which he has dived that have many wondering if Carlson needs the intervention of a psychiatrist, such as UFOs, chemtrails and government geoengineering, and demonic attacks.
On his internet show Wednesday, Carlson dropped a new controversy. He made the reasonable observation that demonizing one’s political opponents as “Nazis” inevitably leads to murdering said “Nazis” in the name of defending democracy against a great evil. So far, so good; the Left has adopted this as its principal strategy of “resistance” since the day Donald Trump announced his first presidential candidacy, and the result has been widespread and growing violence against the Right, including the openly celebrated assassinations of such private citizens as healthcare CEO Brian Thompson and conservative activist Charlie Kirk, not to mention failed attempts on President Trump’s life.
But then, as an example to support his point, Carlson made the jaw-dropping choice of Lutheran martyr Dietrich Bonhoeffer, who was hanged by the Nazis for his role in multiple secret plots to overthrow or assassinate Adolph Hitler. Carlson claimed that in participating in these efforts, Bonhoeffer had
reach[ed] the end of reason, or even Christianity. Bonhoeffer decided that Christianity’s not even – he was a Lutheran pastor – Christianity’s not enough, we have to kill the guy [Hitler]. I’m not judging Bonhoeffer, who was a great man in some ways. But that’s inevitable once we decide that some people are Nazis.
The illogic here is flabbergasting. People did not “decide” to smear Hitler unfairly as a Nazi. He literally was the proud leader of the Nazi movement. He is widely considered, except by some of Carlson’s guests, to be the very personification of evil. The saintly Bonhoeffer’s participation in the efforts to remove him from power was moral and heroic. Bonhoeffer biographer Eric Metaxas was outraged:
It’s seriously shocking he would say these things. Bonhoeffer did not advocate MURDER, which would have been sinful, but he did understand that within a just war people are KILLED. Will Tucker now condemn David for killing Goliath?
Theories abound as to why Tucker Carlson has gone off the rails: he has sold out to Qatari money; he is antisemitic; he is, like world-class grifter Owens, simply trolling for social media engagement and dollars; like some other former Fox News personalities, perhaps he never was a true conservative. Perhaps a combination of these explains it.
Tucker’s bizarre turn has been hugely disappointing for many conservatives, myself included; I have been repulsed by some of his newfound (?), controversial positions – except for one.
Just prior to this latest uproar over his misuse and abuse of Bonhoeffer, Carlson had drawn fire for repeating details of a supernatural attack he alleges happened to him in his bed in February 2023. In an extensive interview last Thursday with fellow former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, Carlson suggested the attack was in response to a positive supernatural experience he had had the day before, during which he was overwhelmed by a sudden wave of atypical, for him, empathy and love toward someone he thought he hated.
He described the moment as “profound and beautiful and unexpected,” that it obviously came from God, and that it was “twinned” with an evil experience later that night, in which he was “physically mauled” by an unseen force while he was sleeping.
Carlson said he awoke that night struggling to breathe, had a “horrible pain underneath my arms, like on the side of my chest” and found “claw marks on both sides, on right and left side on my ribs, and they’re bleeding.”
“Culturally, I’m just not from a world where people are attacked by demons,” Carlson told Kelly, who acknowledged that it is becoming increasingly difficult to dismiss the demonic in the wake of such monstrous acts of evil as the Annunciation Catholic Church shooting and Charlie Kirk’s assassination. “I challenge anyone to tell me that there aren’t demons among us,” she said to applause.
Carlson went on to explain that the experience pushed him to read the Bible, revealed to him the nature of spiritual goodness, and “completely changed my view of the world.”
“Ephesians 6 is real,” Carlson told The Christian Post at the time he first reported the attack, referencing the chapter in the New Testament which famously asserts that mankind is engaged in spiritual warfare:
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
The interview with Kelly prompted a renewed flood of derision for Carlson over the demonic attack, which many attributed to mental illness or the four dogs that were sleeping in his bed that night. And in truth, Carlson’s descriptions of the incident are confusing, sometimes contradictory, and not entirely convincing.
Conservative authors and commentators such as Mark Levin and Dinesh D’Souza have dismissed Carlson’s attack as lunacy or a lie; D’Souza suggested that if it was real, it could have been “a portal that was open for some sort of a demon to enter” into him. Author Rod Dreher, however, came to his defense over the demon story, noting that Carlson had personally told him about it before sharing it with the public.
“Look, I had my bitter dispute lately with Tucker over [white supremacist Nick] Fuentes, but he told me this demon story right after it happened, a year before he went public with it,” Dreher posted on X. “That doesn’t prove it, but hard to see how he benefits from speaking publicly of it, given that many are mocking him.”
Eric Metaxas, prior to Carlson’s Bonhoeffer debacle, also defended Carlson’s account, commenting on X,
It is insane to mock Tucker Carlson about the demonic attack he suffered. The spiritual world is absolutely real. I am deeply grieved he platformed Nick Fuentes, but that only confirms to me that he is in a serious spiritual battle. We should pray for him.
Indeed we should, and not just for Tucker Carlson but for all of us. Add me to the list of his defenders, at least in terms of this incident and his subsequent awakening about the spiritual realm. It is easy to believe that spiritual warfare is nothing more than a metaphor, or that demons are a metaphor, or that evil is not a metaphysical reality but a mere psychological defect – until you come face-to-face with the supernatural.
I had a life-changing experience a year ago that was not in any way physically traumatic like Carlson’s – and unlike him, I was wide awake at the time – but which was paralyzingly terrifying, which I instantly recognized as a demonic attack, and which instantly convinced me of the reality of spiritual warfare and prompted me afterward to take my intellectual flirtation with Catholicism to full-on conversion.
Contrary to Mark Levin’s or Dinesh D’Souza’s skepticism, there is no doubt in my mind or heart that we are engaged in a cosmic fight for the soul and future of America and the West, an intensifying spiritual battle which, for those with eyes to see, is in evidence all around us.
Unherd contributing editor Mary Harrington recently tried to come to grips with this in an article titled “Why Macho Christianity is Flexing its Muscles.” She notes that “the world in general is growing more disorienting, extreme, and uncanny. This is spurring a widespread sense of existential spiritual conflict, in which post-war Christianity simply doesn’t cut it anymore”:
And if this is so, perhaps we really are in a spiritual war — and the only rational place left to stand is in a longstanding spiritual tradition, with a well-worked-out approach to demons and the uncanny…
… if [times] get any stranger, one thing is sure: woolly inclusivity and a limp handshake won’t be enough. We will all need the Armour of God; and also, perhaps, the intercession of St Michael.
She is right. It was a prayer to St. Michael the Archangel that brought my demonic attack to an end. As Ephesians 6 says, “Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”
The day of evil is already here. Stand your ground.

Wow! Ya’ll are non-stop with attacking Tucker… and Candace…
I don’t completely agree with everything they say, including Fuentes… and Candace is a member of the satanic catholic fake church…
But… I do agree with Candace pushing for the Truth about Charlie Kirk’s assassination… the Feds are lying! And Candace proves there is highly questionable things going on…
Right now… Josh Hammer and Ben Shapiro are the liars! <<< I'd like to see a smear campaign on those two. They both are filthy scum…
You should tell the world about, not just your opinions, but about your personal life. Parents could tell their children your life’s story it would be a cautionary tale.
There was a time when people believed taking the Covid shot and boosters was a good thing…
With many of them also believing… “Trust the science”…
I don’t suppose you fell in that category too… aye?
That was the question I had about you. Derangement through mRNA? Or perhaps just deranged from a terrible childhood.
Maha…
What don’t you like? Me saying Candace is right for seeking out more info on Charlie’s assassination?
Or me saying Josh Hammer and Ben Shapiro are liars?
Q: Do you even know who these people are?
FWIW: I never got the COVID shot nor believed the government scared tactics. That’s because I have more than a basic understanding of human physiology and did my own research into the matter.
Moreover, the government, to the extent possible, suppressed all info about vitamin D (specifically vitamin D3) and the fact that the overwhelming majority of Americans are seriously deficient in vitamin D.
Without going deep into science, the lower a person’s vitamin D level, the more severe were the COVID symptoms. A person with a “Healthy” level of Vitamin D at worst, experienced a mild cold when exposed to the COVID-19 virus. Info that the CDC and NIH suppressed until recently.
They, the government, made a deal with the pharmaceuticals companies and they all got rich despite no medical trials before the COVID vaccine was mass distributed.
Alas, it’s not the first time our government has done something like that and it won’t be the last. Anyone recall the high number of birth defeats in the late 1950s early 1960s? Read about it and you will be stultified by the truth of the matter. It’s prudent to have a healthy distrust of the government.
Ya know Scumsrent, most religious comedians like you, who think they are some sort of authority on everything, and are so desperate to be seen as important, usually refine and tweak their lounge acts every year to stay fresh. Obviously you do not which is why you are as stale as dried doggy crap on a NYC sidewalk.
In your childish world all is Satanic. The Catholic church is the embodiment of Satan on earth, and the government was behind the Charlie Kirk killing etc. And Candace Owens has proved it,,,somehow. Just what the big secret is you never quite get around to spilling the beans. I could list again all of the lies you accuse me of. But I don’t have to, do I. You will get around to them sooner or later. You just can’t help yourself.
You are a compulsive liar and a hoot and a half.
I still didn’t get the name of the halal Diner you walked out on, in the midwest somewhere. Did you send it or was that another lie.
Nice collection of downvotes BTW
The world is divided Intrepid…
Those that stand with satan… and…
Those that stand with Christ Jesus…
There is no in-between… no fence sitters… no lukewarm…
Choose yourself, who you will serve…
Ooooo scare tactics. You don’t seem to be very happy in your Christianity.
Thanks for proving my point, Scumsrent. You definitely need to see a psychiatrist.
For some reason you seem to think you are superior to everyone. Humility does not seem to be in your nature, and yet Jesus was that most humble of men.
No one cares where you stand or don’t stand, or what you believe. No one cares where I stand or what I believe. But here you are pronouncing judgement. The endless proselytizer. An object of ridicule. One of the things I never do is proselytize. How presumptuous would that be.
The world is a divided place. There are Christians, Jews, Hindus, Sikhs, Confucians, Shintoists, Muslims, agnostics, atheists, and host of other beliefs I couldn’t begin to name.
I happen to be a Lutheran, a sect of Christianity. There many other sects of Christianity. You are so effed up you can’t even say what sect of Christianity you belong to. I would bet that you 1) don’t belong to a church, or 2) your church is so bizarre you are embarrassed to say what it is. Not getting many converts, are you.
Do yourself a favor. Stop lying about everything and mind your own damn business. This is not your personal site and definitely is not a religious site.
Seek help. You need it.
Christ Jesus referred to the Money Changers, Scribes, Sadducees and Pharisees as… Thieves, snakes, serpents, blind guides, fools, dog & pigs, children of the devil, dead mans bones, unclean, White Sepulchers, scourge and desolate… to name a few…
1 John 2:22, both the spirit of antichrist and ‘The antichrist’ always deny three things:
“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.”
And…
“Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, And said, O full of all subtlety and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?”
Therefore… your homosexual approved fake church which teaches you worship the fake god allah of satanic islam as the same god… is satanic!
No one can worship the fake god allah and be a Christian.
This is where you are Spiritually brain-dead Intrepid…
Me calling your fake church satanic… fits
And you shouyld be flipping over tables in your satanic fake church…
No one can worship the fake god allah and be a Christian.
I remember the days when you didn’t even know what the Rapture was… <<< Basic Christianity…
You're the massive liar! <<< A dunce without comprehension on top of that…
Where others even call you a "simpleton"…
Where others say you’re “DISHONEST and "full of evasion"…
And… I will add… a Reprobate Mind…
Years ago… Intrepid you have stated clearly that your intentions were to drive people away form this website… well guess what, you Circus Clown… we're not leaving…
How's that working for you?
Gee scummy, what’s it like living in a permanent hell? I guess I’m not done with you. I’ll have to wait until you get booted.
“A feel good building of sin.” Does that sound like a mosque in the making? Well now, we wouldn’t want to feel good at Church now, would we. So you are saying that the 500 folks who show up on Sundays are all sinners because they are there every weekend. How about your Bynum styled church? How many are there for their dose of your fire and brimstone misery?
BTW I don’t care about Tucker. And the rapture (which is not mentioned in the Bible per the search engines) is your Obsession. Maybe you should Google the Rapture.
I don’t worry about the Rapture. Wouldn’t it be a hoot if you got left behind? I would laugh and laugh and laugh some more. And if you are the type of obsessive miserable loser who gets raptured why would I want to be Raptured. I’d rather be with people who enjoy Life. We pray to God, recite the Nicene creed, sing our hymns and we go to brunch with friends after service. We don’t obsess about the ELCA like you do. And I’m not sure what behavior you are endlessly whining about. It’s simply a normal church….something you wouldn’t understand.
We are going to play a Led Zeppelin song tomorrow as part of the Benediction. It will “feel good”. We are bringing in a guitarist to play the Jimmy Page parts. I’m sure you don’t approve do you. Too effing bad, assling. Do you approve of anything?
As I have said over and over, you are so gullible and stupid. You probably fall for anything that’s told to you. It’s no wonder you are so miserable. What a total drag you are. Sucks to be you. You are so lame you even have to crib my closing sentence
“It’s simply a normal church” <<< What!?!?!?!?
Your satanic ELCA Lutheran fake church…
1) Approves of homosexual pastors and homosexual congregants
2) Teaches you worship allah as the same god
3) Where you use your satanic fake church to "Chase Female Tail" so you can "Get Laid"…
That's NOT normal !!! That's not Christian !!!
You still haven’t proven anything, Mr. Rinse and Repeat. Because you can’t.
You can call my church anything you like, because you have never been to my church. So all you can do is just make sh*t up…….even with the bible babble you always burp up.
I can cut and paste scripture too. But unlike you I am not a hypocrite.
You can hide behind scripture all day long. But again, nothing you say about me is true. You are a compulsive liar.
Most religious comedians like you, who think they are some sort of authority on everything, and are so desperate to be seen as important, usually refine and tweak their lounge acts every year to stay fresh. Obviously you do not which is why you are as stale as dried doggy crap on a NYC sidewalk.
I notice you never really have the guts to respond to anything I say because you are a coward, and very stupid. All you have are your worn out insults which you repeat ad nauseum. A low rent version of the other moron who calls himself THX. He is the actual copy/paste nerd on this site
Since you have nothing to say, old or new, I am simply going to stop wasting my time. You are basically a consummate bore. Have fun playing with yourself. Say hi to your buddy Satan, who you see under the bedsheets.
Intrepid
Intrepid… the idiot that says he only “goes to CHURCH to Play Bass Guitar with good musicians” on the stage to “Chase Female Tail” and “Get laid”… <<< (They're all your words… I've just pieced them together for ya…)
What a Christian… aye? Not a wonder that you didn't even know what the Rapture was…
Your satanic, homosexual approved ELCA Lutheran fake church doesn't teach anything… all it is… is a "Feel Good" building of sin…
If Tucker gets a hit piece about his dreams… you need called out for your behavior…
You need help Intrepid… serious help…
So you wanna play tough guy? I will be here long after you are gone. You seem a little angry today, Scumsrent.
Wazza matter? Your lame scare tactics don’t work on me. How’s it working out for me? Just fine. I watch you self destruct most days now. Your hero Bynum was as big an assling as you are.
It happened to Sebastard. He was arrogant. He wore his Jew hatred like a badge of honor and now he is gone. It will happen to you as well. You are an arrogant stupid little shmuck. You are very busy calling a lot of people out because they don’t buy your phony my-way-or-the-highway Christian B.S. You seem to hate most Christians.
And you still haven’t proven any of your claims about me or my church. That makes you a liar.
And you are racking up those downvotes today. How very Christian of you. So rant on. Now I’m done with you.
The best solution is to simply stop replying to him. He continually highjacks comment threads on excellent articles which is the same as spitting on the writer to get attention by smothering intelligent comments with his repetitive boring nonsense and flame wars. Stop feeding the attention and just ignore him. Maybe he can take up a hobby like visiting Jim and Tammy Bakker in prison (or in the cemetery if they’re dead).
I have tried not responding, tried insults, playing him for a sucker through falsehoods about chasing women at church. I think he is pissed off that he got played for a fool and he just can’t let it go. Personally I think he is too stupid to accept that fact so he has concocted a whole narrative that my church is really a mosque mainly because he doesn’t have a church.
But I think you are right. Mainly he is a lonely bore and not worth the time So I will take your advice but not before I give him one last round for him to look like boo-boo the fool. He has been MIA all day. Hopefully the mods have taken care of him
Thanks bro’
we are the dead…
You must be pretty stupid… aye?
Maybe you haven’t notice… Intrepid has always been ‘Last word Sammy’…
And Intrepid always has to start up the bull and never knows when to quit…
I’ve been calling Intrepid out for years over his constant hijacking threads and bogarting article with his non-stop harassment…
Eithther you are really stupid… or Intrepid with a different ID Moniker?
Idiot…
Maybe the Right is being deliberately divided and splintered, so we cannot work with each other ?
I was a longtime admirer of Candace Owens and Tucker Carson (even more vehemently after Trump-hating terrorists besieged and attacked his home with his wife and children inside, a couple of years ago).
But somehow, something has “snapped” in both of their brains. Was his hallucination of a “demonic episode” while he was asleep in bed next to his wife the start of his lunacy?
I’m fine with disagreeing about one or a few of Trump’s public statements, or his “style,” decisions, or policies; I sometimes, though rarely, do.
But Candace, and Tucker, have made a U-Turn into incomprehensible, inexplicable madness.
I neither watch, nor read, nor listen to, anything either of them says any more. Nor will I ever again.
The only reason people are trying to smear Candace, Tucker, Charlie Kirk and others… is… … they questioned the way Israel was handling Gaza…
Including speaking out on “Christian Zionism”… and rejecting Jewish donors…
I don’t agree with their views… I hate satanic islam…
But in the past couple weeks… comments like these were being deleted.
I wonder if Tucker got a selfie with the claw marks?
I think Tucker came home after being with a street hooker with long nails and when his wife saw the hooker’s claw marks on Tucker’s flabby flesh, Tuck panicked and claimed it was a succubus. It was a demon, honeybunch, I swear! I do believe in spooks! You know, spooks…
If you’re trying to be funny… you’ve failed miserably…
My advice quit trying to be a comedian… get a different hobby…
You could always get an actual job. You have already failed as a wannabe pastor and a comedian.
Try kitchen dish washer. You can spend your days washing dishes and babbling about your version of Christianity.
That’s where I am, too.
Re. the so-called Chemtrails, all Carlson did was pose the question as to what those white streaks all over the sky are, and interviewed an engineer who explained why they are NOT normal airline contrails. And ‘geoengineering” is a quite mainstream concept. So, what are they? I’ve wondered about them for years, so does that make me a kook? As for Bonhoeffer, the only thing about him that annoys me is that his story sucks all the air out of the room that could give more space to other stories of people who resisted and whose stories are certainly as searing, if not more so, than his. The reason we hear so much about Bonhoeffer is because he wrote books and was known to professionals given to writing biographies. This is not true so much of many other people who are basically unknown. But, in 1934, only a year into the Third Reich, the Student Christian Association was reporting hundreds of pastors in Germany incarcerated in jails and prisons, and I don’t think they were there for stealing candy from children.
Then there was also St. Maximillian Kolbe. Also i consider Viktor Frankl to have been a living martyr. What is remarkable about him was that even after the Nazis murdered his parents, his brother and his pregnant wife he returned from the camps to serve his fellow Viennese and rejected the idea of the collective guilt of the German and Austrian peoples.
I find Bonhoeffer’s writings on stupidity to be very accurate.
Good to know you’re a real flake Tapson. As flaky as the transgender freaks who believe they’re a female soul born into a man’s body.
For the first time I’m having serious thoughts about not visiting this website. You flake.
“ The supernatural doctrines of the Middle Ages, . . . kept men huddling on the mud floors of their hovels, in terror that the devil might steal the soup they had worked eighteen hours to earn.” – Ayn Rand
There is no evidence that Ayn Rand knew anything about the so-called “middle ages.” There is much evidence of many intriguing innovations in technology and agricultural methods during these centuries (read Rodney Stark regarding this), to the point that the scholarly direction now is to admit that the whole concept of the “dark” ages is itself something of a superstition. Rand’s notions were very much the product of a now-vanishing academic consensus created by people that she otherwise scorned.
Tapson and Kelly are fools or knaves, perhaps both. Carlson IS the demon.
Not the first time T. You tried to pull this shtick a few years back. So you disappear for a month or so and I thought “Great, he’s gone”
Then you come back with a sob story.
This time do us all a favor. Go away and take Ayn Rand with you.

Please entertain those thoughts of not visiting this site anymore. You’re an annoying waste of time for the most part. You remind me of the little boy on the playground dangling worms in front of little girls’ faces because that’s all he had – making other people unhappy.
I was a fan and admirier of Tucker and Candace at one time. It’s mind boggeling the dramatic 180 degree turn that those two have done. Is it to get more traffic to their podcast, which generates more money? Conspiracy theories attract viewers. Conspiracy theories about us Jews for some reason is a gold mine. Very disturbing
From what I’ve seen since Charlie Kirk’s assassination… Jews are their own worse enemies…
Examples please!
Josh Hammer and Ben Shapiro… <<< Massive lairs!
These two are not representing the Jewish community… they are destroying any and all credibility of Jews…
If that doesn't cause you to raise an eyebrow… then check out the article here on FPM titled "Understanding Jewish Self-Hatred.
The evidence I’ve seen of “Jewish self hatred” is when they vote Democrat.
And when the supposed spiritual event tells you to hate, smear, endanger, and kill or even relentlessly try to convert Jewish human beings then you need to join Hamas not the Catholic church.
One man’s view that it is a spiritual event is another man’s murderous hateful insanity. Do you realize how dangerous reifying these impulses are to the innocent people targeted? Get a grip and follow the law of the land and stop shouting hate at a different faith!
I didn’t know Bonhoeffer participated in plots to ride the world of Hitler. Perhaps he wasn’t wrong, IDK. Id like to see the world eliminate haters with microphones and podcasts or even pens and who thinks their hate for other faiths comes from god!
Good article and you’re right the spiritual world is real.
The only thing I would comment on is your reference to “St Michael.” I assume you mean the Archangel Michael and angels cannot be saints. Saints are those people who are true followers of Jesus Christ and not in the sense that Catholicism uses the term.
Thanks for the article.
Maranatha
The word “Saint” just means Holy. By that definition, the Archangel Michael is a Saint, and therefore that’s what we call him.
So…
Also… the satanic catholic fake church parades dead people around in glass coffins…
Do you think that is Holy? <<< I don't!
No one cares what you think is holy. You are a failed wannabe pastor.
I had problems with Tucker on his isolationist stands in some areas, not all, particularly our blind Ukraine support under Biden. I do believe we are in a spiritual battle and it has become more intense due to our nation turning away from God. I see demonic possession in the streets of America and on the ubiquitous internet. Putting on the shield of God for me also includes avoiding communication platforms highlighting that evil even under the guise of information.
I don’t need it in my life much less requiring a paid subscription.
Go watch the movie, “Nefarious” and you will understand the spiritual war is real.
Mr. Tapson, I hope you will rethink a walk in Catholicism. Catholicism and the majority of Christendom is involved in a program which involves Israel and that program has been in abeyance for 2000+ years. Men cannot force God to do what He just isn’t doing.
Galatians 2:7 is clear. In middle Acts the apostles, the big three, Peter, James and John, realized their commission, a Jewish one, was going out of commission. The “little flock,”of which they were a part of, was going to die off. The kingdom they were anticipating was postponed. God began to do something else, and He revealed this to Paul. Read Ephesians 3:1-9, and Colossians 1:25-27.
“Christian thought…is leavened with the error of failing to distinguish between the heavenly Church (the body of Christ) and the Church on Earth (redeemed Israel).”
Your pattern, sir, is Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles.
1 Timothy 1:16 “Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.”
So you’re back with repeating the ‘Paul is Savior’ doctrines of the devil…
Ac 9:15 says… But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: <<< He was chosen to do as all the Apostles were… to preach the Gospel to ALL NATIONS…
What we clearly see in this verse is that Paul was chosen to be an "Apostle"… not a ‘Gentile only’ Apostle!
The Lord through Paul said:
Romans 11:13 “For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I AM THE APOSTLE OF THE GENTILES, I magnify mine office:”
Not, apostle to the Gentiles; not apostle for the Gentiles, but rather OF THE GENTILES.
And that includes Jews. Paul is the apostle of them too, because Jews, temporarily, lost their elevated status.
The ground at the foot of the cross is level:
Romans 11:32 “For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.”
Matt…
What it doesn’t say, is… he was ONLY an apostle to the Gentiles…
Which feeds the Paul is Savior doctrines of the devil…
Whereas you say…
1) their commission, a Jewish one, was going out of commission.
2) The “little flock,”of which they were a part of, was going to die off
3) The kingdom they were anticipating was postponed.
4) God began to do something else
5) Jews, temporarily, lost their elevated status.
This is falling under Replacement Theology!
Where the belief is… Jews are put on the back burner…
…
Other thoughts on the Paul is Savior doctrines of the devil…
1) God needed a Gentile Apostle
*** Because God’s first plan to Save the Jews failed, He had to create another “program”
2) The Apostles are all cursed because they preached a different Gospel than Paul the Savior
Tucker’s demon story, whether real or imagined, does not excuse his continued obsession with “the Jews.” If real, then he is demon possessed; which would definitely explain his all-consuming hatred of Israel and the Jewish people. This has been Satan’s agenda from the beginning to destroy the Jews and prove God a liar. If his demon story is a product of his imagination, then it still fits in with his all-consuming hatred of Israel and the Jewish people; all underscored with his “just asking questions” dissembling, lying, narrative. Either way, both are Tucker’s rationalization for his brand of “Christianity.” – which is the very erroneous, unbiblical, and virulently anti-Jewish teaching of supercessionism; now called replacement theology. And I think that Tucker is very aware of what he is doing. His demon story, to me, is a ruse; as with everything else Tucker is about.
Well since the Jews reject Jesus as Messiah, they are already destroyed. They need no help from Satan. And you don’t seem to realize that, for about 1800 years, the doctrine that Biblical Israel is Christ’s Body, the Church, was universal and unchallenged. It is Dispensationalism that is innovative. But sure, if you want to believe that Tucker is casting out demons by the Prince of demons, that’s a dangerous belief for you.
“…since the Jews reject Jesus as Messiah, they are already destroyed.”
No, they’re not destroyed. Individual Jews can be saved just like individual Gentiles:
1 Timothy 2:4 “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”
And when the prophetic program resumes, and “Jacob’s trouble” comes, the Lord is going to Deliver and Avenge Israel and give them their kingdom on this earth in the land of Israel (Romans 11:25-27).
“It is Dispensationalism that is innovative.”
Dispensationalism is taught in God’s word. It has nothing to do with innovation:
Ephesians 2:11-13 “…remember, that ye being in TIME PAST Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;”
“That AT THAT TIME ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:”
“BUT NOW in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.”
Dispensational teaching right there in those verses thousands of years before Darby and Scofield.
Dispensationalism
Strong’s…
dispensation: 3622
oijkonomiva
Oikonomia (oy-kon-om-ee’-ah);
Word Origin: Greek, Noun
Feminine, Strong #: 3622
the management of a household or of household affairs
specifically, the management, oversight, administration, of other’s property
the office of a manager or overseer, stewardship
administration, dispensation
—
Obviously your definition of what Dispensation is… is different than what the Holy Word of God says…
It means “management”… NOT period/era of times.
A dispensation is an administration of management, and, it naturally takes up a period of time.
The dispensation of the Law involved the dispensing of the Law and it covered a number of years.
Ephesians 1:10 “That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:”
Crazy talk Matt…
You’re adding words to feed your false belief…
Dispensation does NOT mean “Era”… it’s a man-made up doctrine that feeds the ‘Paul is Savior’ Doctrines of the devil…
The 7 Dispensations is Quackery… <<< Man-made
There is NOTHING in the Holy Word that supports such a doctrine…
If you have studied the Bible, you would have known that oikonomia is defined as a complete period of time where three characteristics are present. The first is a command from God (do not eat the fruit), disobedience (Eve took a bite out of the forbidden fruit) and finally, God’s judgement (banning both of them from the Garden of Eden). There are anywhere from five to seven dispensations in the Bible. If not for dispensationalism, the word of God would be reduced to allegories and faulty interpretations that do not consider the author, audience and the authorial intent of the passage.
The best aspect of dispensationalism is the consistency of Biblical interpretation.
The important aspect that is missed in some of these posts, are the covenants that God gave to Israel. All of the covenants depend on God to fulfill them with the exception of the Mosaic covenant that was conditional on Israel’s obedience. All covenants guarantee that Isreal has a wonderful future. Those who think that Israel was a flash in the pan don’t understand that importance of the guarantees that God gave to Israel. The church never replaced Israel because they are two separate entities. Those who think they can spew antisemitism and glorify God at the same time are lost.
The Abrahamic covenant guarantees to bless those who bless Israel and will curse those who curse Israel. If you think God will not keep His promise to Israel, test Him and see what happens. I would not recommend it.
1) “oikonomia”… <<< Yeah sorry… I'm not a fan of the satanic catholic fake church…
IF you spent anytime you would know how satanic it is…
2) "oikonomia"… means management of money…
3) "oikonomia"… is not a word used in the Holy Word of God
4) Dispensationalism… anyone can understand the Holy Word of God without knowing there are 5-7 false dispensations…
5) "5-7"… sounds like you're confused… are there 5 or 7? How can you understand when you don't even know how many there are?
6) The Mosaic covenant still exists… which is why both Christ Jesus and Paul said to keep the Commandments.
Try again?
You have missed a very important point: No the Jews are not destroyed. Here’s a clue: Your particular form of Christianity was first conceived between the 1st and 4th Centuries A.D., from the writings and preachings of the early Church Fathers; like Origen of Alexandria (182–254 C.E.), and John Chrysostom (349-407CE); and many others. They established the erroneous, unbiblical, and virulently anti-Jewish teaching of replacement theology, also known as supersessionism which states: 1) The Jews should be charged with deicide and forever should be mistreated accordingly; and 2) The Church has replaced Israel, that all of the prophecies and covenants (i.e., Gen. 12:1-2,7; Gen. 15:18-21; Gen. 17:7; Psalm 105:1, 8-11; etc.) concerning the Jewish people are now applied to the Church; and God has no future purpose for the Jews; as they are in league with the Satan, forming a conspiratorial body bent on ruining and dominating the rest of mankind. This is Tucker Carlson’s “Christianity.” All subsequent anti-Semitic conspiracies have their genesis in this very doctrine of supersessionism. The big problem here is that nowhere in the Bible does it say that God has replaced and disowned the Jewish people. From Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Jews have descended. Yahweh is called the God of Israel 203 times-and it is to Israel, the Jewish people) that he gave the promised Land. Never is He called “the God of Ishmael”, and never is He called “the God of the Arabs.” It really rankles many people, like Tucker Carlson, that the Bible repeatedly declares that the Jews are God’s “chosen people.” he church never was promised a land, never occupied a land, never was cast out of that land for her sin, never was promised that she would be brought back into it. The Church is not Israel. And, yes, modern day Israel is the descendent biblical Israel. Tucker’s problem with Israel, is not with Israel, but with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He has a problem with Jews; despite all of his dissembling, lying narrative.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Am Yisrael Chai!
Dispensationalism is not a conspiracy, or a Jewish plot, it is merely a way organizing, and understanding the Bible. Your filthy antisemitism has no place in polite society.
Mark
Not believing in the false doctrine of Dispensationalism… does not make me or anyone an anti-Semite…
Are you crazy?
Demonic oppression is very real. Only Mr. Carlson and God know the truth of his story. Satan knows the Bible well and knows, with each person, which buttons to push. (But if you’re sleeping with 4 dogs, all it takes is a bad dream with one and you can get clawed….)
I’ve seen political commentators who, all of a sudden, seem to be obsessed with being “cutting edge,” and “ahead of the pack” in thinking, etc. The smartest in the room. It can sometimes come across insanity, ego, or something “out of nowhere.” Not every weird tick is Satanic, but be aware.
Yep, strap on that spiritual armor and know your Bible. Let’s focus on beating the living daylights out of the left; orange prison jumpsuits for all–maybe call these free clothing benefits “ObamaWear.”
So, upon leaving Fox, Carlson was worth in excess of $50 million. Why not retire? I certainly would have. But he didn’t. Some “donor” gave him $15 million to start his podcast…which he could have started for $10,000. So what is his mission?
His father was a CIA officer, he was born and raised in the middle of the deep state. He had a show on msnbc. He is cosplaying as a Conservative with a carefully curated image of clothing and surroundings and certain messaging initially to attract Conservatives. It’s a psy-op.
Think about it.
and sometimes the CIA officer just walks into a tv studio and applies for a journalist job, posing as an average Joe just looking for work.
Carlson’s experience was probably an episode of sleep paralysis, a common sleep disorder that can induce hallucinations.
Or perhaps it was his wife’s doing — having watched Rosemary’s Baby too many times.
Well, Geraldine used to say, “The devil made me do it.”
When I consider the satanic evil committed by Hitler, Mao, Hamas, etc., I cannot laugh at the possibility that there is a devil, and that he worms his way into the hearts and minds of too many of us.
Two things from Tucker that I liked were his interview of Tony Bobulinski and his podcast about the J6 Pipe Bombs. But his recent shameful interview with the Fuentes imbecile has turned me and many others away from him. I will never again pay any attention to what Tucker Carlson is selling.
“Unity” is why Tucker has never been under the microscope until now. Stupid.
Nice article. Expresses a serious disappointment in Carlson.
The combox is not so nice.
Albeit I agree with almost all of the posts, and am annoyed by the usual suspects,
everyone seems to have missed
how important it is at this point for ALL of us to hold our ground in the fight with the Left.
MAGA is fighting for the life of the United States in a battle that we could lose.
Our ‘champion’ shows signs of strain and exhaustion – and he’s short on allies and securing the beachheads. Trump is attempting to put ‘wins’ on the board – just to gain popular support with the base to hold the Midterm elections – to keep the important work – of election integrity and immigration – on target and on time.
On top of that he’s also fighting to save an economy that actually died in 2020, and almost came to a stop in 2022. We are close to the greatest economic meltdown in our lifetimes.
That’s why the President is rocking the boat.
Many of you will blame Trump’s tariffs – as the last straw – if the economy finally goes down, and you may be correct! The point is that the President is trying to save the economy – rather than attempting to tank it – the way the Demokkkrats have.
All this may seem irrelevant:
But this is why Carlson is so divisive. He’s gone rogue – either as a traitor, a looney, or a loose cannon – when his voice keeps striking blows to DIVIDE MAGA.
The cost of defending Israel is literally peanuts.
The Feds spent $6.95 TRILLION last year. About $1 TRILLION went to interest.
Yet some folks focus like a laser beam on Israel – and they believe Carlson who platforms and repeats lies about Israel – as if this has no impact on MAGA!
Tucker has done untold damage to the MAGA brand. Divided patriots. And for what? Defending baby rapers in Gaza?
As for Tucker’s demons: Almost certainly it’s just his dogs. He’s not that bright. He’s just an alpha male with actual ‘White Privilege’ and a degree.
My cats have more sense than Carlson.
He’s a train wreck. Creating havoc while our nation hangs on the edge of an abyss.
Excellent comment.
But Tucker Carlson is about as Alpha male as Sponge Bob Square Pants! This passive-aggressive lickspittle personifies the Beta male. WIth his freakish mare’s whinney and peevish mannerisms, Tucker Carlson is The Incredible Mr Limpet of podcast poppinjays.
Train wrecks get attention.
MAGANs – is the US in better shape today than a year ago, or on Halloween 2024?
Support 45/47!
As for the economy: I’d say we’re in a better position because we have someone fighting to save it.
However, looking at any data other than stock charts reveals a lot of issues
… all of which predate Trump’s 2nd administration
… and – other than the plandemic insanity – the underlying problems go back to the issues that led to 2008.
Also, YES!
We must support 45/47.
Which is why a dumpster fire in the middle of the Big Tent of MAGA
is not helpful at this time.
Thanks for writing, Mark, on these subjects-demons and spiritual warfare. For those in doubt, please search: THE ST. MICHAEL CENTER FOR SPIRITUAL RENEWAL. The president is Monsignor Stephen J. Rossetti, priest, author, psychologist and graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. GOD BLESS.
When I turned to Christ and His Word 55 years ago, I had no idea how much of this Biblical illiteracy I was going to be delivered from.
These politically generated controversies are good illustrations of religious dabblers arguing for their godless agenda….always thinking God is on their side.
God doesn’t take sides,,,He takes over..

I’ve subscribed to Carlson’s product since it came out. My disappointment with him has grown almost linearly over the past couple of years. I find now that I like about 1 out of 5 interviews he does, if that much. My first clue about his true feelings about Israel was his lack of any commentary whatsoever on the Nova music festival massacre. I don’t know if he’s anti-Semitic, but he no longer seems like an unbiased journalistic whatsoever. His parade of guests is getting tiresome. Repeat performances (complete with anti-Israel comments) by the surly and hopeless Douglas Macgregor and the annoying Jeffrey Sachs are “must miss” for me. As of late, he has whitewashed the slimy Fuentes and Maduro’s Venezuela and expressed puzzlement over Trump’s stance on Iran. I’m expecting another appearance by Darryl “Revisionist” Cooper any day now. It’s almost like Carlson is bent on some sort of American “deconstructionism”, which can be quite destabilizing, at least for me. He’s veering into Owens’ method of “just askin’ questions” while providing no answers (credit to Steve Deace for identifying that method of “journalism”). His obvious decline is a reminder to me to never, ever engage in hero worship. There are no heroes. It’s telling when nearly every guest, regardless of the topic, inserts some anti-Israel bias. Carlson has a clear agenda, and it has blinded him. Let’s not forget the bizarre appearance by a very strange nun from Gaza. Carlson didn’t even bother to mention that she had a famous brother called George Stephanopoulos. She said nary an unkind word about Islam and didn’t seem troubled by it in the least. This was of course because the real persecutors of Christians in the region are Jews, not Muslims, in her view. She was extremely dismissive of any negativity surrounding Hamas. She mentioned that the “Christian” school she presided over had Muslim teachers. Huh? On that note, I am hard pressed to think of any times in recent memory where Carlson was remotely critical of Islam or any Islamic country (including Iran obviously).
Carlson’s bias is also evident given he never interviews any Jewish conservatives (Daniel Horowitz for example). Why didn’t he ever interview anybody who went through the Nova massacre. It’s baffling to say the least. He rarely interviews anybody anymore that he seems to disagree much with. On the other side of that coin, the snotty, derisive debate with Ted Cruz was a disgrace. Ted, because of his lack of memorization of scripture or deep understanding of areas he was speaking to, wasn’t able to articulate his lifelong beliefs regarding the Church’s relationship to Israel. Carlson leapt on this like a starving wolf, possible having only slightly more of a grasp of scripture than Cruz. Carlson extended far, far more courtesy and generosity to the slimeball Fuentes than to Ted Cruz, a decent senator who is supposed to be on the same side as Carlson. I have enjoyed a couple Babylon Bee satirical hit pieces on Carlson as of late. He truly deserves them.

I’m done. Having followed Frontpage since its start, the insufferable positions by those who remain, after David’s death, make logical discourse here impossible. Either you buy the Jewish viewpoint, without question, or you’re a Nazi, unhinged, illogical, and the mental midgets remaining at Frontpage will seek to destroy you, with endless false premises.
Much like Breitbart at Andrew’s passing, Frontpage is a shell of what in once was. David would be ashamed of the small minded attacks, slanders, and false accusations towards Tucker.
Goodbye, Frontpage. You had a good run. It’s now over, by your own hand.
Wow. I guess it REALLY is over because you declare it so. Carlson is fallible, and everything stated by Tapson about Tucker is true. It’s not that we think he is required to buy any particular viewpoint, but rather try to be even slightly less biased and maybe have a guest or two that hold some different viewpoints.
This appears to be your first comment ever at Front Page.
David recently passed away. He denounced Candace and he would have denounced Tucker.. The same writers are here who were here when David was alive. So stop trying to use David for your attacks.
This article is by Mark Tapson, who is Catholic, it is not the ‘Jewish’ viewpoint.
Front Page Magazine continues.
“David recently passed away.”
O, dear!
“Front Page Magazine continues”
–Thank goodness!

Rat poison is 99.9% good food and 0.1% poison. It may look good, smell good and even taste good but it doesn’t take much to kill. David Wood made a great video highlighting why the likes of Owens, Carlson, Fuentes et al are dangerous. See his take below.
As I mentioned there, the issue I have with Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson and others is that they’ve gone from treating unbelieving Jews as “beloved enemies” (Romans 11:28) who still need to know their Messiah to “enemies of humanity” who need to be maligned. Instead of loving the Jewish people and praying for them, they lambaste the Jewish people and curse them. God knew well in advance that Israel would largely reject their Messiah. It didn’t come as a surprise. In fact, it was all part of God’s Divine plan. It was foretold by the prophets of old and God used their rejection to invite and graft in a world of Gentiles into His family who would eventually provoke the Jewish people to jealousy (Romans 10:9). But the type of “Christianity” that the Owens and the Carlsons and the Fuentes of the world are displaying is not making these Jews envious of Christ, but rather giving them another reason to reject Him even more. That brand of “Christianity” must be rejected with just as much fervor as the Jews’ rejection of their Messiah.
Candace is a catholic…
The Laws of Stupidity:
First Law: Everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in the world.
Second Law: The probability of a person being stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person.
Third Law: A stupid person is someone who causes losses to another person or group while gaining nothing, and may even suffer losses themselves.
Fourth Law: Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals.
Fifth Law: A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.

Evil is an organized force which has a metaphorical dimension given to its powers which operate in the sphere of the invisible and have their nature and place in the heavens. These powers represent themselves as a personal archetype of being—that is they are beings perceived by intelligence and by the will of like interlocutors; they are rational and gifted with will, they are also gifted with power. The names given to these powers reveal themselves and their nature: they are not limited to having power, they exist as power. They possess this nature taking into possession the world and its humanity in the ultimate control and destruction of nation states, their populations, societies and governments. Evil exists and always will, it is the mistaken use of liberty and in no way can be considered a reassuring structure of rational being. To say that Evil and its unholy alliance doesn’t exist falls into Manichaeism and is an unjust trivialization of evil, and evil is never trivial. Welcome to the war!
