As I’ve been back in October, the ‘ceasefire’ deal just recognizes and funds a Hamas terror state.
The Gaza ‘peace plan’ calls for the ISF to train and support “vetted Palestinian police forces in Gaza”. The only ‘police forces’ in Gaza are Hamas which has been running it for 18 years. When the Clinton administration tried to set up ‘Palestinian police forces’, it armed and trained the Islamic terror groups who went on to wreak havoc with attacks and suicide bombings across Israel. In Gaza, we’re going to arm the PLO and Hamas while executing a plan to ‘disarm’ Hamas. Hamas terrorists will just become Hamas police officers. Hamas will hand over its weapons to itself as part of the “buy back and reintegration program” described in the peace plan. And if we’re lucky, we’ll get to pay Hamas to turn over its weapons to itself
Now we’ve gone from ‘Hamas has to surrender control and leave Gaza’, to talking about ‘amnesty‘.
The United States believes disarmament by Hamas militants in Gaza comes along with some sort of amnesty for the Palestinian group, a U.S. official said on Monday.
The official, speaking to reporters on condition of anonymity, spoke to mark the return of the remains of the last Israeli hostage held by Hamas. Israel and the United States are pressuring Hamas to disarm as part of a plan in which Gaza will be redeveloped.
Was that the same anonymous official quoted as previously claiming that Hamas wants peace?
“We’ve talked to a number of Hamas people, and we’re hearing throughout the Arab world that people don’t want to be at war anymore. They want peace. They want a better economic future for their families. They want credible homes,” said a second US official on the briefing. “They want what everybody else in this world wants — just a good life, and a good life doesn’t occur through military means.”
I’m going to guess that this fellow is one of Witkoff’s people.
The fact that Hamas is now eager to get this process going should tell you that it’s a scam. Hamas is proposing that it and its terrorists will join the new ‘Palestinian’ technocratic government that will run Gaza.
In a letter to staff on Sunday, seen by Reuters, Gaza’s Hamas-run government urged its more than 40,000 civil servants and security personnel to cooperate with the NCAG but assured them it was working to incorporate them into the new government.
That would include the roughly 10,000-strong Hamas-run police force, four sources familiar with the matter said, a demand that has not been previously reported. Many of them have been patrolling Gaza as Hamas reasserts its grip in areas under its control.
Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem told Reuters the group was prepared to hand over governance to the 15-member NCAG and its chair, Ali Shaath, with immediate effect.
Another issue was whether Sami Nasman, the former Palestinian Authority general assigned to oversee security under the NCAG, would be able to operate effectively, a Palestinian official said.
Nasman, originally from Gaza, moved to the occupied West Bank after Hamas routed Palestinian Authority forces from the enclave in 2007 following a brief civil war. A Hamas court in Gaza later sentenced him in absentia, accusing him of instigating chaos. Nasman denies this.
That was a civil war between the PLO and Hamas. The PLO lost. But after Oct 7, Hamas and the PLO met in Moscow and Beijing to hammer out a unity deal.
The PLO’s ‘technocrats’ and ‘officials’ are the transitional government in Gaza that we’re overseeing. And by ‘we’, I mean Turkey, Qatar and useful pawns like Steven Witkoff.
If the PLO and Hamas can keep from fighting each other, they can get billions in foreign investment, international recognition of their terror state and a platform to launch the next war on Israel.
We just have to build them 180 skyscrapers first.
A “coastal tourism” zone would run along the seafront — long enough for up to 180 skyscrapers, many likely earmarked as hotels.
Kushner highlighted two urban developments, which he referred to as New Rafah and New Gaza.
“New Gaza” is to be a center of industry, with the aim of achieving 100% full employment, Kushner said.
Maybe we should build ‘New Gaza’ in Michigan instead of spending billions to build yet another Islamic terror state.

What an utter nightmare and failure. My faith in Trump is collapsing. He is so far off base on matters of great import, both at home and abroad. Who knows why he is behaving this way, but it hardly matters unless he’s in a state of cognitive decline and unable to perform the duties of the office. But it doesn’t seem like that’s the issue, though who knows. He is quite old. Factor in him coming within a freak fraction of being assassinated and how traumatic something like that is (s reality hardly anyone addressed afterwards, so focused were pundits on him getting right up and saying “fight, fight, fight” that there was barely a word of concern about the impact something like that can have on a person). Then factor in having bad actors in his inner circle. And who knows what else. He is no longer trustworthy and has become weak, soft, and unreliable in keeping his word. Not. good.
Don’t agree at all. Whether you like what Trump is doing or not, it is completely consistent with his past thinking, behavior and actions.
Another UN/Globalists traitor in the Government we don’t need
” My faith in Trump is collapsing.”
I’m someone who has no use for religion at all. But I was inculcated with Christian values and beliefs from an early age and have retained enough to know that your faith is better placed in God, not man. Trump is a man. He’s not perfect and is just as fallible as any other imperfect human being.
Trusting him is one thing but having “faith” in him is a little overwrought and quite frankly, misplaced for the previously state reason. Just saying.
The more you read about the Islamist infiltration of the Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden, and Trump administrations, and accounts of Islamic agents explicitly undermining and influencing U.S. policy on Israel, Qatar, Iran, Palestine, and ISIS, the less it seems like incompetence or even willful ignorance.
Lest not forget the money angle. The love of money is what will lead to America’s fall. There are people in this country that love money more than they love their family or country and in today’s America, they’re not ashamed of it.
They are all in the state department and the dow as it’s now called.
CORRECTION:
…..executing Hamas is the plan to ‘disarm’ Hamas.
Rich Oligarchs act in their own interest to enrich themselves further and ruin their countries in the process.
There actually is no path to peace, other than one side wiping out the other. We don’t need to be involved for that to happen. When Witkoff, etc. says he talks with people in the region and they want peace, he means he is talking with billionaire sheiks who see investment opportunities. Unfortunately, the people there will be killing each other for centuries to come. Also, nobody is going to vacation in a place where there are 800 random stabbings and bombings every day. I’ll give Trump credit for trying something different, though. Nothing else has worked.
The only people in the region doing the killing are muslims. They are killing all Israelis and Jews (every single living one), and all Christians living in the region (for almost 2000 years), and all other humans living or visiting the region who are not muslims (as well as sometimes killing other muslims in tribal power squabbles). None of the Israelis, Jews, Christians, and people who are not muslim in the region are killing the muslims — they are defending themselves from muslims’ ideological fundamentalist command by “allah” and mohamhead to exterminate all non-muslims — hence the neverending killing in the region (and everywhere) by muslims of non-muslims. There are no equivalent “sides” in this region (or anywhere) when dealing with islam. There is ony one side — their side — murderous islam — and all other non-muslim humans in the region are islam’s victims by right of world conquest for islam. To say otherwise is like saying that wild animals in the jungle who stalk and kill humans and then are tracked down and shot by wildlife rangers are equal sides of a never ending regional squabble. Islamics are not like any other humans on the planet — they’re more like wild animals in the jungle and they always will be because their “god” demands this of them. Trump and company’s middle east Gaza fiasco and the West’s invasion by islam is caused by the refusal to accept this fact. It really is that simple.
Ultimately it doesn’t matter. The solution is binary: either we wipe them out or they wipe us out.
“They want what everybody else in this world wants — just a good life, and a good life doesn’t occur through military means.”
That statement is palpably false, for two reasons: 1. It assumes all nations can unify by assent to a fuzzy globalist proposition called “the good life” which means vastly different things to different people(s). Human beings are not interchangeable widgets.
And 2. No nation has ever achieved the “good life” for its citizens without violence, military or otherwise.
Kynarion Hellenis:
Your first reason typifies the fallacy of communism. Your second reason epitomizes why America still exists to this day. Kudos!
Do the wonderful folks in Gaza really want hotels and casinos? Not bloody likely.
That would be one interpretation of “the good life.”
Of course they will. They’re the only ones with the fire power to impose their will. US presidents are astute enough to realize that in that part of the world, dictatorship is the only form of government that lasts in an Arab country. Take a look at the rest of the Arab governments in the region. The only ones that have lasted are and have been dictatorships.
My theory of why that is so is that Islam is not and has never been conducive to a benevolent form of government. The historical facts supports that opinion.
Bitter. Bitter. Bitter. I see life through bitter lense that’s formed from my mind. I dance with rumors and disdain truth.
Bah humbug. While I see others dancing with MAGA hats and expect the goal to be realized.
They haven’t even gotten started, but I see despair and ruin.
While those MAGA people, they wait to see what’s actually going to be.
Bitter. Bitter. Bitter.
The US Government turned Afghanistan over to the Taliban and Syria over to Al Qaeda, so why wouldn’t it turn over Gaza to Hamas? What’s the immediate practical alternative?
