Robert Spencer, a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center and the director of JihadWatch.org, testified before a U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee Tuesday on the dangers of political Islam and the threat that it poses to America and the Constitution.
The hearing was titled “Sharia-Free America: Why Political Islam & Sharia Law Are Incompatible with the U.S. Constitution.”
Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX), Chair of the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government, introduced the hearing by explaining that “Principles of Sharia are at odds with the Constitution and the laws of the United States… Sharia encourages violences, silences dissent, rejects religious freedom, and subjugates women and children.”
In his testimony, Robert spoke to each of these points, stating “Sharia is inherently political, supremacist, expansionist, and violent…these are facts that Muslim authorities on Sharia openly attest.”
“The Islamic imperative to establish the hegemonies of Sharia as the law of the land, as in today the Islamic Republic of Iran, Afghanistan, and elsewhere, is obviously at variance with the First Amendment principle of non-establishment of a religion,” he added.

We have our U.S. Constitution we don’t want any Shalia Laws forced upon us by radical Islamic extremists No Honor Killing No Loud Call to Prayer at 6:00 am no masses of Islamic blocking the Streets while facing Mecca although we have Freedom to Worship we don’t want any Forced Conversions to Islam and just who are those in the masks are really?
Wow, I bet the towel-heads in the House just loved Robert Spencer testimony on Sharia law. I’m surprised we didn’t get a “Democratic Response” out of the group.

I don’t think I would be able to stay so calm under the circumstances.
Rep. Steve Cohen looks a bit trembly, as if he needs a drink or
something to calm his nerves. Which might explain his down-
right stupid response to Robert Spencer’s explanation of Sharia
Law. The response that questions why Congress is even bothering
with Sharia Law – ‘when there are so many other threats to the
Constitution that Congress should be addressing.’
Sharia Law clearly calls for the brutal subjugation of the non-
Muslim, as well as other criminal dictates which are against the
Constitution. These dictates are followed by many Muslim
countries in the world among millions of people. If such Sharia
adherents are allowed to come to and proliferate in America, their
beliefs demand that they pursue political power or even engage in
murderous jihad.
One is reminded of Hamtramck, Michigan, U.S.A. – where Muslim
politicians initially catered to gays to secure power. Now that
Muslims have total power in that American city, they have done
away with Pride events of any kind. For starters.
As for “ordinary,peaceful Muslims” who eschew violence and just
want to live and let live – they can always be counted on to never
criticize what the more Islamic Muslims do. Never ever.
It’s hard to believe that Steve Cohen and his sidekick Rep. Jamie
Raskin could be that stupid regarding the danger to our country
from Sharia Law. It is even bone-chilling and worse to think that
these Democrats are actually fine with it.
I could just feel the cringe of the leftoids Ratskin and company.
Those who hate the truth hate even more those who dare tell it. Many hate Mr. Spencer.
I have never heard such idiotic questions as those that came out of the mouths of Cohen and Raskin. It is very clear that the leftists like Commies Cohen and Raskin et al would rather be dominated and owned by Islam rather than fight against it. These squish Dems are a clear and present danger to this country. Their inability to admit the truth right in front of their stupid faces makes them inevitable traitors. They are more concerned about Islamic votes and their Red/Green alliance which they think will keep them safe.
Cohen and Raskin spend more time carefully adjusting and messaging what they say in favor of Islam because they are afraid of these growing illegal constituencies.

If only the American public and media would take as keen an interest in Sharia Law and jihad as they do in the Nancy Guthrie case.
Robert Spencer is a national treasure for his research and knowledge about Islam, and his fearless calm strength. . He has been subject to jihad threats, attempts on his life, and other evil deeds to silence his voice.
It is beyond infuriating to listen to the Democrats in this hearing. In fact, similarly in all hearings. They exaggerate, they confabulate, and they only seem to recognize political opportunities. In fact, without too much exaggeration a person could describe the Democratic party as inherently political, supremacist, expansionist, and violent — the last item in the list being particularly on display in a number of Democrat run jurisdictions that consider themselves sanctuary from Federal laws.
Just to expand on one of Mr. Spencer’s points – We should never allow Democrat liars and fraudsters, with or without Jewish last names, to compare halacha (Jewish law) to Sharia.
Jewish law is very clear that Jews must support the efforts of ICE to remove jihadists and criminals from the US:
“Shmuel says: The law of the kingdom is the law.”
(Talmud Baba Kamma 113b, Jewish Law Code Choshen Mishpat 369)
The Pilgrims established a very similar setup in Plymouth Colony in what is now Massachusetts.
When Robert Spencer spoke before congress, he is a clear reminder that there is the sly and subtle as well as disingenuous non-violent methods of the goal of advancement of Islam with its Sharia in the United States by the means what is known and called the “Stealth jihad.” By this technique the Muslims who are the stealth jihadists are able to infiltrate the United States, and gradually, “inch by inch” and likewise “step by step.” Further, archive progression for their Islamic agenda for the advancement of Islam and to establish Sharia in the United States in place of the US Constitution.
To put this in another way, with America they would like to, if they can, enact Sharia as the law land instead of the US Constitution. Realistic or not, this is their objective.
To this end the stealth jihadists will and do use the Islamic of Taqiyya, which the modus operandi of speaks and printing lies that are very deceptive.
As explained in a more detail by a former Muslim and Hezbollah member who now a Christian .In his book he reveals” Lying , treachery and deception became Islam’s key tactics in conquering others. Those tactics are gathered in a doctrinal statement called “Taqiyya” which is one of the most effective arms for the spread of Islam. It means “Holy Deception” which means the use of every lie you can in order to spread Islam or to win the war against the enemy.” [1]

Agreed. Robert Spencer is magnificent.
Mr. Spencer believes Muslims in the U.S. should be allowed to practice all elements of their faith except those which conflict with the Constitution. Enough of post-war consensus and liberal international egalitarianism! Enough of Muslims holding public office. Muslims should not be allowed to come here at all. All of them must be denaturalized, stripped of citizenship and visas, then deported to their muslim homelands.
We were and still are (barely) a Christian country. If we are to exist and remain at all, this foundational truth about us must be preserved at all cost.
Robert Spencer is right on the mark when he revealed information concerning the truth of the incomparably of Sharia and the US Constitution. this is something that the American public needs to know about.
Likewise., Americans should be aware of those stealth jihad- minded Muslims who are living in the United States ,and attempt to have Sharia law enacted in this country. Those facts that this is the United States, and has something that is far better than Sharia law. It’s the US Constitution. This is America, not Saudi Arabia or Iran.
As the former US President, Theodore Roosevelt, had well-spoken when he declared in a speech “There can be no fifty-fifty Americanism in this country. There is only room here for only hundred percent Americanism, only for those who are Americans and nothing else.”
Further, one subject about this is that stealth jihadists “are attempting to establish Sharia-based institutions in the U.S. This of course, is called is called the “stealth jihad” which is which by insidious infiltrate o the United States government both dangerously subversive to the US Constitution which Muslim who are engaging in the stealth jihad want to replace the US Constitution with Islam’s Sharia.
This, in some ways, is very similar to the instruction printed in the book entitled THE ART OF WAR by Sun Tzu. Which reads, “At first, then, exhibit the coyness of a maiden, until the enemy gives you an opening; afterwards emulate the rapidity of a running hare, and it will be too late for the enemy to opposes you”
Furthermore, those stealth jihadists with their goal the furtherance of Sharia in the United States. one misconception that many Americans have is that of the tern used in the West, which is “political Islam.” That term is nonsensical and redundant as well as unknown in the Islamic world.
Therefore, it needs to be made clear as to why that Western term is nonsensical and redundant. As explained by two statements.
First, as for that term being nonsensical one devout Muslim who, truly, proclaimed “Islam is Islam.”
Second. as for that term being redundant, has been well explained by none other Ayatollah Khomeini who declared” All Islam is politics.” [1]
