It’s hard to say what Tucker Carlson’s lowest point (until now) was, but trying to get Christians to defend Venezuela’s Marxist regime by falsely claiming that it was “socially conservative” and against abortion and gay marriage was up there.

Apart from being a drug cartel, the regime is quite in favor of “sexual diversity” and actually tried to legalize abortion. Whatever you think of those things, no, President Trump did not raid and carry away Maduro for ‘Globohomo’ as Tucker claimed.

Post-Maduro, the woke right (which isn’t right, but left) is still scrambling to get inside the heads of conservative Christians.
Sneako, a Muslim streamer, whined that “Trump just ordered the murder of 80 innocent christian civilians in Venezuela and not ONE of those based christian trad-cons gives a single f__.”
Dave Smith, Joe Rogan’s gift to podcasting, retweeted it. Neither of these men are Christians or conservatives. But they do want us to believe that the Cuban Communist agents protecting Maduro were really “innocent Christians”.
If this propaganda sounds familiar, it’s because Tucker Carlson had taken to claiming that during WWII, we dropped the bomb on Hiroshima to kill Christians, and that Israel was killing Christians in Gaza.
And, of course that a Marxist drug dealing dictator waving a rainbow flag is really a “social conservative” targeted by “globohomo”.
What is actually obvious is that chunks of the influencer economy has been deeply corrupted by foreign interests into something outright malicious and every bit as bad as the mainstream media. Unlike the mainstream media, which mostly stays focused on the same leftist talking points, the influencers are shapeshifters willing to make any claim to get into the heads of their targets.
If Lie A doesn’t work, they switch to the diametrically opposite Lie B. And then Lie C. The message doesn’t matter. It has no consistency. Like advertising, all that matters is whether it works.
We’re dealing with something that is in some ways more evil than the media because it’s completely amoral and totally cynical.
Latin America criminals are know to practice a mixture of Catholicism, and pre Columbian folk religions. Dead drug dealers graves, become pagan shrines, with Roman Catholic motifs. That is why they bombed Hugo Chavez’s mausoleum. Tucker Carlson doesn’t know this?
The last sentence nailed it on the head. It’s still almost impossible to wrap my mind around people like Tucker, Owens, Kelly, etc. You look at them, they look normal, well coiffed, very presentable. They don’t look like the dregs of society, and yet they are. They live in the gutter, spewing garbage and sucking in droves of zombies as they move along, destroying as they go, making inconsistent morally depraved statements by the hour, not caring one bit whether they believe it or if it’s true or if it even makes sense. They have followers and a lot of them and that appears to be all that matters in their insane and dark quest. It should be obvious to any thinking person. And yet, apparently, it’s not. These are dangerous people who should not be discounted.
And if I can just add, anyone singing the praises of TPUSA at this point has a massive blind spot. As long as they continue to feature Tucker and legitimize him, I have to assume they’re on board with the evil ideas he peddles. That, or they’re so corrupt and money hungry that they abandon whatever principles they may have in order to use him to help him bring in money. Either way, it’s not good and I don’t know why more conservatives aren’t calling them out.
Has anyone quantified the net likely effects of GOP and Turning Point rejection of the loony fringe on voter behavior? Anyone too scared to cast off these creeps must have a very low opinion of the voter base. Is Vance one of the scared politicians ,or even one of the creeps himself?
See, no matter how bad things get it will always be possible to point to the Dems as even worse. That’s why Republicans and Dems are engaged in a truly symbiotic relationship. Both parties are indispensable to each other and the degradation of the country.

Lenin was opposed to homosexual marriage, indeed we now know he was opposed even to homosexual emancipation. A lot of old school Marxists were vehemently against what we’d call “LGBTQ+” as well as being against abortion (just ask Ceaucescu for one). They also wanted to destroy human civilization as we know it, mass murder “class enemies”, and institute a dystopian dictatorship to try and reshape what was left of humanity in their image. Maduro shared the latter interests as well as drug dealing. Am I supposed to be friends with someone while he poisons Americans and supports terrorism against us just because he hates “Teh Gays and Trans”?

For instance, if any of them read this they would see the word “schtick” and say I am obviously a Mossad agent and actual citizen of Khazaria hired by Susie Wiles to censor them, and they will wonder aloud why they aren’t allowed to talk about certain things, while talking about all those things non-stop.
To be a Communist is to be Godless. Their god is the state. One cannot be a Communist and Christian at the same time. It’s either or.

Please stop using James Lindsay’s oxymoronic term “Woke Right”. There is no such thing. They are opposite ideologies. Jame Lindsay is using this to try to cause Conservatives to fight. There are Neocons, MAGA, and RINOs. But there is no such animal as “woke right”.

As an outsider — not American, not conservative, once centre-left but long rejecting the entire left-right-centre paradigm (except as a commonly understood political shorthand), Independent by nature (always issue by issue and never partisan), and anti-Totalitarianism of ALL kinds — the term Woke Right makes sense to me. Woke Right is just the latest hissing cat in the cats-in-a-sack that is conservative disunity.
I see the “left” as a collective of many disparate groups united by a common idea: to smash “the right” for “revolution”. I see the “right” as the opposite. As distinct and rigid identity blocks: “Neocons, MAGA, RINOs” and fundamentalist Christians divided by each block’s partisan definition of “conservative”. No matter how much they disagree, the left never publicly fights with itself (“no enemies to the left”). No matter how much they agree, the right always publicly fights with itself (“we are real conservatives and they are fake conservatives”).
The Woke Right are former members of the “right” who are manipulating their insider understanding of this internecine infighting that they know fractures the right and exploiting this to their advantage for financial, status, professional, media and political gain from funders of the other side and from more nefarious global operatives. All sides are being played by larger elite puppet masters and the left accepts this reality to its advantage. So does the Woke Right. The right ignores this ugly fact of life to its detriment and downfall.
To me, the error of the right is its rigidity of identity. There are many people like me who are not conservative and who also reject the left but who are politically homeless despite actually agreeing with many ideas and opinions that are “conservative”. But the right is so obsessed with patrolling the borders of “True Conservative” that they alienate potentially large numbers of voting issue allies who watch in disbelief as the right’s cage matches with one another end up destroying whatever gains they make politically. Independents fear that if the infighting right hits an iceberg that we’ll also be dragged down with their ship. If this happens, the Woke Right will join the left to dance on both of our graves.

Just like his esteemed guest p rick fuentes, who gave the game away by declaring spiritual battle between Jerusalem and Rome, as well as his fear of the Jews rebuilding the Temple. That’s an overtly anti-Christian stance, since Rome did not even distinguish between the Jews and the Christians at the time of Jesus actually praying in the second Temple.
