Below is the video of remarks given by Minnesota Congressman Jason Lewis at the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s 2024 Restoration Weekend. The event was held Nov. 21-24 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples, Florida.
Thank you Jason Lewis for a really good speech.
It’s true that the ragged American soldiers camped out in the dead of
winter on Christmas night 1776 didn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell
of defeating the British. And although the great Thomas Paine’s words
might’ve inspired them to risk crossing the Delaware in the middle of
a freezing night – it was George Washington’s strategy of a surprise
attack on the Hessian troops that turned the tide toward victory. That
combination of a great leader and ordinary people willing to back him
gave rise to the birth of our nation.
Jason Lewis is right. We stand again on the cusp of history – having just
avoided defeat by the Globalists-Communists – by backing another
great leader, Donald J. Trump and his strategy of Making America Great
Again.
Christmas is only two days away. Time to remember our fellow Americans
from that long ago Christmas night with prayers for their souls and gratitude
to God. Wish we could tell them that after 248 years – in spite of all who
relentlessly try to destroy America – we free Americans are still here.
The thought of going back to the good old boy pre-Trump RINO “conservatism” always sickened me to my stomach.
The Republicans should never be the Washington Generals again.

Most Republicans are Democrats in drag. Probably not 25 are true American patriots. Time to drain the swamp for real this time. In 2 years Americans again have an opportunity to MAGA.
