Disney is not having a good time of it. Snow White is down to 4th place and may not even make it to $100 million and Captain America: Brave New World is experiencing its own brave new world in 10th place. That means it’s about to fall out of the top 10 and still hasn’t made it to $200 million domestically.
Disney is hyping the global box office for Captain UnAmerica, but that box office depended on a marketing campaign that took Anthony Mackie, the skinny ugly replacement for the Cap’n off the posters entirely and just showed a giant red Hulk.
Captain America Brave New World making more money abroad than in America is ironic. All the more so as Mackie made headlines when he announced that he did not want to represent America.
Wish granted.
Disney will try to declare some sort of victory when Captain America Brave New World falls out of the top 10 and crawls across the $200 million mark next week. That means the movie has lost money.
The lack of public enthusiasm for it is so great that its per-theater average of $786 is the worst of any movie except the equally awful Mickey 17.
And Disney’s summer is already getting started with hundreds of millions of dollars in losses.

I was already sick of this practice back when they made the movie The Wild Wild West and turned James West into a black guy. That was a stinking shabby woke move and I could see where it was going back then.
Mackie is an ugly, racist scumbag but he isn’t skinny. He’s in good shape.
I’m glad that “woke” movie has flopped, though. Against my better judgement, I tried to watch it but couldn’t get past the first 15 minutes.
And I hope the Disney groomers continue to fail with their movies and burn in Hell.

“Demonic New World” would make a whole lot more sense as the title given
the all encompassing depravity of today’s so called entertainment industry.
Make Batman trans, make Superman with his husband – make Wonder Woman a trans – whatever they do, consumers, customers choose how to spend our hard earned dollars – and when HellyWeird industry keeps losing money – maybe they will awake from the woke hypnotized state?

It’s sad what passes for a good movie “idea’! It’s also sad seeing so many stars doing stupid commercials that most of us would be ashamed to do! Are they really that hard up? Did they waste their millions? I love the OLD Movies – 40 to 80’s – the 30s to 60s were really great for movies – clean, articulate, intelligent characters – oh and the women were awesome!

Sorry, I’m going to have to disagree on this one, if only because I saw it just to thumb my nose at the pro-Hamas protesters who were boycotting the movie. Apparently, it’s too much for the pro-Hamas crowd to tolerate an Israeli actress, Shira Haas, playing a key supporting character who is Israeli and is one of the good guys, even though the filmmakers watered down that character to make her less overtly Israeli (In the comics, her character, Sabra, wears a costume that is patterned after the Star Of David flag. In the movie, she’s more like an Israeli version of Black Widow from the Avengers.) She’s definitely one of the few highlights in an otherwise average Marvel movie.

Disney has embraced this strange new modern marketing strategy to completely alienate their long standing customer base who will now never return. Mission accomplished ! Guess people just will not tolerate getting spoon fed leftist and LGBT dogma, propaganda and narratives.
