President Trump’s strikes quickly took out Iran’s nuclear program without risking any American lives or further involvement. Despite that the strikes were greeted with outrage not only by Iran, but by social media influencers, the former Obama officials who empowered Iran, and by Democrats, including Sen. Chuck Schumer who claimed that he would, rather late in the game, move for a War Powers vote.
Schumer had spent multiple elections running on promises to push back on Iran only to now campaign for Iran.
Tommy Vietor, Obama’s NSC spokesman, warned that, “Iran might retaliate today, tomorrow or in months. Or a year from now, Iran or its proxies might blow up a bus filled with American tourists in Cyprus.”
True. Would that ongoing state of affairs be better with or without nukes?
Obama chose to make Iran more of a threat, President Trump chose to shrink the threat.
“I am gravely alarmed by the use of force by the United States against Iran today. This is a dangerous escalation in a region already on the edge – and a direct threat to international peace and security,” UN Secretary-General António Guterres warned.
Iran has promised to complain to the UN. Unfortunately it may find out, as we already have, that the UN is entirely useless.
Schumer’s outrage is nothing but theater. I saw a guest, on Fox News, ask the question, how many bombs did Obama drop in his last year as POTUS?
Answer: 26,000 in 7 countries, without any congressional authorization. Where was Chuck’s outrage then? Sorry, silly question.
I understand AOC is calling for impeachment, accusing Trump of committing unconstitutional acts. I really do wish she would go back to bartending.

I wasn’t crazy about bombing Iran until I saw the people that came out against it and how stupid they sound. “Iran is going to retaliate, we should really be afraid of them.” That’s basically their argument. Dumb.

For those who are living in fear of escalating an Iranian response. Who knows what Iran might do . They might shoot rockets at some country that never was their enemy or had any aggressive intentions against them. They might supply money and arms to groups that do the same or worse. They might kidnap and hold americans hostage for long periods of time. They might threaten to kill us given the opportunity. The imagination can wild with all the bad things that might happen now. We would not want to provoke them to do any of that.
Iran is almost out of rockets and they didn’t really work against Israel’s Iron Dome. Those Jew Boys Are tough.

I don’t think Iran will take a chance on what Trump might do. They also know their defenses won’t protect them.
But (there’s always a “but”, isn’t there) they could double down on that “we love death more than life” thing. So it might come down to whether the Mullahs really want to die, and God forbid, take millions of innocents with them.
I believe the “millions of dead” option is off the table along with Iranian nukes. Now it’s conventional rockets into Israel and guerilla type terror attacks sprinkled abroad. Certainly Biden’s traitorous open door for 4 years brought in Iranian operatives among others.

Schumer as head of the Jewish Congressional group that is all Dem save for one is an Israel-hater or at least his love of leftism is far greater than any care for Israel. Popular opinion seems to be that AOC can replace Schumer as senator. What happens to the appeaser feeding the crocodile comes to mind.

I watched about 30 minutes of the Trump hate fest at the U.N. Security Council yesterday. 30 minutes was all I could take.
To listen to the mostly brown, prissy ponces, trying to be polite white, in their clipped phony English accents condemn Trump and the U.S., while falling all over themselves to praise Iran and it’s collection of sycophants, standing up to Trump, was a laugh riot.
