Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson is laughably unqualified for the position she was appointed on based on only three things: none of which had anything to do with her ability to understand the law, its history and the relevant precedents. Let alone the Constitution.
But she is a radical leftist and what she lacks in reasoning ability, she more than makes up for in her dislike of America.
Here’s where the two come together in her dissent.
A Martian arriving here from another planet would see these circumstances and surely wonder: “what good is the Constitution, then?” What, really, is this system for protecting people’s rights if it amounts to this—placing the onus on the victims to invoke the law’s protection, and rendering the very institution that has the singular function of ensuring compliance with the Constitution powerless to prevent the Government from violating it? “Those things Americans call constitutional rights seem hardly worth the paper they are written on!”
This is the literary technique known as ‘putting your own words in someone else’s mouth’. It’s generally supposed to be a bit more sophisticated than a Martian.
Supposed to be.
But whose words are they really? Ketanji’s.
Who really thinks “what good is the Constitution” and that “those things Americans call constitutional rights seem hardly worth the paper they are written on”?
Supposedly the UK doesn’t have a constitution, so the government is always chipping away at the people’s rights.
Not just chipping away, AA, they’re using dynamite to blow it up.

So, Justice Brown-25 Jackson just defended the Dred Scott. decision..
The constitution, or U.S. Constitution as we say, more formally the Constitution of the United States applies to American citizens, as one may infer from the title. Walking across the border or landing in an airport in America when a birthing person is 8 months pregnant makes neither the birthing person nor the clump of cells an American citizen. A better question is “What good is the U.S. Constitution when blithering idiots like KBJ are appointed to uphold it.”
“Birthing person”??? Really? That’s called A WOMAN – The female of the species who possesses two X chromosomes and granted the ability to bear children, from God, as a true BLESSING. That ‘clump of cells” is called a CHILD…the RESULT of the BLESSED Miracle of Life, from God. You need Christ in your own life…seek Him and ask for Forgiveness.
Wasn’t she appointed by Otto Penn? Why isn’t she being replaced?
So her appointment is invalid (null and void) and therefore she should be replaced
Only in the “Bizarro World” of Jerry Seinfeld’s TV jokesters– where up is down and down is up– could the adjective “proud” be associated with the jurisprudential buffoonery (what is a “woman?” I dunno) of Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the DEI product from Harvard. Indeed, nobody outside the celebrants of Pride Month (the “Bizzaro” pronoun people) could be “proud” of this demeaning court jester.
What’s really scary -she had to be approved by a majority! Maybe we ought to change the rules or something!?
We knew she was a snake when she came into the house. No suprise she wants to inject America with her (read: Woman) far left wing venom!
…she got her law degree out of a Cracker Jack box…
She’s fully qualified per DEMOcrat standards – had they stolen ANOTHER election, she might well have been the “cream of the crop”!
