It was bad enough when federal district judges were overruling the president, now they’ve moved on to the Supreme Court. And this baffles even Justice Elena Kagan.
The judge in question is Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, who decided he wasn’t going to give up trying to order around the Trump administration despite the minor matter that the Supreme Court had already issued its ruling.
“I do not see how a district court can compel compliance with an order that this Court has stayed,” Justice Kagan wrote.
There’s no constitutional way but some unbalanced judges have decided to take the checks and balances, run them over with a bulldozer and see what happens.
What’s currently happening is that the Supreme Court is trying to keep them in check. And even some Dems are baffled at their complete lawlessness in perpetrating a judical coup against every other legitimate constitutional institution.
This is why there needs to be a way to dismiss judges other than by impeachment.
Of course, if the Republicans in the House and Senate had the balls they could simply make his District go away and thus his judicial appointment redundant.
I have a way.
Unfortunately, Congress does not have the wisdom to pass my proposal.

Any judge who is overruled three times is AUTOMATICALLY removed. Period, and with no further comment.
Three is enough.
But as I said, they don’t have the balls, and the Democrats won’t do it, and next time they get in they’d overturn it.
They don’t need to be impeached. They can be fired by Congress for not serving “with good behavior.” The bar firing is lower and requires less procedure and fewer votes. Acting in good behavior is in the terms of their employment contract.
Time to arrest these judges – just like the judge who was arrested for helping an illegal escape the court room trial when ICE arrived – I’m sure Pam Bondi would have lots of fun doing so.
They are not “judges.” They are petty tyrants that think their “wisdom.” and importance is bigger than their pants.
ENOUGH! Do away with them….
Complete lawlessness, like in Ancient Rome, with a totally corrupt and biased judiciary.
One should never underestimate what a liberal jurist is capable of doing.
When a judges own self-importance and narcissism become evident, an investigation is warranted.
