While Republicans fight among themselves, the Left is moving its agenda full speed ahead. If only Republicans expended a fraction of the passion on fighting the Left that they do on fighting each other. Because the nightmare is becoming more and more real every day.
Mock Biden as being a senile dementia case, but his administration does not rest for a single second even if it calls a lid at 2 PM. Among the examples is the speed with which it’s been rolling out judicial nominees. And these nominees make Obama’s seem moderate by comparison.
Take Judge Mustafa Taher Kasubhai who has argued that “Privilege derives its power from the belief in scarcity. Scarcity of money, natural resources, food and power itself. The desire to control it all drives privilege. I want to suggest to you that equity, the idea of equity, rejects this model of scarcity.”
He has also contended that, “DEI — diversity, equity and inclusion — is the heart and soul of the court system.”
A number of Senate Republicans, primarily Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Mike Lee, questioned Mustafa about it and he gave the usual meaningless answers. But it’s pretty clear what his views are.
“I looked at some of your readings and writings, your decisions, you seem to have an affinity for Marxism,” Sen. Marsh Blackburn, R-Tennessee, said to Kasubhai.
She referred to a 1994 essay in which, in her characterization, Kasubhai criticized the concept of private property. It was written around the same time Kasubhai was attending law school at the University of Oregon.
“You argued that and I quote ‘property incites rebellion.’ This is one of the many positive statements that you have made about Marxist approaches and Marxist policies,” Blackburn said. “It disturbs me when I see this leaning to Marxism in your writings. So a yes or no question, are you a Marxist?
“No, Senator,” Kasubhai replied.
Isn’t it great that we’re back here.
Does this mean he disputes that individuals’ Rights are unassailable due to their Divine Assignment?
Or that the Constitution is a stifling straitjacket to be pierced with a gavel employed as a social scalpel?
It means both, as we know.
To a muzrat, Marxism or any other ism is a means to an end and that end us islame. There are 4 different types of named lying: The Hadith makes it clear that Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them or protect themselves. There are several forms:
Taqiyya – Saying something that isn’t true as it relates to Muslim identity (i.e whether one is a Muslim or what that means). This is a Shiite term: the Sunni counterpart is Muda’rat.
Kitman – Lying by omission. An example would be when Muslim apologists quote only a fragment of verse 5:32 (that if anyone kills “it shall be as if he had killed all mankind”) while neglecting to mention that the rest of the verse (and the next) mandate murder in undefined cases of “corruption” and “mischief.”
Tawriya – Intentionally creating a false impression by saying something that is technically true, when knowing that the listener will interpret it in a different way. This practice has a broader application than taqiyya.
Muruna – ‘Blending in’ by setting aside some practices of Islam or Sharia in order to advance others.“

It’s telling that islamopithecines have four ways of lying. Lying is their core doctrine.
If he gives “meaningless answers” then you dock him for that.
If he answers a yes or no question with a clear “no”, then you simply ignore it.
Isn’t great that we always end up in the same place.
We ignore it because, based on his past scribblings, he’s lying.
The islamopithecine piece of shit didn’t give any straight answers. You Dirtbagocrat leftists never do.
And when he said he wasn’t a Marxist, he lied.
You always end up with a dick in your mouth.
This candidate isupports CRT in practice and should be voted down-if the GOP had a majority his nomination would be DOA
“Are you a Marxist?” It’s so easy to lie about ideology. BO showed us how and why.
Cruz and Lee also didn’t vote to oust McCarthy and yet they’re principled constitutionalists . I can’t help but to have some sympathy for their position of having to deal will the totalitarian devils . I mean , am i wrong here ? Because a lot of people i have respect for seem to have that take what you can when you can mentality .
Or stayed principled and let the chips fall where they may ?
Cruz and Lee are in the Senate.
Which, I suppose, is why they did not vote to oust McCarthy.
That would be a logical supposition.
They shouldn’t approve any of these Marxist judges. Look at all the damage they do once appointed.
I saw some of the senators questioning the nominee, MTK, at the hearing. Many of his answers regarding what he previously said or wrote were word salad deflections such as “in the context of.” He did agree to some with “yes.”
They know it doesn’t matter.
Anyone supported by the Democrat/Globalists is not good for America or Americans
If the concept of private property is bad, self-ownership(freedom) is bad, and slavery is good. Most republicans are too ignorant of the nature of freedom to adequately defend freedom and the constitution.
Episode No. 327 of “Why Not the Worst?”. We will be paying for judges like these for a long, long time.
As a retired judge, I started seeing the infusion of equity in the court systems back around 2013.
There’s is a multitude of court organizations which have conferences throughout the year and very nice locations
My first experience was at a session where they started instructing the state courts not to apply justice equally. But to give favor to the transgender movement. . I was in the back of the room . When my shock were off,. I asked. Is that not a distortion everything we’ve learned about fair and equal justice that’s been handed down for more than a couple of centuries.
Then dead silence. They turned and gazed at me..
That night I stood alone at the cocktail party. Then I realized the courts are doomed.
Marxism is so similar to islam, the continual raiding, murdering, stealing and oppression of people who don’t hold the same beliefs. The question I ask is: will all marxists convert to islam when the time comes?
Not to mention the desire to destroy Western Civilization.
All around the country, there are privileged, well-employed non-white homeowners and privileged non-white students flooding into our universities. How do Democrats remain so oblivious to what is actually happening in America and why is their resentment at American affluence directed only at whites? When they try to cancel property rights, we can predict who will be targeted and who won’t.
