Supporting Hamas is diverse and inclusive. Opposing it? Definitely not.
Damon Joshua was dismissed by Severn Trent Water after he described Hamas as “a group of violent and disgusting terrorists” in a post on the company’s staff intranet website on the anniversary of the attack.
In the post in question, Mr Joshua said: “One year ago our valued partners and friends, Israel, were horrifically attacked by a group of violent and disgusting terrorists.
“I can say with confidence today that the vast majority of STW’s employees stand in solidarity with our Jewish, Israeli and Zionist colleagues against the evil of Islamist terror.”
Apparently not. Standing in solidarity against Islamic terrorism is not diverse or inclusive.
The post was taken down by managers at the company following internal complaints that “the terminology being used includes very derogatory words” and “is very one-sided”.
According to documents seen by The Telegraph, one complainant said: “The post reflects poorly on Severn Trent’s reputation as a diverse and inclusive company.”
At his disciplinary hearing he was told that the post had caused “significant offence” to three members of staff who complained about it.
Managers concluded that “this offence is in relation to a protected characteristic, specifically religious belief” and dismissed him for gross misconduct.
He was told that “the language used in the post caused offence to employees with different perspectives, particularly those with Muslim or Palestinian backgrounds”.
That there are employees offended by “derogatory” language toward Islamic terrorists working at a water company ought to be a matter of greater concern.
Severn Trent has a whole booklet on ‘Doing the Right Thing’ which includes being ‘inclusive’, ‘sustainable’ and ‘taking pride’.
Supporting Islamic terrorists isn’t anywhere in there but I guess it’s implied unless you hear ‘inclusive’.
“We’re committed to creating a broader, diverse and inclusive culture,” Severn Trent claims.
A broader culture of terrorism.
They mean “exclusive” not inclusive. By that logic they exclude white men.
My friends lad works for Severn Trent and he’s a vegan but I’m pretty sure he will be appalled by this.

Good insight. They are again being bought, only this time, they sell both themselves and their countrymen, hoping their treachery will afford them some escape from the consequences.
The multiculturalists tell us we should learn about other cultures, They tell us other cultures aren’t inferior, just different. How many schools in the U.S. teach about the demonstrably unequal treatment of women in Saudi Arabia and other Islamic Republics? Honor killings? The age at which marriage is permitted? The allusion to women’s inferiority in the Koran?
As a college student, my daughter was assigned the book “The Bookseller of Kabul.” When her professor told the class that women in the U.S. earned 78 cents for the same work for which a man is paid one dollar, my daughter, having already taken a college economics course while in high school, informed the liberal professor that the disparity was not for equal work. The professor’s response was “you’re just wrong.”
How widespread is the Truthophobia? After 9-11, President Bush lectured us that some people “hijacked this peaceful religion.” At the corner of Liberal and Democratic, the truth does not set you free but instead gets you in hot water with the Thought Police.

In their own countries, they comfortably acknowledge the supremacy of their own culture, history, language, people. Try going to any non-western nation and tell them they must welcome their replacement.
Only western culture must be replaced for its “crimes” and “inferiority.”
One weird fact from history is that inferior cultures often invade and conquer superior cultures. In the past I often wondered why superior cultures let themselves be overrun by inferior cultures, but it seems to be a syndrome (just realized that last night 🙂
The crime of western culture was to be superior and to do what all cultures have done to others. From the viewpoint of others, that was a crime compounded by the inability of the others to dominate. Yet, the west has become sick with guilt and indecisive in choosing surrender or suicide. That choice offers a Hegelian third path, scapegoating to seek absolution.
Even in the best of times you don’t discuss politics, religion, controversial issues, backbite, gossip, or discuss personal problems at work. Workplace politics can be a minefield even in the best companies and the best of times.
If the workplace becomes toxic or corrupt the best thing to do is quietly find another job and get out of there.

Our so-called leaders themselves live the Big Lie; just today another MP was found to have lied on his cv that he was a lawyer. He was a trainee for several months and never qualified, but no one checked.
