Islamic terrorism isn't going away any time soon, but it tends to be more pervasive in Europe.


	And this shooting <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-61933817">will obviously</a><a href="https://www.cnn.com/2022/06/24/europe/norway-oslo-gay-bar-shooting-intl-hnk/index.html"> bring back</a> memories of the Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando by an Islamic terrorist.

		The shootings were in and near the London Pub, a popular LGBTQ+ venue, the Herr Nilsen jazz club and another pub.

	
		Norway's prime minister told the BBC the suspect was questioned in May, but was not deemed a threat at the time.

	So business as usual.

	"Iran" as an origin point sticks out. Shiite terrorism is usually organized under Iran's umbrella and does not involve lone wolf attackers. The country has a Sunni population.&nbsp;


	ISIS has also dissuaded its supporters from hitting gay bars after&nbsp;the Pulse massacre which was misunderstood as an anti-gay attack. ISIS wants the motives to be clear. And the Pulse massacre keeps being misrepresented as an anti-gay attack. That hasn't stopped one or two terror plots from targeting gay targets.


	Alternatively, like the Pulse massacre, it might all just be an unintentional coincidence.

	At least that Senator Elizabeth Warren's <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/sens-warren-smith-urge-biden-declare-public-health-emergency-abortion-rcna35338">bright idea</a>.


	"On Friday, with the release of the Dobbs decision, we entered a perilous time that threatens millions of women across this nation. We urge the president to declare a public health emergency to protect abortion access for all Americans, unlocking critical resources and authority that states and the federal government can use to meet the surge in demand for reproductive health services. The danger is real, and Democrats must meet it with the urgency it deserves," a New York Times&nbsp;op-ed co-written by Warren and Senator Tina Smith proposes.


	Not being able to murder as many babies locally is not a public health emergency. Just the opposite.


	But give Liz credit for coming up with an exciting new way to abuse "public health emergency" at a time when the term, the concept, and its implementing agencies are already desperately short of credibility.


	Warren also doesn't provide much in the way of details on this "public health emergency", but spends the bulk of the op-ed demanding the elimination of the filibuster the Electoral College, free elections, and dispatching dissidents to gulags.

		At one meeting he reportedly presented €1million - around £861,000 - stuffed into carrier bags from posh grocer Fortnum &amp; Mason.

	
		At another one-to-one meeting at Clarence House in 2015, Charles accepted a holdall containing another €1million.

	
		Two advisers in the royal household hand-counted the cash, said to have been made up of now-discontinued €500 notes.

	
		Private bank Coutts is then understood to have collected the suitcase from Charles’ London residence at the request of palace aides.

	Why hand over suitcases full of cash?&nbsp;


	The Qataris spend a whole lot of time and money doing business in the UK. The&nbsp;Qatari Investment Authority recently signed a memorandum to invest $10 billion into the UK. While the Qataris might be medieval barbarians, their presentation is generally pretty slick. This isn't the 70s with sheikhs showing up with suitcases of cash to buy things. There's no reason that Charlie couldn't have gotten a check. It would have been easier and more convenient for everyone.


	But the virtue of cash is that it's much harder to trace and dropping off a bunch of cash would provide Charlie with the temptation to pocket some of it. It's a good way to offer bribes to catch a mark doing something blackmailable.&nbsp;


	Does Charles need<a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/arielshapiro/2021/03/10/inside-the-firm-how-the-royal-familys-28-billion-money-machine-really-works/"> that money</a>?

	It doesn't sound like he's doing that badly. But perhaps impressions are misleading or the Qataris were hoping he would help himself anyway.


	Qatar doesn't enjoy the kind of hold on the UK that it does on America. And the Islamic terror state would like to deepen that hold.

There's almost no point in listing the various international criminals, scumbags, and enemy oligarchs Hunter Biden rubbed&nbsp;shoulders with. 		It’s unclear what Hunter Biden wanted with Ismailov, but the trip was part of a two-day meet and greet between Hunter and wealthy oligarchs in the country — which at least in part focused on seeking foreign cash for Rosemont Realty, an offshoot of Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners. The investment company was co-founded by Hunter Biden, Devon Archer and Chris Heinz.

(Novatus Holding), a private holding company in Singapore, used a Latvian bank to wire $142,300 to Archer’s company, Rosemont Seneca Bohai.&nbsp; The currency transaction report states, “For Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC, … For a Car.”&nbsp; &nbsp; According to a Securities and Exchange Commission report, Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan is the sole shareholder of Novatus Holding and has a business address associated with a company in Kazakhstan called SAT &amp; Company.315&nbsp; Rakishev is the son-in-law of now retired Kazakhstan politician, Imangali Tasmagambetov.
