		This is all a tedious joke. As is the prolonged battle over Epstein's estate and the Maxwell case that will also go nowhere. The Epstein case is a black hole and nothing's ever coming out of it again.

	
		The last chance of that happening ended when Jeffrey Epstein was found dead.

	Ghislaine Maxwell gets a 20-year sentence. Absolutely nothing gets resolved. Did anyone really think it would?


	Now Epstein's accomplice gets<a href="https://www.cnn.com/2022/06/28/us/ghislaine-maxwell-sentencing/index.html"> two decades</a> of keeping her eyes open all night. It's a small measure of justice.

	Maxwell is 60. There's not that much difference between 20 and 30 years. And it doesn't particularly matter.


	The most basic questions, including the full client list, remain unanswered. There's plenty of fertile ground for speculators, conspiracy theorists and accusers, but little in the way of substantial answers.


	Whatever Epstein knew was buried with him. That includes the question of why three states bent over backward to accommodate him. And basic questions about the sources of his money and the involvement of intelligence assets.&nbsp;


	Whatever Maxwell knows will likely stay with her. The truly explosive part of what Epstein knew likely wasn't just his client list, but his connections. It's likely that Maxwell didn't know those things.&nbsp;


	And if she did, well she knows how Epstein did.


	And there's the question of how <a href="https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/what-really-happened-night-crooked-25390316">her own father died</a>.

	A Pew survey shows that black people are the<a href="https://www.pewresearch.org/social-trends/2022/06/28/americans-complex-views-on-gender-identity-and-transgender-issues/?utm_content=buffer84c2d&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter.com&amp;utm_campaign=buffer"> least likely</a> to believe that people can magically change genders by thinking themselves female.

	The propaganda is actually backfiring.

	Also, they believe that the government can magically make as much money as it wants and inflation will go away if you ignore it.

	The same people who wrote that sentence also probably attended a whole bunch of sessions on critical race theory and unconscious bias.


	Anyway, 61% of white people believe that you are born a man or a woman, and 38% disagree.


	68% of black people believe it and only 31% disagree.


	The numbers are much more anti-reality among Hispanics and Asians, though majorities still believe in reality.


	In more good news, 43% of Americans say that societal views on gender identity are changing too quickly.

Why settle for cutting deals and trying to end sanctions on&nbsp;Venezuela and Iran, when Biden can also plow money into the Taliban.


	I had previously documented <a href="https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2022/04/biden-sends-nearly-1-billion-afghanistan-taliban-daniel-greenfield/">how much money</a> is still <a href="https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2021/09/10-bidens-afghanistan-aid-will-go-taliban-daniel-greenfield/">going as aid into Afghanistan</a>, much of which will ultimately end up in Taliban hands.

		That's on top of the $782 million in "humanitarian aid" allocated to Afghanistan last year since the Taliban took over. This year, Biden signed an executive order allocating $3.5 billion of the Afghan assets held in the Federal Reserve for the same purpose. But even not counting those funds, Biden has dedicated $986 million to Afghanistan since the Taliban took over.

	
		That’s nearly $1 billion in taxpayer money and nearly $4.5 billion in total funds.

	But now the radicals in the Biden administration are going further <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/us-policy/2022/06/28/taliban-afghanistan-white-house-money/">for Al Qaeda's allies</a>.

		&nbsp;Biden aides have begun talks to restore to the Afghan government at least partial use of the frozen funds that are kept in U.S. institutions.&nbsp;

	I predicted this would happen using the feigned concern about a "humanitarian crisis". (Terror states are one perpetual humanitarian crisis.)


	In February, Biden split the $7 billion in Afghanistan's central bank reserves between 9/11 victims (who had won a<a href="https://www.usip.org/publications/2022/03/afghanistans-frozen-foreign-exchange-reserves-what-happened-whats-next"> $6 billion judgment</a>&nbsp;but may only see half of that after Biden's DOJ fought them in court) and aid for Afghanistan.


	So there are billions at stake here.

	No such safeguards would matter or work. The Taliban control the situation on the ground, which means they'll use the money how they please. Any officials in their territory will follow their orders.


	Any thoughts otherwise are more of the same delusional nonsense behind signing a "peace accord" with the Taliban.

Now, they can’t do that.”

	And Biden and his leftist regime are much more concerned about inflation and food prices in Talibanistan than in America.


	These "reserves" belong to the American people. They're a fraction of the fortune that we lavished to "rebuild" Afghanistan. They belong to the victims of September 11 who won a court case that Biden illegally chose to disregard.


	They don't belong to the terrorists. And even if they did, we would be within our rights to seize them.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta, a dangerously incompetent political hack, in the midst of an unprecedented statewide crime wave occasioned by pro-crime policies that ended prosecutions and released criminals, has instead decided to intimidate legal gun owners with yet another gun control measure.


	Bonta is calling this "transparency". It's a word that starts with a "T". <a href="https://thereload.com/new-california-ag-website-leaks-massive-trove-of-gun-owner-private-information/">Terrorism</a>.

The leaked information includes the person’s full name, home address, date of birth, and date their permit was issued. The data also shows the type of permit issued, indicating if the permit holder is a member of law enforcement or a judge.

	
		The Reload&nbsp;reviewed a copy of the Lost Angeles County database and found 244 judge permits listed in the database. The files included the home addresses, full names, and dates of birth for all of them. The same was true for seven custodial officers, 63 people with a place of employment permit, and 420 reserve officers.

	AG Bonta is claiming that his Orwellian move will&nbsp;"improve transparency and information sharing&nbsp;for&nbsp;firearms-related&nbsp;data and includes broad enhancements to the platform to help the public access data&nbsp;on&nbsp;firearms in California."


	The press release fails to explain why ordinary people&nbsp;need who aren't members of law enforcement need&nbsp;to know who owns guns.


	And Bonta isn't really even hiding it.

	This is a gun control measure meant to harass legal gun owners. It's political intimidation by a corrupt one-party state.

	My first instinct, like that of most people, is to assume that when Hillary Clinton says something, she's lying, but a cursory review does suggest that Thomas, the Clintons, and Robert Reich, among others, were at Yale Law at the same time.


	Did that provide her with any special insight?


	According to Reich (if you believe him), Thomas hardly ever said a word in class. It's doubtful that there was much interaction there socially. And the rest of their interaction would have been when the Democrats were doing everything possible to destroy Thomas. Including a memo from David Brock to Hillary urging the impeachment of Thomas once he was on the court.


	There's an obvious person of grievance here and it's Hillary who is still obsessed with her election defeats and failures.
