Orovio-Hernandez, a Colombian national without lawful status in the United States, has lived under a stolen identity for more than 20 years. Using this stolen identity, Orovio-Hernandez allegedly obtained nine state IDs, including a Massachusetts Real ID and applied for a U.S. passport. state IDs.
Orovio-Hernandez allegedly used the stolen identity to submit a fraudulent voter registration in January 2023 and cast a fraudulent ballot in the November 2024 presidential election.

It is further alleged that Orovio-Hernandez improperly received approximately $400,000 in federal benefits: $259,589 in Section 8 rental assistance benefits from October 2011 through January 2025; $101,257 in Social Security disability benefits from July 2014 through January 2025; and $43,348 in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits from April 2005 through January 2025.
Remember, we’re not supposed to talk about welfare queens. They’re a racist myth invented by Reagan. Voter fraud also doesn’t exist. Urban welfare programs aren’t just giant fraud machines. Except that they’re real, welfare fraud is massive and illegal aliens vote.
The California Democrats gave millions of illegals drivers licenses. Part of the process was registering them to vote at the same time. That was the clever part, the Democrats claimed they just “forgot” to check whether they were legal before registering them.

This has been going on a long time. Tom Perez was,Obama’s,Secretary of Labor and later Chairman of the DNC. He had an organization in Maryland called “Casa de Maryland.”. One day during the George W. Bush Presidency, Casa had set up a card table in the parking lot near the supermarket where I shopped. The Casa table was right near me and I could easily overhear their conversations. They were trying to get a young woman to register to vote. She told them right out she was in the country illegally. The Casa guy said ” That’s between you and the (Maryland) Secretary of State,” and he registered her. People just don’t get it. The Democrats care nothing about election integrity or “fair elections.”. For them, elections are just another thing to corrupt in service to their insatiable mono mania for power.
Maybe the dems will put up another goofy statue in Times Square: “The illegal alien voter” – perhaps holding a Biden campaign sign.
